چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی اثر تراکم کاشت و کودهای آلی بر صفات عملکردی گونه مرزه سنبله‌ای (Satureja spicigera (K.Koch) Boiss.) در شرایط دیم کرمانشاه، آزمایشی به‌صورت کرت‌های خرد شده در قالب بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در سال‌های زراعی 1399-1396 در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان کرمانشاه، انجام شد. کود (کود گاوی پوسیده، کاه غنی شده و خاک زراعی مزرعه (شاهد)) و تراکم (2.66، 4 و 8 بوته در مترمربع) به‌ترتیب عامل اصلی و فرعی بودند. برای داشتن تراکم‌های موردنظر، گیاهان با فاصله 50 سانتی‌متر بین ردیف‌ها و 25، 50 و 75 سانتی‌متر روی ردیف‌ها کشت شدند. نتایج نشان داد که صفات قطر، ارتفاع، سطح تاج پوشش، وزن تر و خشک تک بوته، عملکرد تر و خشک در هکتار و عملکرد اسانس بین سال‌ها، تراکم‌ها و تیمارهای کودی مختلف، تفاوت معنی‌دار داشتند. بیشترین عملکرد تر (3639.3 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار کود گاوی پوسیده و تراکم زیاد کاشت و بیشترین عملکرد خشک (2105 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و عملکرد اسانس (72.59 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار کاه غنی شده و تراکم کاشت زیاد بدست آمدند. نتایج نشان داد که بهترین تیمار کودی و تراکم برای گونه مرزه سنبله‌ای، کاه غنی شده با سولفات آمونیوم و تراکم کاشت 8 بوته در مترمربع بود.
