به‌منظور بررسی اثر کاربرد تلفیقی قارچ میکوریزی و کود شیمیایی بر صفات کمّی و کیفی گیاه دارویی بالنگو (Lallemantia iberica Benth.)، آزمایشی به‌صورت طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با هفت تیمار و سه تکرار در مزرعه‌ تحقیقاتی دانشگاه مراغه در سال 1395 اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل 100% کود شیمیایی مرسوم (250 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار اوره و سوپرفسفات‌تریپل)، Glomus mossae، Glomus intraradices، 50% کود شیمیایی+ G. mossae، 50% کود شیمیایی+ G. intraradices و 50% کود شیمیایی+ G. mossae+ G. intraradicesبودند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین (802.8 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و کمترین (463.5 کیلوگرم در هکتار) عملکرد دانه و بیشترین (4064%) و کمترین (25.85%) شاخص برداشت به‌ترتیب با کاربرد تلفیقی 50% کود شیمیایی + G. mossae+ G. intraradices و کاربرد انفرادی G. intraradices بدست آمد. علاوه‌براین، بیشترین میزان (9.18%) و عملکرد موسیلاژ (73.75 کیلوگرم در هکتار) با کاربرد تلفیقی 50% کود شیمیایی+ G. mossae+ G. intraradices مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان ترکیب‌های اصلی موسیلاژ (گلوکورونیک اسید، گالاکتورونیک اسید، آرابینوز، رافینوز، گالاکتوز، گلوکز، زایلوز و رامنوز) در تیمار 50% کود شیمیایی+ G. mossae+ G. intraradices بدست آمد. براساس تجزیه خوشه‌ای، تیمارهای مورد ارزیابی در 3 گروه مجزا قرار گرفتند. به‌طور کلی، کاربرد 50% کود شیمیایی+ G. mossae+ G. intraradices ضمن کاهش مصرف کودهای شیمیایی باعث بهبود عملکرد کمّی و کیفی گیاه بالنگو شد.
