چکیده

شوری یکی از مهم‌ترین و متداول‌ترین تنش‌های محیطی محسوب می‌شود که عملکرد کمی و کیفی بسیاری از گیاهان را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) یکی از شناخته شده‌ترین گیاهان دارویی است که به‌دلیل داشتن ترکیب‌های مؤثره متنوع ازجمله تریگونلین در درمان بسیاری از بیماری‌ها کاربرد دارد. در این پژوهش اثر تنش شوری بر اجزای عملکردی و برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی چهار توده‌ شنبلیله تحت شرایط گلخانه‌ای بررسی شد. آزمایش گلدانی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورها شامل چهار توده (نیشابور، شیروان، شیراز و اردکان) و چهار سطح شوری (0، 30، 60 و 90 میلی‌مولار) بودند. در مراحل انتهایی رشد در گیاهان بالغ صفاتی شامل محتوای نسبی آب برگ (RWC)، تعداد غلاف در بوته، تعداد دانه در غلاف، وزن هزار دانه، محتوای قند محلول، پرولین و تریگونلین اندازه‌گیری شدند. تنش شوری منجر به کاهش صفات عملکردی ازجمله تعداد غلاف در بوته، تعداد دانه در غلاف و وزن هزار دانه در همه توده‌های مورد بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد تنش شوری همچنین موجب کاهش غلظت قند محلول و RWC و از طرفی باعث افزایش میزان محتوای پرولین و تریگونلین بذر شد. توده شیراز از لحاظ صفات مورد بررسی نسبت به سایر توده‌ها برتری داشت و سازوکارهای کارآمدتری را برای تحمل شرایط تنش از خود نشان داد.
