چکیده

به‌منظور ارزیابی تأثیر پیش‌تیمار بذر گل همیشه‌بهار با آهن و بُر روی برخی شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و عملکرد آزمایشی در سال 1390 در دو مرحله آزمایشگاهی و مزرعه‌ای در سه تکرار در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز اجرا شد. تیمارهای مورد مطالعه شامل پیش‌تیمار بذر با آهن و بُر در غلظت‌های 5/0%، 1%، 5/1% و 2% همراه با شاهد آب مقطر و دو تیمار ترکیبی 5/1% آهن + 1% بُر و 2% آهن + 1% بُر بود. براساس نتایج پیش‌تیمار بـذر در غلظت‌های 1% و 5/1% آهن و بُر به تنهایی یا در تیمارهای ترکیبی درصد جوانه‌زنی بذر همیشه‌بهار را در مقایسه با شاهد بهبود بخشید. بذرهای پرایم شده در محلول 5/1% سولفات آهن از شاخص قدرت گیاهچه بالاتر (برابر 3/2) برخوردار بودند. در بذرهای تیمار شده با اسید بوریک شاخص قدرت گیاهچه در صورت افزایش غلظت بُر در محلول غذایی به بیش از 1% محدود شد. البته عملکرد گل در تیمارهای حاوی 5/1% سولفات آهن + 1% اسید بوریک، 5/1% و 2% سولفات آهن و 2% سولفات آهن + 1% اسید بوریک به‌ترتیب حدود 39%، 34%، 24% و 28% بیشتر از شاهد بود. اسانس روغنی در بین تیمارها از 1/0 میلی‌لیتر در مترمربع در دو تیمار 5/1% و 1% اسید بوریک تا 27/0 میلی‌لیتر در مترمربع در تیمار ترکیبی 5/1% سولفات آهن + 1% اسید بوریک از خود تغییر نشان داد. اما از نظر این صفت تیمار 2% سولفات آهن + 1% اسید بوریک با تولید 14/0 میلی‌لیتر اسانس در کلاس آماری پایین‌تری نسبت به دیگر تیمار ترکیبی قرار گرفت. بنابراین تیمار بذر با آهن و بُر می‌تواند به‌عنوان روشی برای بهبود عملکرد اسانس گل همیشه‌بهار توصیه شود.
