کارآیی لایه‎های دوگانه هیدروکسیدی با ساختار نانو در استخراج و شناسایی ترکیب‌های فرّار گیاه افسنطین (Artemisia absinthium L.) با استفاده از روش میکرواستخراج فاز جامد در فضای فوقانی و کروماتوگرافی گازی- طیف‌سنجی جرمی

جنس آرتمیزیا شامل تعداد زیادی گونه بوده که برخی از آ‌نها با کاربرد متنوع به‌صورت تجاری کشت می‌شوند. تجمع زیاد روغن‌های فرّار و سایر ترپنوئیدها در اعضای معینی از خانواده آستراسه مانند افسنطین (Artemisia absithium L.) سبب شده که از آنها به‌عنوان طعم‌دهنده غذا استفاده گردد. ترپنوئیدها و ترکیب‌های فنولیکی همچنین مسئول ارزش دارویی و پزشکی بسیاری از اعضای این خانواده هستند. میکرواستخراج فاز جامد (SPME) یک روش سریع، آسان، کارآمد، بی‌نیاز از حلال زیاد و با امکان اتوماسیون راحت است. در این پژوهش، میکرواستخراج فاز جامد در فضای فوقانی (HS-SPME) با استفاده از فایبر پوشش داده شده با لایه‌های دوگانه هیدروکسیدی با ساختار نانو در ترکیب با کروماتوگرافی گازی-اسپکتروفتومتری جرمی برای جمع‌آوری و ردیابی ترکیب‌های فرّار گیاه افسنطین استفاده شد. پارامترهای آزمایشی شامل درجه حرارت و زمان واجذبی، درجه حرارت و زمان استخراج، مقدار نمونه و تأثیر مقدار آب مورد آزمون قرار گرفته و بهینه‌سازی شدند. روش پیشنهادی در مقایسه با روش‌های مرسوم آنالیز ساده بوده و هزینه تجهیزات آن اندک است. همچنین در این روش، زمان آنالیز کوتاه‌تر است و می‌تواند برای آنالیز ترکیب‌های فرّار گیاهان دارویی بکار رود.
