Abstract

Artemisa siberi  from compositae family which is distributed in many parts of Iran. The main constituent of essential oil is camphor.this plant is locally used as vermicide ,strengthener, and reliefing cold problem.
As part of a screening programme on the aromatic plants of Iran ,we are going to report the chemical composition of the essential oil from this plant which is named locally "Dermaneh".
