This Agreement is made and entered into by and between EBSCO Publishing, Inc., and Research Institute of Forests and Rangelands, WHEREAS, Licensor has the right to publish or cause to be published the Publications; and Licensor desires to license EP to disseminate the Content of the Publications, in text, image, other electronic format or such other formats.
