سنتز سبز نانوذره آهن و نقره با استفاده از عصاره چای سبز (Camellia sinesis L.) و بررسی اثر آن بر ویژگی‌های کمّی و کیفی گل گاوزبان اروپایی (Borago officinalis L.)

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی سطوح مختلف تیمارهای نانوذرات آهن و نقره بر ویژگی‌های مورفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک گل گاوزبان اروپایی (Borago officinalis L.)، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 95-1394 در پژوهشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه زابل انجام گردید. برای شناسایی نانوذرات سنتز شده از طیف‌سنجی مادون قرمز FT-IR و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی استفاده شد. سپس نانوذره آهن در چهار سطح و نانوذره نقره در چهار سطح (شاهد، 40، 60 و ppm80) به‌عنوان تیمارهای آزمایش به‌صورت جداگانه و مخلوط باهم در دو مرحله محلول‌پاشی شدند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که محلول‌پاشی نانوذرات آهن و نانوذرات نقره هر یک به‌طور جداگانه تأثیر معنی‌داری بر میزان کربوهیدرات محلول، موسیلاژ، کلروفیل a، کاروتنوئید، تعداد برگ در بوته، تعداد ساقه فرعی در بوته، ارتفاع گل‌آذین، تعداد گل در بوته و وزن خشک گل داشتند. بیشترین سطح (ppm80) از نانوذرات آهن و نقره بیشترین تأثیر را بر صفات اندازه‌گیری شده نشان دادند. در تمامی صفات تأثیرگذاری نانوذره آهن بیشتر از نانوذره نقره دیده شد، بجز در میزان کلروفیل b، که نانوذره نقره تأثیر بیشتری نسبت به نانوذره آهن نشان داد. در استفاده توأم و همزمان از نانوذرات آهن و نقره در سطوح مختلف تأثیرات متفاوتی مشاهده شد که بیشترین تأثیر معطوف به بیشترین غلظت‌ها از این نانوذرات بود.
