چکیده

کاربرد محرک‌های زیستی در راستای تولید فرآورده‌های بیولوژیک سازگار با محیط‌زیست و در پیوند با کشاورزی نوین می‌تواند سبب افزایش رشد کمّی و کیفی گیاهان و کاهش اثر تنش‌های محیطی بر آنها شود. به‌منظور بررسی اثر محرک‌های زیستی تحت تنش کم‌آبیاری بر ویژگی‌های مورفولوژیک و فیتوشیمیایی بادرشبو (Dracocephalum moldavica L.) این آزمایش در سال زراعی 98 به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه زنجان در سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتور اصلی آزمایش آبیاری (100% و 70% ظرفیت زراعی) و فاکتور فرعی محلول‌پاشی محرک‌های عصاره زعفران (0.01% و 0.05%)، عصاره جینسینگ (0.5% و 1%)، آمینو اسید ال- سیستئین (50 و100 میکرومولار) و تیمار شاهد (عدم محلول‌پاشی) در مراحل 4، 8 و 12 برگی بود. ویژگی‌های مورفولوژیک و فیتوشیمیایی در مرحله 90% گلدهی گیاهان ارزیابی شدند. در این آزمایش در شرایط آبیاری کامل، بالاترین میزان کلروفیل کل (mg/g FW 35.68)، کاروتنوئید (mg/g FW 9.18) و محتوای نسبی آب برگ (83.20%) از تحریک توسط ال- سیستئین با غلظت 50 میکرومولار حاصل شد. در حالی‌که تحت شرایط تنش آبی بالاترین محتوای فنل کل (mg GA/g DW 33.17)، فلاونوئید کل (mg QE/g DW 1.53) و ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی (95.37%) از تیمار عدم محلول‌پاشی محرک‌های زیستی حاصل شد. بالاترین درصد اسانس (0.38%) مربوط به تیمار 100 میکرومولار ال- سیستئین در شرایط آبیاری کامل بود. اگرچه پارامترهای مورفولوژیکی بادرشبو تحت شرایط آبیاری کامل بیشترین مقدار خود را داشتند اما اعمال تنش کم‌آبیاری منجر به سنتز مقادیر بالاتری از ترکیب‌های فنولی، فلاونوئیدی و بروز خاصیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی قوی‌تر گردید.
