چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی اثر استفاده از نعناع (Mentha piperita L.)، آویشن (Thymus vulgaris L.) و به‌ویژه کاسنی (Chicorium intybus L.) بر عملکرد و مورفولوژی روده در جوجه‌های گوشتی، آزمایشی با 360 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک‌روزه از سویه تجاری راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 3 تیمار در 3 تکرار و 40 قطعه جوجه گوشتی در هر تکرار (20 قطعه نر و 20 قطعه ماده) طراحی شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: جیره شاهد، جیره شاهد به‌علاوه پودر کاسنی و جیره شاهد به‌علاوه مخلوط پودر گیاهان کاسنی، نعناع و آویشن بود. جیره‌های آزمایشی در سه دوره 10-0، 24-11 و 42-25 روزگی استفاده شدند. صفات عملکردی شامل افزایش وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل غذایی به‌صورت دوره‌ای اندازه‌گیری شدند. در 42 روزگی، برای بررسی اثر تیمارهای اعمال شده بر طول پرز، عمق کریپت و نسبت آنها در ژئوژنوم و ایلئوم، 6 پرنده از هر تیمار به‌صورت تصادفی کشتار شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که افزودن کاسنی یا مخلوط کاسنی، نعناع و آویشن سبب افزایش وزن بدن و مصرف خوراک شد (p<0.05) که بیشترین افزایش وزن بدن و کمترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی مربوط به گروهی بود که با جیره حاوی کاسنی تغذیه شده بودند. نتایج حاصل از بافت‌شناسی روده نشان داد که طول پرز، عمق کریپت و نسبت طول پرز به عمق کریپت در ژئوژنوم و ایلئوم تحت تأثیر تیمارهای غذایی قرار نگرفت. به‌طور کلی نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که افزودن گیاه دارویی نعناع، آویشن و به‌ویژه کاسنی سبب بهبود عملکرد جوجه‌های گوشتی شد و بر مورفولوژی بافت روده جوجه‌های گوشتی اثری نداشت.
