چکیده

گل‌ماهور با نام علمی Verbascum phlomoides L. از گیاهان دارویی ارزشمند متعلق به تیره خرگوشک می‌باشد. در این تحقیق عملکرد و ترکیب‌های مؤثره گل گیاه دارویی گل‌ماهور در دو منطقه کاشت شهرکرد و سپیدان بررسی شد. بذرها در فصل پاییز در هر منطقه در چهار تکرار کشت شدند؛ و در اواخر بهار سال بعد گل‌ها در مرحله باز شدن کامل برای ارزیابی عملکرد و صفات فیتوشیمیایی جمع‌آوری شدند. استخراج و اندازه‌گیری فنول کل به روش فولین سیوکالتیو، آنتوسیانین کل به روش دیفرانسیلی pH، موسیلاژ به روش استخراج گرم، فلاونوئید کل به روش رنگ‌سنجی آلومینیوم کلراید و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی عصاره‌های نمونه‌های گل، با استفاده از روش DPPH انجام شد. بیشترین میزان عملکرد گل (652.5 کیلوگرم/هکتار)، فلاونوئید کل (3.53 میلی‌گرم روتین/گرم وزن خشک)، آنتوسیانین کل (1.35 میلی‌گرم/میلی‌لیتر) و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی (117.42) در شهرکرد بدست آمد که با منطقه سپیدان تفاوت معنی‌داری در سطح احتمال 5% داشت. همچنین بیشترین میزان موسیلاژ (2.34%) از سپیدان بدست آمد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که منطقه کاشت بر کمّیت و کیفیت ترکیب‌های گل‌ماهور مؤثر بود.
