بررسی اثر تلفیقی کودهای NPK و دامی بر برخی صفات کمی و کیفی حنا (Lowsonia inermis L.) در جنوب استان کرمان

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی اثر کودهای آلی، شیمیایی و ترکیب آنها بر خصوصیات حنا (Lowsonia inermis L.) در جنوب استان کرمان، پژوهشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار و به مدت دو سال اجرا شد. فاکتورها شامل کود گاوی پوسیده در دو سطح (0 (a1) و 15 (a2) تن در هکتار) و کود NPK (اوره، سوپرفسفات تریپل و سولفات پتاسیم) در پنج سطح (0 (b1)، 25 (b2)، 50 (b3)، 75 (b4) و 100 (b5) درصد براساس آزمون خاک) بودند. پس از پایان آزمایش در هر سال، صفات عملکرد برگ و غلظت نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم و ماده مؤثره لاوسون برگ در تیمارهای مختلف اندازه‌گیری شدند. نتایج تجزیه مرکب دو ساله نشان داد که اثر متقابل تیمارهای کود آلی و شیمیایی روی عملکرد و میزان لاوسون برگ معنی‌دار بود. بیشترین وزن خشک برگ (483.2 گرم بر مترمربع) مربوط به تیمار a2b5 بود که اختلاف معنی‌داری با a2b4 (473.7 گرم بر مترمربع) نداشت. تیمارهای a2b5 و a2b4 به‌ترتیب 41.2 و 38.5 درصد عملکرد بهتری نسبت به تیمار شاهد داشتند. همچنین، تیمار a2b5 بیشترین میزان لاوسون برگ (30.1 گرم بر گیاه) را بدون اختلاف معنی‌دار با تیمار a2b4 (25.2 گرم بر گیاه) نشان داد. با توجه به وضعیت منطقه مورد پژوهش از نظر عدم کاربرد مواد آلی و همچنین توجیه اقتصادی حنای تولیدی، می‌توان توصیه به استفاده از 15 تن در هکتار کود گاوی پوسیده به‌همراه کاهش 25 درصدی کود شیمیایی NPK برای تولید محصول حنا را داشت.
