اثر تنش خشکی بر محتوی فنل، فلاونوئید و سیانیدین-3-گلوکوزاید آب میوه و عملکرد میوه در ژنوتیپهای بومی انار (Punica granatum L.)
شناسه دیجیتال (DOR):98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.889.98.6.1575.41بهمنظور بررسی اثر تنش خشکی بر ترکیبهای پلیفنولیک آب میوه انار (Punica granatum L.) (محتوی فنل تام، فلاونوئید تام و سیانیدین-3-گلوکوزاید) و همچنین عملکرد میوه، آزمایشی بهصورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار (سطوح آبیاری در پلات اصلی و ژنوتیپهای انار در پلات فرعی) اجرا شد. براساس نتایج بدستآمده، تنش خشکی منجر به افزایش محتوی ترکیبهای پلیفنولیک آب میوه (P<0.05) و کاهش عملکرد میوه (P<0.05) در مقایسه با شرایط عدم تنش (FC 5±75%) گردید. باوجوداین اعمال تنش ملایم (FC 5±55%) در مقایسه با تنش شدید (FC 5±35%) منجر به اُفت کمتر در عملکرد میوه شد (P<0.05). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که ارقام مورد بررسی میتوانند بهعنوان منبع غنی از ترکیبهای فنولی مورد توجه قرار گیرند؛ باوجوداین بیشترین تفاوت ارقام در سطوح مختلف آبیاری در محتوی سیانیدین-3-گلوکوزاید بود. از سوی دیگر براساس تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی، در شرایط عدم تنش و تنش ملایم، ژنوتیپهای Agha Mohamad Ali (AMA)، Pust Sefid Torsh (PST)، Malas Torshe Saveh (MTS) و Malas Shirine Saveh (MSS) را میتوان بهدلیل عملکرد بالای میوه و ترکیبهای پلیفنولیک بهعنوان ژنوتیپهای برتر و غنی از مواد آنتیاکسیدانی طبیعی در صنایع غذایی و دارویی پیشنهاد نمود. در مجموع، بهدلیل اهمیت قابلیت عملکرد تحت تنش خشکی، تیمار تنش خشکی ملایم (FC 5±55%) را میتوان بهعنوان سطح متعادلی از تنش بهمنظور دستیابی به سطح قابل قبولی از متابولیتهای ثانویه بهویژه سیانیدین-3-گلوکوزاید و عملکرد میوه در منطقه ساوه معرفی کرد.

بررسی اثر عصاره هگزانی گیاه دارویی درمنه کوهی (.Artemisia aucheri Boiss) بر ویژگیهای تخمیری، فراسنجههای تولید گاز و تجزیهپذیری در شرایط آزمایشگاهی

درمنه کوهی (.Artemisia aucheri Boiss) گیاهی دارویی متعلق به خانواده Asteraceae بوده که اثرهای ضد میکروبی آن به فراوانی بررسی شده است. اطلاعات محدودی در مورد اثر عصاره هگزانی این گیاه بر شرایط تخمیر ایجاد شده توسط میکروارگانیسمهای شکمبهای (باکتریها، قارچها و پروتوزوآ) وجود دارد. ازاینرو، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عصاره هگزانی استخراج شده از درمنه کوهی با سوکسله (در چهار سطح صفر (شاهد)، 150، 300 و 450 میلیگرم/لیتر) بر ویژگیهای تخمیری، فراسنجههای تولید گاز و قابلیت هضم آزمایشگاهی یک جیره تهیه شده برای برههای پرواری در شرایط آزمایشگاهی انجام شد. با افزایش سطح عصاره به محیط کشت، pH و اسیدهای چرب فرّار کل (TVFA) نسبت به تیمار شاهد (بهصورت خطی) بهترتیب کاهش و افزایش یافتند. بیشترین مقدار فراسنجههای تولید گاز (قابلیت تولید گاز، تولید تجمعی گاز در زمانهای 48 و 72 ساعت) و کمترین مقدار ثابت میزان تولید گاز (cgas)، ضریب تفکیکپذیری و بازده سنتز توده میکروبی نیز در سطح 450 میلیگرم/لیتر عصاره مشاهده شد. با توجه به نتایج موجود، بهنظر میرسد که عصاره هگزانی درمنه کوهی تا حدودی توانسته است شرایط تخمیر را در محیط کشت بهویژه با افزایش TVFA بهعنوان مهمترین منبع تولید انرژی در نشخوارکنندگان بهبود بخشد.

بررسی کمّی و کیفی اسانس اندامهای مختلف گیاه دارویی مورتلخ (Salvia mirzayanii Rech. F. & Esfand.)
شناسه دیجیتال (DOR):98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.914.98.6.1576.41 گیاه مورتلخ (Salvia mirzayanii Rech. F. & Esfand.) یکی از گونههای دارویی تیره نعناع (Lamiaceae) است که تنها در ایران بهصورت خودرو رشد میکند. در این پژوهش، اندامهای مختلف (برگ، گل، ساقه و گیاه کامل) گیاه مورتلخ در فروردین سال 1397 از منطقه خُنج استان فارس جمعآوری شده و از نظر مقدار اسانس و تنوع ترکیبهای شیمیایی موجود در آنها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. اسانس نمونهها به روش تقطیر با آب استخراج و ترکیبهای شیمیایی آنها با دستگاه گاز کروماتوگرافی (GC) و گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل به طیفسنج جرمی (GC-MS) شناسایی گردید. عملکرد اسانس اندامهای مختلف برگ، گل، ساقه و گیاه کامل بهترتیب 3.2، 2.6، 0.4 و 2.3 درصد (وزنی به وزنی) بدست آمد. بیشترین اجزای شیمیایی شناسایی شده در گیاه کامل و گل (26 ترکیب) و کمترین آنها در ساقه (23 ترکیب) ملاحظه گردید. نتایج آنالیز ترکیبهای اسانس نشان داد که آلفا- ترپینیل استات، لینالول، 8،1-سینئول، بتا-اودِسمول، دلتا-کادینن و آلفا-ترپینئول اجزای اصلی اسانس برگ بودند. ترکیبهای عمده اسانس گل شامل دلتا-کادینن، آلفا-ترپینیل استات، لینالول، بتا-اودسمول و گاما-کادینن بودند. در اسانس ساقه ترکیبهای آلفا-ترپینیل استات، لینالول، لینالول استات، 8،1-سینئول و آلفا-ترپینئول به فراوانی دیده شد. در اسانس گیاه کامل دلتا-کادینن، آلفا-ترپینیل استات، لینالول، 8،1-سینئول، گاما-کادینن و آلفا-ترپینئول بیشترین ترکیبهای اسانس را به خود اختصاص دادند. وجود تنوع شیمیایی در اسانس گیاه کامل و اندامهای مختلف این گیاه میتواند برای صنایع دارویی، غذایی و آرایشی بهداشتی و نیز بهنژادگران گیاهان دارویی در انتخاب اندام مناسب برای مصرف و اهداف اصلاحی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

تنوع ژنتیکی و گروهبندی جمعیتهای متعلق به گونههای مختلف جنس جاشیر (Prangos spp.) با استفاده از روشهای آماری چند متغیره

جاشیر (Prangos) گیاهی دارویی متعلق به تیره چتریان است که 15 گونه از آن در ایران وجود دارد. بهمنظور بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی بین 80 جمعیت متعلق به هفت گونه P. hausslmechtii، P.lophoptera، P. corymbosa، P. uloptera، P. acaulis، P. platychloena و P. ferulacea در شش استان لرستان، اصفهان، فارس، خوزستان، کهگیلویه و بویراحمد و چهارمحال و بختیاری صفات مورفولوژیکی این گیاهان در مرحله گلدهی مطالعه شد. بدینمنظور 10 نمونه گیاهی از هر رویشگاه انتخاب و 22 صفت کمّی بررسی شد. شاخصهای آماری برای صفات مورد بررسی محاسبه و ضریب تغییرات فنوتیپی نیز بهعنوان معیاری از تنوع ژنتیکی تعیین شدند. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، تنوع ژنتیکی قابل توجهی را در درون و بین گونهها نشان داد. تجزیه واریانس دادهها اختلاف معنیداری را بین جمعیتها (P<0.01) از نظر برخی صفات مورد مطالعه نشان داد که بیانگر وجود تنوع ژنتیکی بین جمعیتهای مورد مطالعه بود. بیشترین ضریب تغییرات در صفات تعداد ساقه فرعی، تعداد چتر در بوته، تعداد چتر در ساقه اصلی، قطر چتر ساقه اصلی، اندازه سوزنک برگ، عرض برگ، قطر ساقه اصلی و قطر انشعاب فرعی مشاهده شد که بیانگر وجود تنوع بالا در صفات مورد بررسی بود. ضرایب همبستگی بین صفات در گونههای مختلف متفاوت و مرتبط با ساختار ژنومی آنها بود. در تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی 9 مؤلفه نخست در مجموع 79.98% از تغییرات موجود را در صفات ارزیابی شده توجیه کردند. براساس تجزیه خوشهای، 80 جمعیت مورد مطالعه در چهار گروه قرار گرفتند. دندروگرام حاصل از تجزیه خوشهای نشان داد که صفات مورفولوژیکی اندازهگیری شده قادر به تمایز برخی گونهها بودند. بهطور کلی، نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که سطح بالایی از تنوع ژنتیکی در گونههای مختلف جنس جاشیر وجود دارد.

تأثیر کاربرد ورمیکمپوست و اسید هیومیک بر جذب عناصر پرمصرف، عملکرد دانه و اسانس زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.)

بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح ورمیکمپوست و اسید هیومیک بر جذب عناصر پرمصرف، عملکرد دانه و اسانس زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.)، آزمایشی فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 96-1395 در مزرعهای واقع در شهرستان مبارکه انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل ورمیکمپوست در سه سطح (صفر، 5 و 10 تن در هکتار) و محلولپاشی اسید هیومیک روی شاخ و برگ در چهار سطح (صفر، 2، 4 و 6 لیتر در هکتار) بود. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد ورمیکمپوست به میزان 10 تن در هکتار باعث افزایش عملکرد اسانس و محتوای فسفر دانه بهترتیب به میزان 86.7% و 33% نسبت به شاهد گردید. محلولپاشی 4 لیتر در هکتار اسید هیومیک در شرایط کاربرد صفر، 5 و 10 تن ورمیکمپوست، باعث افزایش محتوای پتاسیم دانه بهترتیب به میزان 27.8، 9.6 و 9.2 درصد نسبت به شاهد شد. بالاترین درصد نیتروژن دانه در کاربرد توأم اسید هیومیک به میزان 4 لیتر در هکتار و 10 تن ورمیکمپوست مشاهده شد که در مقایسه با شاهد، 11.7% افزایش نشان داد. محلولپاشی 4 و 6 لیتر در هکتار اسید هیومیک در شرایط کاربرد 10 تن ورمیکمپوست، باعث افزایش عملکرد دانه بهترتیب به میزان 11.1% و 9.9% نسبت به شاهد گردید. مصرف ترکیبی اسید هیومیک و ورمیکمپوست میتواند نیازهای غذایی زیره سبز را فراهم نموده و ضمن افزایش عملکرد کمّی و کیفی، گامی مؤثر در جهت تحقق اهداف کشاورزی پایدار تلقی گردد.

اثر دو رقم خربزه و کشت مخلوط چهار گونه گیاه دارویی بر جمعیت حشرات آفت و عملکرد میوه
شناسه دیجیتال (DOR):98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.967.98.6.1575.1607 بهمنظور ارزیابی کشت مخلوط افزایشی گیاهان دارویی آویشن، رزماری، اسطوخودوس و نعناع فلفلی با دو رقم خربزه (خاتونی و خاقانی)، بر عملکرد و حشرات آفت با هدف کاهش استفاده از سموم شیمیایی پژوهشی در سال زراعی 1397-1396 در قالب طرح آماری بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل در 3 تکرار اجرا شد. عوامل آزمایش شامل دو رقم خربزه خاتونی و خاقانی و کشت مخلوط 4 گونه دارویی آویشن (Thymus vulgaris L.)، رزماری (Rosmarinus officinalis L.)، اسطوخودوس (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) و نعناع فلفلی (Mentha piperita L.) بود که بهصورت کشت مخلوط افزایشی در بین بوتههای خربزه کشت گردید. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثر رقم بر جمعیت سوسکهای سرخرطومی، تعداد میوه سالم و آسیبدیده و وزن میوه، اثر کشت مخلوط بر جمعیت سرخرطومی، سفیدبالک و کنه، تعداد میوه سالم و آسیبدیده و وزن میوه و اثر متقابل دو عامل بر جمعیت سرخرطومی و کنه و تعداد میوه سالم و آسیبدیده در سطح احتمال 5% معنیدار بود. براساس نتایج آزمایش بیشترین تأثیر در کنترل جمعیت آفات در هر دو رقم تحت تأثیر کنترل شیمیایی بدست آمد. در بین تیمارهای کشت مخلوط، بیشترین تأثیر بر کاهش جمعیت سرخرطومی در کشت مخلوط هر دو رقم با نعناع فلفلی حاصل شد. همچنین کشت مخلوط رقم خاتونی با نعناع فلفلی و کشت مخلوط رقم خاقانی با نعناع فلفلی، اسطوخودوس و رزماری تأثیر مثبتی بر کاهش جمعیت کنه داشت. ولی کشت مخلوط هر دو رقم با هر 4 گونه گیاه دارویی تأثیری در کنترل جمعیت سفید بالک نداشت. براساس نتایج این پژوهش و با هدف ایجاد پایداری در بومنظامهای زراعی در صورت تکرار نتایج، کشت مخلوط تعدادی از گیاهان دارویی مانند نعناع فلفلی میتواند برای کاهش جمعیت برخی آفات مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

تأثیر مواد بافری و آنتیاکسیدانی بر شاخص رشد و خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی ریشههای مویین زرین گیاه (Dracocephalum kotschyi Boiss.)
شناسه دیجیتال (DOR):98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.977.98.6.1578.41 اسید رزمارینیک بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین پلیفنلها شناخته شده است که یک استر از کافئیک اسید و 3 و4- دی هیدروکسی فنیل لاکتیک اسید میباشد و بهعنوان آنتیاکسیدان از طریق تأثیر بهوسیله ترکیب ضدسرطانی دوکسوروبیسین، القای آسیب به DNA را بهطور معنیداری کاهش میدهد. ریشههای مویین زرین گیاه حاوی اسید رزمارینیک است که دارای خواص بیولوژیکی و ضدسرطانی میباشد. اما بهدلیل تولید بالای ترکیبهای فنلی در محیط کشت مایع، ریشههای مویین با مشکل قهوهای شدن و مرگ بافتها مواجه میشوند. در این تحقیق تأثیر ترکیبهای آنتیاکسیدانی بر رشد ریشههای مویین زرین گیاه و جلوگیری از قهوهای شدن آنها مطالعه شده است. ریشههای مویین از تلقیح کوتیلدونهای دو هفتهای درون شیشهای زرین گیاه توسط آگروباکتریوم رایزوژنز سویه 15834 القاء شدند. تأیید تراریختی ریشههای مویین توسط PCR با استفاده از آغازگرهای اختصاصی ژن rolB انجام گردید. بهمنظور بهینهسازی رشد و جلوگیری از قهوهای شدن ریشهها در محیط کشت پایه ½MS مایع از مواد ضداکسایشی مختلف شامل اسید آسکوربیک (g/L0.1 و 0.05)، MES بافر (g/L5.33 و 2.66)، زغال فعال (g/L3 و 1.5) و پلیوینیل پیرولیدون (PVP) (g/L1.5و 0.5) هر یک در دو غلظت متفاوت استفاده شد. برای بررسی کیفی ریشههای مویین تولیدی تحت تأثیر بافرهای مختلف، خواص فیتوشیمیایی نمونهها (فنل و فلاونوئید کل، فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی و فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی) توسط دستگاه اسپکتروفتومتر اندازهگیری شد. پس از 21 روز بهترین محیط کشت برای افزایش زیستتوده (g1.64) و جلوگیری از قهوهای شدن ریشههای مویین، محیط کشت ½MS حاوی g/L5/1 زغال فعال بود. پس از زغال فعال بیشترین میزان زیستتوده (g1.36) در دو غلظت PVP و بیشترین میزان قهوهای شدن و کاهش رشد در نمونههای شاهد مشاهده گردید. حداکثر و حداقل میزان فنل و فلاونوئید کل بهترتیب در نمونههای شاهد و تیمار زغال فعال g/L1.5 مشاهده گردید. بیشترین و کمترین میزان فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی و محتوای آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی بهترتیب مربوط به زغال فعال g/L1.5 و نمونههای شاهد بود. کنترل pH محیط کشت و همچنین مهار آنزیم PAL از طریق استفاده از مواد ضد اکسایشی مانند زغال فعال و PVP، توان قابل توجهی را برای کاهش بیوسنتز ترکیبهای فنلی و جلوگیری از قهوهای شدن ایجاد میکند.

بررسی برخی متابولیتهای ثانویه گیاه شیرینبیان (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) در شرایط فصل پاییز و بهار در استان خوزستان
شناسه دیجیتال (DOR):98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.991.98.6.1576.1606 گیاه دارویی شیرینبیان با نام علمی Glycyrrhiza glabra L. بهدلیل داشتن متابولیتهای ثانویه مهم و طبیعی، مورد استفاده صنایع داروسازی قرار گرفته است. این تحقیق بهمنظور تعیین بهترین زمان برداشت برای بررسی بالاترین میزان عصاره، میزان گلیسیریزین، میزان فنل و فلاونوئید کل و ترکیبهای فنلی در دو فصل پاییز و بهار بر روی ریزوم گیاه شیرینبیان منطقه بهبهان در استان خوزستان انجام شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که میزان عصاره استحصالی از ریزومها در فصل پاییز بیشتر از فصل بهار بوده است، همچنین از نظر تولید گلیسیریزین، فنل و فلاونوئید کل فصل پاییز مقادیر بیشتری را نسبت به فصل بهار به خود اختصاص داده است. آزمون T مستقل برای گلیسیریزین بهعنوان ترکیب ثانویه مهم و با ارزش شیرینبیان اثر معنیداری را بین دو فصل پاییز و بهار نشان داد. در میان ترکیبهای فنلی مورد بررسی فرولیک اسید و کوماریک اسید در فصل پاییز در رتبه بالاتر ترکیبها قرار داشتند و کمترین مقدار در میان ترکیبهای فنلی برای کافئیک اسید در فصل بهار اندازهگیری شد. با توجه به اهمیت این مواد مؤثره در صنایع دارویی، بهداشتی و غذایی و همچنین استفاده وسیع از ترکیبهای فنلی، گلیسیریزین و فلاونوئیدهای شیرینبیان در داروهای گیاهی، نیاز است که بهترین و بیشترین زمان تولید و تجمع آن در ریزوم گیاه مشخص گردد تا با بهرهبرداری بهموقع قدمی مؤثر بهمنظور غنیسازی صنایع دارویی، بهداشتی و غذایی برداشته شود.

الگوبرداری از رشد گیاه دارویی کَوَر (Capparis spinosa L.) در رویشگاه طبیعی برای کشت در سیستمهای زراعی کمنهاده
شناسه دیجیتال (DOR):98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.1002.98.6.1575.1607 پیامد تغییر اقلیم در رویشگاههای طبیعی مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک کاهش تنوع گونهای است که ضرورت اهلیسازی و کشت گونههای عرصههای طبیعی را در سیستمهای کشاورزی آشکار میکند. گیاه دارویی کَوَر (Capparis spinosa L.)، یکی از گیاهان ارزشمند بومی عرصههای طبیعی است که میتوان با شناخت الگوها و مراحل رشد آن در رویشگاههای طبیعی و نسخهبرداری از آن، نسبت به کشت آن اقدام کرد. به همین منظور، برای بررسی نیازهای اکولوژیک، مراحل فنولوژیک و عادات رشدی گیاه دارویی ارزشمند کور، رویشگاه طبیعی این گیاه واقع در بخش مزداوند شهرستان سرخس انتخاب شد و مطالعات در سال 1395 انجام گردید. بهمنظور مطالعه مراحل فنولوژیک گیاه، فاصله زمانی برای هر مرحله فنولوژیک براساس تعداد روز و درجه روز رشد محاسبه و ثبت گردید. ویژگیهای رشد (مساحت کانوپی، طول قطر بزرگ و قطر کوچک کانوپی و تعداد شاخه) اندازهگیری شد و روند تغییرات با مدلهای سیگموئیدی، درجه دو، توانی و خطی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی اکولوژیک رویشگاه نشان داد که رویشگاه مورد مطالعه بیشتر ماههای سال تحت تأثیرخشکی بوده، همچنین تجزیه خاک نشان داد که بافت خاک، سیلتی لوم و اسیدیته خاک در محدوده قلیایی بوده و مقادیر بالای هدایتالکتریکی خاک در اعماق مختلف نیز نشانگر وجود مقادیر زیاد املاح در خاک بود. خاک رویشگاه از نظر عناصر اصلی (نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاس) و کربن آلی فقیر بوده و مقادیر این عناصر بسیار پایینتر از حد مطلوب خاکهای زراعی برآورد شد. بررسی مراحل فنولوژیک گیاه کور نشان داد که این گیاه برای طی مراحل رشدی خود به 211 روز و 2745.3 درجه روز رشد نیاز دارد. بررسی روند تغییرات رشدی در رویشگاه نشان داد که گیاه در سه ماه اول، سرعت رشد نسبتاً بالایی از نظر گسترش سطح کانوپی داشته و با گذشت زمان از سرعت رشد آن کاسته میشود و مدل سیگموئیدی بهخوبی این الگوی رشدی را پیشبینی میکند. طبق نتایج بررسی عادات رشدی گیاه کور در رویشگاه طبیعی و با الگوبرداری از نحوه گسترش این گیاه در سطح زمین و نیز با توجه به چندساله بودن آن، توصیه میشود آرایش کاشت کور در سیستمهای زراعی به گونهای طراحی شود که بوتهها فضای کافی برای گسترش کانوپی داشته باشند.

تأثیر کودهای زیستی و محلولپاشی نانو اکسید آهن بر عملکرد کمّی و کیفی سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.)
شناسه دیجیتال (DOR):98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.1017.98.6.1578.41 بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر نانو اکسید آهن و انواع مختلفی از کودهای زیستی بر عملکرد کمّی و کیفی سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1396 در مزرعه دانشگاه صنعتی شاهرود اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل محلولپاشی نانو اکسید آهن در سه سطح 0، 5/1 و 3 گرم در لیتر آب بهعنوان فاکتور اول و پنج سطح کود زیستی شامل عدم مصرف کود زیستی (شاهد)، G. intraradices، G. mosseae، آزوسپریلیوم و ازتوباکتر بهعنوان فاکتور دوم لحاظ شدند. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که کاربرد تیمارهای قارچی و باکتریایی منجر به افزایش معنیدار عملکرد دانه، اجزای عملکرد و همچنین غلظت عناصر نیتروژن و آهن دانه شد و در افزایش میزان اسانس، میزان تیموکینون اسانس و روغن دانه نیز تأثیر بهسزایی داشتند که مؤثرترین آن قارچ G. intraradices بود که توانست تمامی صفات اندازهگیری شده را بهطور قابل توجهی بهبود ببخشد. محلولپاشی نانو اکسید آهن تنها بر میزان اسانس، عملکرد بیولوژیک، محتوای آهن و نیتروژن دانه تأثیر مثبت و معنیدار داشت. بهطوری که بیشترین میزان آهن و نیتروژن دانه با مصرف 3 گرم نانو اکسید آهن در یک لیتر آب حاصل شد. این در حالیست که میزان اسانس، درصد تیموکینون اسانس، میزان روغن و همچنین عملکرد بیولوژیک در دو غلظت مصرفی تفاوت معنیداری با هم نداشتند. بنابراین به نظر میرسد که کاربرد غلظت کمتر نانو اکسید آهن (1.5 گرم در یک لیتر آب) با صرفهجویی در مصرف کود بدون کاهش معنیدار در صفات کیفی اندازهگیری شده به همراه قارچ G. intraradices میتواند سبب بهبود عملکرد کمّی و کیفی در گیاه دارویی سیاهدانه شود.

شناسه دیجیتال (DOR):98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.1028.98.6.1578.41 کلسیم یکی از مهمترین عناصر معدنی است که در تعیین کیفیت میوه دخالت دارد. وجود ضایعات فراوان و اُفت کیفیت زرشک بیدانه در طی مراحل برداشت، پس از برداشت و نگهداری آن یکی از مشکلات مهم در مناطق تولید میباشد. محلولپاشی با عناصر معدنی میتواند از طریق تأمین مواد غذایی باعث افزایش کیفیت، عملکرد، بازارپسندی و کاهش خسارتهای بعد از برداشت گردد. ازاینرو در این مطالعه اثر محلولپاشی برگی کلرید کلسیم و نیترات کلسیم بر ویژگیهای کمّی و کیفی میوه زرشک در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی اجرا گردید. تیمارها شامل شاهد (آبمقطر)، کلرید کلسیم (0.5%) و نیترات کلسیم (0.5%) بودند. محلولپاشی در چهار مرحله از فصل رشد انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین میانگین تعداد خوشه در شاخه، تعداد حبه در خوشه، تعداد حبه در شاخه و عملکرد میوه در شاخه مربوط به تیمار کلرید کلسیم 0.5% و کمترین مقدار آنها در شاهد بود. تیمار کلرید کلسیم مورد مطالعه، منجر به افزایش وزن تَر، قطر و طول شاخه در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد. حداکثر مقادیر کلروفیل a، b و کل در برگهای درختان شاهد مشاهده گردید. اثر تیمارهای کلرید کلسیم و نیترات کلسیم بر کیفیت ظاهری و بافت میوه زرشک معنیدار بود، اگرچه بر خصوصیات شیمیایی میوه اثری نداشت. بهطور کلی نتایج نشان داد که محلولپاشی برگی با نمکهای کلرید کلسیم و نیترات کلسیم موجب بهبود ویژگیهای کمّی و کیفی میوهها نسبت به شاهد شد.

بهبود صفات فیزیولوژیک، عملکرد و اسانس زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) با کاربردکودهای زیستی فسفره و آبیاری تکمیلی در شرایط کشت دیم
شناسه دیجیتال (DOR):98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.1044.98.6.1576.1605 بهمنظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف آبیاری تکمیلی و کودهای زیستی بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک عملکرد و درصد اسانس گیاه دارویی زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) آزمایشی در سال زراعی ۹7-۹6 در مزرعه تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی یاسوج اجرا شد. آزمایش بهصورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. فاکتور اصلی شامل آبیاری تکمیلی (دیم کامل، آبیاری تکمیلی در زمان 50% گلدهی و آبیاری تکمیلی در زمان شروع دانهبندی) و فاکتور فرعی شامل کود زیستی (بدون کود زیستی فسفره، میکوریزا گونه Glomus mosseae، کود زیستی فسفره و تلفیق میکوریزا و کود زیستی فسفره) بود. کاربرد آبیاری تکمیلی همراه با کود زیستی باعث افزایش کلروفیل کل، کاروتنوئید و کاهش مقدار پرولین شد. همچنین استفاده از کود زیستی فسفره باعث افزایش کاتالاز در گیاه گردید. اثر آبیاری تکمیلی و فسفر زیستی بر تعداد چتر در بوته، ارتفاع بوته، وزن هزاردانه و تعداد دانه در چتر معنیدار بود؛ بیشترین وزن هزاردانه (2.55 گرم)، عملکرد دانه (622.4 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، عملکرد زیستی (1252 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و درصد اسانس (54.86%) مربوط به تیمار مایکوریزا همراه با کود زیستی فسفره بود. در مجموع نتایج حاصل نشان داد که استفاده از کود زیستی فسفره، مایکوریزا و آبیاری تکمیلی میتواند باعث بهبود صفات فیزیولوژیک، عملکرد و اسانس زیره سبز در شرایط دیم شود.

بررسی اثر تاریخ کاشت و کود شیمیایی بر محتوی فلاونوئید دانه و خصوصیات کمّی وکیفی دانه بالنگو شیرازی (Lallemantia royleana Benth.)
شناسه دیجیتال (DOR):98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.1058.98.6.1576.41 بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر تاریخ کاشت و کود شیمیایی نیتروژن و فسفر بر محتوای فلاونویید دانه، خصوصیات کیفی و جوانهزنی بذر بالنگوی شیرازی (Lallemantia royleana Benth.)، پژوهشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، در سال زراعی 93-92 اجرا شد. عوامل آزمایش شامل تاریخ کشت در دو سطح (پاییزه و بهاره) و کود شیمیایی در سه سطح (عدم کود، کاربرد نصف کود مورد نیاز (23 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن خالص + 50.6 کیلوگرم در هکتار P2O5) و کاربرد مقدار کامل کود (46 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن + 101.2 کیلوگرم در هکتار P2O5)) بود. اندازه گیری فلاونوئید دانه در فواصل یک هفتهای از گلدهی تا رسیدگی دانه انجام گرفت. نتایج مقایسه میانگین نشان داد که بیشترین درصد جوانهزنی بذر در کشت پاییزه (74.8) با افزایش 11.6 درصدی نسبت به کشت بهاره، و اعمال کود کامل مورد نیاز گیاه (88.6) با افزایش 73.4 درصدی نسبت به تیمار عدم کود، بدست آمد. کاربرد کود شیمیایی و کشت پاییزه بالنگو باعث افزایش معنیدار درصد موسیلاژ بذر نسبت به شاهد شد. 7 روز پس از گلدهی بیشترین میزان فلاونویید در کشت بهاره (0.264 معادل میلیگرم کوئرستین در گرم نمونه) با افزایش 63.97 درصدی نسبت به کشت پاییزه، و تیمار بدون کود (0.282 معادل میلیگرم کوئرستین در گرم نمونه) با افزایش 90.54 درصدی نسبت به تیمار کود کامل (0.148 معادل میلیگرم کوئرستین در گرم نمونه) بدست آمد. 28 روز پس از گلدهی بالاترین میزان فلاونویید (0.554 معادل میلیگرم کوئرستین در گرم نمونه) در کشت بهاره و همچنین تیمار بدون کود (0.629 معادل میلیگرم کوئرستین در گرم نمونه) بدست آمد. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که کشت پاییزه و کاربرد مقدار کامل کود باعث افزایش کیفیت دانه به لحاظ درصد موسیلاژ و جوانهزنی می شود، اما کشت بهاره و عدم کاربرد کود شیمیایی باعث افزایش فلاونویید در دانههای بالنگو میشود.
