به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر محلول‌پاشی اسید جیبرلیک و اسید سالیسیلیک بر شاخص‌های مورفوفیزیولوژیکی، بیوشیمیایی و عملکرد گیاه دارویی سرخارگل Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench این پژوهش طی سال‌های 1397 و 1398 به‌صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه ایلام اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل غلظت‌های صفر، 100 و ppm200 اسید جیبرلیک و اسید سالیسیلیک و همچنین ترکیب آنها بود که به‌صورت محلول‌پاشی طی دوره رشد رویشی روی گیاه سرخارگل طی دو سال زراعی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارها در هر دو سال بررسی باعث بهبود شاخص‌های مورد مطالعه در گیاه سرخارگل شدند، به‌طوری که بیشترین ارتفاع بوته، تعداد گل، وزن تر و خشک بوته در سال اول و دوم مربوط به تیمار اسید جیبرلیک ppm200 و بیشترین میزان کلروفیل کل و کاروتنوئید در هر دو سال بررسی مربوط به اسید جیبرلیک ppm100 بود. همچنین بیشترین قطر کاپیتول و وزن تر و خشک گل در سال اول و بیشترین محتوای آنتوسیانین در سال دوم مربوط به تیمار اسید جیبرلیک ppm200 بود. از سویی بیشترین قطر کاپیتول در سال دوم و بیشترین میزان آنتوسیانین سال اول نیز مربوط به اسید سالیسیلیک ppm100 بود. علاوه‌براین بیشترین وزن تر و خشک گل در سال دوم نیز مربوط به تیمار اسید سالیسیلیک ppm200 بود. بیشترین میزان اسانس گل، اسانس شاخساره و اسانس کل در سال اول و دوم در ترکیب اسید جیبرلیک ppm100 و اسید سالیسیلیک ppm100 بدست آمد. با توجه به اینکه افزایش عملکرد وزن خشک بوته و همچنین میزان اسانس از مهمترین اهداف این پژوهش هستند، برترین تیمار پیشنهادی در این پژوهش برای افزایش وزن خشک بوته تیمار اسید جیبرلیک ppm200 و برای افزایش میزان اسانس ترکیب اسید جیبرلیک ppm100 و اسید سالیسیلیک ppm100 است.
