تأثیر کاربرد کودهای آلی و زیستی بر برخی ویژگی‌های کمّی و کیفی گیاه دارویی بادرشبی (Dracocephalum moldavica L.)

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی اثر کاربرد کودهای آلی و زیستی بر برخی ویژگی‌های کمّی و کیفی گیاه دارویی بادرشبی (Dracocephalum moldavica L.)، آزمایشی به‌صورت طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با هشت تیمار و سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی شرکت کشاورزی ران در شهرستان فیروزکوه در سال 1394 انجام شد. تیمارها شامل 20 تن کود دامی در هکتار، 10 تن ورمی‌کمپوست در هکتار، کود زیستی (نیتروکسین + بیوسوپرفسفات)، 10 تن کود دامی همراه با 5 تن ورمی‌کمپوست در هکتار، 20 تن کود دامی در هکتار همراه با کود زیستی، 10 تن ورمی‌کمپوست در هکتار همراه با کود زیستی، 10 تن کود دامی و 5 تن ورمی‌کمپوست در هکتار همراه با کود زیستی و شاهد کود شیمیایی (NPK به میزان 80، 70 و 80 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارها تأثیر معنی‌داری بر صفات مورد مطالعه بجز ارتفاع بوته داشتند، به‌طوری که بیشترین تعداد سرشاخه گلدار در بوته (1/17)، وزن خشک گل (4/4 گرم بر بوته)، وزن خشک بوته (38/12 گرم بر بوته) و عملکرد خشک سرشاخه گلدار (2032 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار کاربرد 10 تن کود دامی همراه با 5 تن ورمی‌کمپوست حاصل شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان اسانس (54/0%) و درصد ژرانیول در اسانس (95/7%) در تیمار مصرف 10 تن ورمی‌کمپوست بدست آمد.
