چکیده

عناصر‌ غذایی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل مؤثر بر صفات مورفولوژیکی و ترکیب‌های ثانویه در گیاهان دارویی مطرح می‌باشند. روش تغذیه گیاه در جذب مؤثر این عناصر، اهمیت بسیاری دارد. به‌منظور ارزیابی تاثیر منابع مختلف نیتروژن شامل اوره، نانو کود نیتروژن و آمینواسیدها بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی و غلظت ترکیب‌های پلی‌فنولی گیاه سرخارگل (Echinacea purpurea L.)، آزمایشی بر پایه فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 27 تیمار و چهار تکرار، انجام گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل کود اوره در سه سطح 0، 100 و 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار، محلول‌پاشی با نانوکودنیتروژن در سه سطح 0، 1 و 3 گرم در لیتر و محلول‌پاشی با آمینواسید تجاری فرمولایف در سه سطح 0، 1 و 3 گرم در لیتر بودند. صفات در زمان گلدهی کامل گیاه اندازه‌گیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین مقدار وزن تر و خشک برگ و وزن تر ریشه در تیمار سه گرم در لیتر نانوکود نیتروژن و بیشترین مقدار وزن خشک اندام‌هوایی در تیمار ترکیبی یک گرم در لیتر نانوکود نیتروژن و سه گرم در لیتر آمینواسید به‌دست آمد. اکثر صفات گیاه در روش محلول‌پاشی با نانوکودنیتروژن و آمینواسید نسبت به کوددهی اوره افزایش یافتند. اثر کودهای مختلف نیتروژنی بر غلظت فنل کل گیاه نیز معنی‌دار شد. بیشترین میزان فنل کل مربوط به تیمار همزمان 200 کیلوگرم برهکتار اوره، 3 گرم در لیتر نانوکودنیتروژن و یک گرم در لیتر آمینواسید بود. به‌طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که تغذیه گیاه سرخارگل با کودهای نیتروژنی توانست صفات موفولوژیکی و غلظت فنل کل در گیاه را افزایش دهد.
