چکیده

در پرورش ماهی قزل‌آلا تغذیه از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار ‌است. در این راستا استفاده از گیاهان دارویی برای بهبود رشد و سلامت و کارایی کبد مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در مطالعه حاضر اثر مقایسه‌ای پودر سیلی‌مارین و بتافین بر رشد، بقا، شاخص‌های خونی و آنزیم‌های ماهی قزل‌آلا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بتافین به‌طور معنی‌داری باعث بهبود شاخص‌های رشد شامل ضریب رشد ویژه‏، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، نسبت بازدهی پروتئین، افزایش وزن روزانه و درصد بازماندگی گردید. در میان شاخص‌های خونی فقط گلبول‌های سفید در هر دو تیمار بتافین و سیلی‌مارین افزایش معنی‌داری نسبت به گروه کنترل نشان دادند، اما بقیه شاخص‌ها تفاوت معنی‌داری میان تیمارها نداشتند. آنزیم‌های سرمی آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز (AST) و آلانین آمینوترانسفراز (ALT) در دو تیمار سیلی‌مارین و بتافین کاهش معنی‌داری نسبت به گروه کنترل داشتند. مطالعه نشان داد که بتافین هم در بهبود شاخص‌های رشد و هم در بهبود برخی شاخص‌های کبدی مؤثر بوده‌است، ولی سیلی‌مارین تأثیر چندانی در شاخص‌های رشد نداشته ولی در بهبود برخی شاخص‌های کبدی مؤثر بوده‌است.
