بررسی اثر ریزسازواره‌های حل‌کننده فسفات و بسترهای مختلف بر فسفر قابل جذب خاک و عملکرد گیاه شمعدانی پیچ (Pelargonium peltatum Soland.)

چکیده

برای بررسی اثر منابع آلی و کود زیستی بر برخی صفات گیاه‌ شمعدانی ‌پیچ (Pelargonium peltatum Soland.) آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با دو عامل کود زیستی (فسفات ‌بارور 2) و بسترهای مختلف کاشت شامل 16 تیمار، 4 تکرار در 64 واحد آزمایشی با 256 گیاه انجام شد. فسفات بارور 2 در 2 سطح (کاربرد و عدم کاربرد) و بسترهای مختلف کاشت شامل 8 بستر حاوی خاک باغچه، ماسه به همراه ترکیب‌های متنوع آلی (حجم به حجم) اعمال گردید. در این تحقیق، طول ساقه اصلی، تعداد ساقه فرعی، طول ریشه، تعداد گلچه در گل‌آذین، وزن تر اندام هوایی، زیرزمینی و گلبرگ‌ها در گیاه، پروتئین گلبرگ، محتوای کلروفیل برگ، فسفر برگ و فسفر قابل جذب بستر (پایان آزمایش) ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر اصلی و متقابل دو عامل بر روی کلیه صفات اندازه‌گیری شده معنی‌دار شد. تیمارهای کود زیستی به همراه بسترهای کاشت خاک‌ باغچه + ماسه + کمپوست زباله ‌شهری + خاک آب‌‌بندان و ماسه + کمپوست ضایعات چای + کوکوپیت + خاک آب‌بندان، در مجموع دارای عملکرد بهتری بودند. خصوصیات فیزیکی، شیمیایی و غلظت عناصر غذایی بستر کاشت ماسه + کمپوست ضایعات چای + کوکوپیت + خاک آب‌بندان در سطحی مطلوب‌تر و متناسب با حدود استاندارد بستر کاشت گیاه شمعدانی بود. گیاهان کاشته شده در این بستر در صفاتی مانند تعداد ساقه، تعداد گلچه و کلروفیل برگ به‌ترتیب با میانگین 90/5، 42/6 عدد گلچه در گل‌آذین و 37/5 میلی‌گرم بر گرم وزن تر گیاه دارای عملکرد قابل‌توجهی نسبت به سایر تیمارها بودند. همچنین کاربرد فسفات بارور 2 به همراه این بستر می‌تواند مکمل مناسبی برای بستر کاشت، به‌منظور رشد بهتر، در پرورش شمعدانی پیچ باشد.
