چکیده

بیوتیپ‌های طبیعی واقع در کلکسیون ژرم‌پلاسم پژوهشکده مرکبات و میوه‌های نیمه‌گرمسیری کشور از ذخایر ژنتیکی باارزش در کشور است که شاید مناسب تازه‌خوری نباشند ولی قابلیت استفاده در صنایع فرآوری را دارند. به این منظور از میوه‌های 16 بیوتیپ با کد‌های 6، 8، 15، 21، 24، 25،26، 29، 30، 41، 43، 45، 48، 51، 52 و 53 از این کلکسیون در دو مرحله، 60 روز پس از 50% شکوفایی گل‌ها (بعد از ریزش خردادماه) و 120 روز بعد از شکوفایی گل‌ها (آغاز بلوغ فیزیولوژی) نمونه‌برداری شد. علاوه‌بر اندازه‌گیری میزان فنل کل و ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی، مقداری ترکیب‌‌های فلاونوئیدی شامل هسپریدین، نارینجین، کوئرستین و کاتچین نیز اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین مقدار کاتچین و کوئرستین 60 روز پس از 50% شکوفایی گل‌ها‌ و در بیوتیپ 29 مشاهده شد. میزان هسپریدین و نارینجین در بین بیوتیپ‌ها روند متفاوتی داشت و بالاترین مقدار به‌ترتیب در بیوتیپ‌های 43 و 41 در 120 روز بعد از گلدهی مشاهده شد. به‌طور کلی ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی طی رشد روند کاهشی داشت ولی بیوتیپ‌های 6، 29، 43 و 51 بیشترین ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی را 60 روز پس از گلدهی داشتند. بالاترین میزان فنل کل در مرحله بلوغ میوه‌ها مشاهده شد. بیوتیپ با شماره 48 بالاترین میزان فنل کل را نسبت به سایر بیوتیپ‌ها نشان داد. به‌طور کلی بیوتیپ‌های 29، 41 و 43 دارای قابلیت بالایی از ترکیب‌های فلاونوئیدی هستند که می‌توانند در برنامه‌های اصلاح ژنتیکی رقم و پایه، صنایع غذایی و دارویی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.
