چکیده

در این مطالعه، ترکیب‌های بیوشیمیایی و کمّیت و کیفیت اسانس گیاه Chenopodium botrys L. رشدیافته در رویشگاه طبیعی واقع در شهرستان راز و جرگلان، استان خراسان شمالی با هدف ارزیابی پتانسیل بیولوژیک و خواص دارویی بررسی شد. نمونه‌برداری از برگ‌ها و سرشاخه‌های گل‌دار این گیاه در مرحله گلدهی کامل انجام شد. محتوای ترکیب‌های بیوشیمیایی، ازجمله ترکیب‌های فنلی، فلاونوئیدی و ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی، اندازه‌گیری شد. اسانس سرشاخه‌های گل‌دار به‌همراه برگ‌ها به روش تقطیر با آب استخراج و با استفاده از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC) و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل شده به طیف‌سنج جرمی (GC/MS) تجزیه و شناسایی شد. نتایج نشان داد محتوای فنلی، فلاونوئیدی و ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی عصاره‌های متانولی برگ و سرشاخه‌های گل‌دار به‌ترتیب 83.2 و 91.4 (میلی‌گرم اسیدگالیک بر گرم وزن خشک)، 14 و 17 (میلی‌گرم کوئرستین بر گرم وزن خشک) و 91 و 77 (میکروگرم بر میلی‌لیتر) بدست آمد. 26 ترکیب در اسانس شناسایی شد. المول (17.2%)، جونیپرکامفور (7.9%) و بولنسول (6.9%) عمده‌ترین ترکیب‌های تشکیل‌دهنده اسانس را تشکیل دادند. بازده اسانس نیز 0.36% (w/w) بدست آمد. همچنین، عصاره برگ با اختلاف معنی‌دار نسبت به عصاره سرشاخه‌های گل‌دار، حاوی آنتوسیانین بیشتر (3.1 میلی‌گرم سیانیدین-3-گلوکوزید در گرم وزن خشک) بود. به‌طور کلی براساس نتایج می‌توان گفت که گیاه C. botrys منبع قابل ملاحظه‌ای از ترکیب‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی است و انتظار می‌رود بتوان از آن در فرآورده‌های غذایی، دارویی و بهداشتی استفاده کرد.
