تأثیر کاربرد ورمی‌کمپوست و اسید هیومیک بر جذب عناصر پرمصرف، عملکرد دانه و اسانس زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.)

به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح ورمی‌کمپوست و اسید هیومیک بر جذب عناصر پرمصرف، عملکرد دانه و اسانس زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.)، آزمایشی فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 96-1395 در مزرعه‌ای واقع در شهرستان مبارکه انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل ورمی‌کمپوست در سه سطح (صفر، 5 و 10 تن در هکتار) و محلول‌پاشی اسید هیومیک روی شاخ و برگ در چهار سطح (صفر، 2، 4 و 6 لیتر در هکتار) بود. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد ورمی‌کمپوست به میزان 10 تن در هکتار باعث افزایش عملکرد اسانس و محتوای فسفر دانه به‌ترتیب به میزان 86.7% و 33% نسبت به شاهد گردید. محلول‌پاشی 4 لیتر در هکتار اسید هیومیک در شرایط کاربرد صفر، 5 و 10 تن ورمی‌کمپوست، باعث افزایش محتوای پتاسیم دانه به‌ترتیب به میزان 27.8، 9.6 و 9.2 درصد نسبت به شاهد شد. بالاترین درصد نیتروژن دانه در کاربرد توأم اسید هیومیک به میزان 4 لیتر در هکتار و 10 تن ورمی‌کمپوست مشاهده شد که در مقایسه با شاهد، 11.7% افزایش نشان داد. محلول‌پاشی 4 و 6 لیتر در هکتار اسید هیومیک در شرایط کاربرد 10 تن ورمی‌کمپوست، باعث افزایش عملکرد دانه به‌ترتیب به میزان 11.1% و 9.9% نسبت به شاهد گردید. مصرف ترکیبی اسید هیومیک و ورمی‌کمپوست می‌تواند نیازهای غذایی زیره سبز را فراهم نموده و ضمن افزایش عملکرد کمّی و کیفی، گامی مؤثر در جهت تحقق اهداف کشاورزی پایدار تلقی گردد.
