چکیده

مشگک (Ducrosia anethifolia (DC.) Boiss.) یکی از گیاهان دارویی متعلق به خانواده چتریان است که استفاده از آن در درمان اختلالات عصبی توصیه شده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تغییرات محتوای ترکیب‌های فیتوشیمیایی و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی، ضد باکتریایی و ضد التهابی عصاره اتانولی گونه D. anethifolia در مراحل مختلف فنولوژی (رویشی، گلدهی و بذردهی) بود. نمونه‌برداری از سرشاخه‌های هوایی گیاه در هر مرحله به‌صورت تصادفی انجام گرفت. محتوای فنل و فلاونوئید کل عصاره اتانولی با استفاده از روش اسپکتروفتومتری و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی با استفاده از روش به دام‌اندازی رادیکال آزاد DPPH تعیین شد. فعالیت ضد باکتریایی عصاره گیاه با استفاده از روش انتشار دیسک بر روی باکتری‌های گرم مثبت (Staphylococcus aureus و Bacillus subtilis) و گرم منفی (Escherichia coli و Pseudomonas aeruginosa) بررسی گردید. همچنین، فعالیت ضد التهابی عصاره گیاه با استفاده از روش پایداری غشای گلبول قرمز ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین مراحل مختلف فنولوژی از نظر میزان فنل و فلاونوئید کل و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی، ضد باکتریایی و ضد التهابی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (0.05>P). بیشترین میزان فنل و فلاونوئید کل (به‌ترتیب 1.7 ± 148 میلی‌گرم معادل اسید گالیک بر گرم وزن خشک و 1.5 ± 97 میلی‌گرم معادل کوئرستین بر گرم وزن خشک) و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی، ضد باکتریایی و ضد التهابی در مرحله گلدهی به‌دست آمد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که عصاره گیاهی مورد مطالعه اثر بازدارندگی بیشتری بر باکتری‌های گرم مثبت در مقایسه با باکتری‌های گرم منفی دارد. نتایج بیانگر آن است که عصاره اتانولی گونه D. anethifolia می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک آنتی‌اکسیدان، ضد باکتری و ضد التهاب امیدوار کننده در درمان بسیاری از بیماری‌ها استفاده شود. همچنین، مرحله گلدهی بهترین زمان برداشت جهت بهره‌برداری دارویی از این گونه معرفی می‌شود.
