چکیده

درخت انبه با نام علمی Mangifera indica L. به تیره پسته (Anacardiaceae) تعلق دارد. اندام‌های مختلف این گیاه، به‌ویژه برگ، دارای ترکیب‌های ارزشمند فلاونوئیدی است که در درمان دیابت کاربرد دارد. در این پژوهش، برای ارزیابی میزان روتین و کوئرستین در برگ ژنوتیپ‌های مختلف انبه در رویشگا‌های جنوب ایران، چهار رویشگاه عمده شامل منوجان، رودان، میناب و بوشهر انتخاب گردید. از هر رویشگاه تعداد 10 درخت بالغ و سالم انتخاب و از هر درخت سه دسته نمونه برگ از ارتفاع 2 متری برداشت شد. عصاره‌گیری از برگ خشک انبه توسط حلال متانول- اسید استیک انجام و برای تجزیه به دستگاه کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارآیی بالا (HPLC) تزریق شد. داده‌ها در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با استفاده از نرم‎افزار آماری SPSS مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند و برای گروه‌بندی جمعیت‌ها و ژنوتیپ‌ها، تجزیه خوشه‌ای به روش Ward انجام شد. در بین چهار جمعیت انبه از نظر هر دو ترکیب روتین و کوئرستین، اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری (0.05>P) وجود داشت. بیشترین میزان روتین و کوئرستین به‌ترتیب در جمعیت‌های منوجان (ppm 124.03) و بوشهر (ppm 6.05) حاصل شد. تجزیه خوشه‌ای، چهار جمعیت را به سه گروه مستقل تقسیم کرد؛ به‌طوری که دو جمعیت رودان و میناب در گروه یک، جمعیت بوشهر در گروه دو و جمعیت منوجان در گروه سه قرار گرفتند. ارزیابی تنوع فیتوشیمیایی موجود، می‌تواند اطلاعات ارزشمندی را در مدیریت ژرم‌پلاسم انبه فراهم کند و در شناسایی جمعیت‌های مطلوب برای اهداف اصلاحی مختلف در این گونه مفید واقع شود.
