بررسی تأثیر مقادیر مختلف کودهای نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم بر صفات کمّی و کیفی گیاه دارویی بابونه (Matricaria chamomilla L.)
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر مقادیر مختلف کودهای نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم بر صفات کمّی و کیفی گیاه بابونه (Matricaria chamomilla L.)، تحقیقی در سال زراعی 87-1386 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی شرکت داروسازی باریج اسانس کاشان بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. سطوح کودی نیتروژن به میزان صفر، 50 و 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود اوره، سطوح کودی فسفر بهترتیب صفر، 25 و 50 کیلوگرم در هکتار سوپر فسفاتتریپل و سطوح کودی پتاسیم بهترتیب صفر، 25 و 50 کیلوگرم در هکتار سولفات پتاسیم بود. صفات ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد گل در بوته، تعداد شاخه فرعی، وزن تر و خشک تک بوته، عملکرد گل در مترمربع، قطر گل، درصد اسانس و درصد کامازولن برای هر تیمار اندازهگیری و ثبت گردید. اثر کود نیتروژن بر صفات تعداد گل در بوته، وزن تر تک بوته، تعداد شاخه فرعی، عملکرد گل در مترمربع و وزن تر و خشک 50 گل معنیدار بود. اثر کود فسفر بر وزن تر تک بوته در سطح احتمال 5% معنیدار شد. اثر کود پتاسیم بر صفات مورد مطالعه اثر معنیداری نداشت. اثر متقابل کود نیتروژن و فسفر بر صفات وزن تر و خشک تک بوته و عملکرد گل در مترمربع در سطح احتمال 1% معنیدار گردید. اثر متقابل کود نیتروژن و پتاسیم بر قطر گل در سطح احتمال 5% معنیدار شد. مقایسه میانگین صفت عملکرد گل در مترمربع نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد گل در سطح 50 کیلوگرم در هکتار کود نیتروژن و 25 کیلوگرم کود فسفر و کمترین میزان عملکرد گل در سطح 100 کیلوگرم کود نیتروژن و 50 کیلوگرم کود فسفر حاصل شدهاست. کامازولن و میزان اسانس تحت تأثیر کود نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاس قرار نگرفت. بهطور کلی میتوان گفت بابونه در شرایط مورد مطالعه به عناصر غذایی کمی نیاز دارد.

اثر ارتفاع از سطح دریا و خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی خاک بر مواد مؤثره گیاه آویشن (Thymus fallax Fisch.et C.A. Mey.) در رویشگاههای طبیعی لرستان
جنس آویشن (Thymus) یکی از جنسهای مهم خانواده نعنا (Lamiaceae) بوده که متعلق به زیر خانواده Nepetoideae است. در این پژوهش رابطه بین ارتفاع از سطح دریا و برخی خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی خاک بهعنوان فاکتورهای مهم و اثرگذار بر مقادیر کمّی و کیفی اسانس گونه Thymus fallax Fisch.et C.A. Mey. در رویشگاههای طبیعی آن در استان لرستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور ابتدا چهار رویشگاه طبیعی این گونه (زاغه، الشتر، رازان و ریمله) با ارتفاعهای مختلف از سطح دریا مشخص شد. پس از تهیه نمونه از سرشاخههای گلدار گونه مذکور، استخراج اسانس به روش تقطیر با آب با دستگاه کلونجر انجام گردید. سپس برای تعیین ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده اسانس از دستگاه GC و GC/MS استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای بدست آمده با نرمافزار SPSS و مقایسه میانگین تیمارها با آزمون چنددامنهای دانکن انجام شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که رویشگاه ریمله با 8/2% بیشترین مقدار اسانس را در مقایسه با سایر رویشگاهها داشت. ترکیبهای عمده موجود در اسانس گونه مورد بررسی کارواکرول، تیمول، گاما-ترپینن، پارا-سیمن، کامفن و ژرانیول تعیین گردید. با افزایش ارتفاع از سطح دریا درصد ترکیبهایی مانند کارواکرول و تیمول در اسانس افزایش معنیداری داشت. همچنین نتایج نشان میدهد که برخی خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی خاک رویشگاههای مورد بررسی با ترکیبهای موجود در اسانس همبستگی معنیداری دارند که بر این اساس مدل رگرسیون خطی نیز بدست آمد.

بررسی ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس بومادران هزار برگ (Achillea millefolium L.) در رویشگاههای مختلف استان آذربایجانشرقی
بومادران هزاربرگ با نام علمی Achillea millefolium L. متعلق به خانواده کاسنی (Asteraceae) میباشد. 130 گونه مختلف از این جنس در سراسر جهان پراکنش دارند، از این بین 19 گونه در کشور ایران رویش طبیعی دارد که از این تعداد 7 گونه بومی ایران است. در این مطالعه سرشاخههای گلدار به همراه برگهای روی ساقه و برگهای قاعدهای گیاه در خرداد ماه 1390 از هفت منطقه زنوز، باسمنج، پیربالا، بناب مرند، شبستر، کندلج و جلفا واقع در استان آذربایجانشرقی جمعآوری شده و بعد از خشکاندن در سایه و دمای اتاق جهت استخراج اسانس به روش تقطیر با آب با طرح کلونجر طبق فارماکوپه بریتانیا به مدت 4 ساعت بکار گرفته شد. ترکیب شیمیایی اسانسها با استفاده از دستگاههای گاز کروماتوگراف (GC) و گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل به طیفسنج جرمی (GC/MS) شناسایی شدند. بازده متوسط تولید اسانس توسط پیکر رویشی و گل در این گیاه با سه تکرار برحسب وزن خشک ماده گیاهی، برای مناطق مختلف تقریباً برابر 1/0% زنوز، 4/0% باسمنج، 1/0% پیربالا، 2/0% بناب مرند، 1/0% شبستر، 25/0% کندلج و 4/0% جلفا تعیین شد. در مجموع در اسانس زنوز، باسمنج، پیربالا، بناب مرند، شبستر، کندلج و جلفا بهترتیب 35، 38، 48، 43، 45، 37 و 42 ترکیب شناسایی شد که از این میان ترکیبهایدلتا-کادینول (3/23-7/3%)، 1،8-سینئول (5/18-7/7%)، جرماکرن D (9/10-7/2%)، آلفا-اودسمول (8-2%)، ترانس نرولیدول (3/11-6/2%) و آلفا-پینن (4/9-6/1%) در همه مناطق مشترک بوده و دارای بیشترین غلظت بودند. با توجه به غلظت بالای دو ترکیب با ارزش 1،8-سینئول و دلتا-کادینول در مناطق باسمنج و زنوز و با در نظر گرفتن بیشترین بازده اسانس، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که این دو منطقه برای استخراج 1،8-سینئول و دلتا-کادینول مناسب میباشند.

Clarke)، در شرایط آزمایشگاه و همچنین افزایش درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی بذرها تحت تأثیر این دو تیمار و افزایش مقاومت گیاه به تنشهای محیطی و افزایش مقاومت به بیماریها و آفات، این پژوهش در سال 1389 انجام شد. تیمار مربوط به امواج فراصوتی با فرکانس 22 کیلوهرتز در 2 زمان 2 و 5 دقیقه (U2، U3) و تیمار مربوط به میدان مغناطیسی با شدت 5000 گوس در 3 زمان 15، 30 و 45 دقیقه (M4، M3، M2) در دمای 30 درجه سانتیگراد اعمال شد. البته تیمار شاهد (در این تیمار میدان مغناطیسی و امواج فراصوتی اعمال نشد و M1 و U1 بهترتیب عدم اعمال میدان مغناطیسی و امواج فراصوتی هستند) نیز در نظر گرفته شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و با 4 تکرار به اجرا درآمد. نتایج نشان داد که با اعمال تیمارهای میدان مغناطیسی و امواج فراصوتی جوانهزنی و ویگور بذرها بهبود و عملکرد نهایی گیاه زنیان تحت تأثیر تیمارها افزایش یافت. بنابراین به نظر میرسد که میدان مغناطیسی اعمال شده در زمان 30 دقیقه و در مواردی 45 دقیقه و امواج فراصوتی با زمان 5 دقیقه بیشترین تأثیر را بر گیاهان داشتهاست. تیمارها فقط در مورد شاخص سطح برگ و وزن هزاردانه میانگین را کاهش داده بودند. البته با وجود حساسیت بالای گیاه به بیماریها و آفات، هیچگونه اثری از بیماری و آفت در مزرعه دیده نشد.

بررسی اثر ژل آلوئهورا (Aloe vera L.) و کلرید کلسیم (CaCl2) در افزایش عمر پس از برداشت میوه کنار (Ziziphus mauritiana Lam.) در استان بوشهر
سفتی گوشت میوه یکی از مهمترین خصوصیات کیفی میوه کنار پیوندی (Ziziphus mauritiana Lam.) است. بهمنظور مطالعه تغییرات سفتی بافت میوه کنار از ژل آلوئهورا (Aloe vera L.) و کلرید کلسیم در افزایش عمر پس از برداشت میوه، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادمی با 4 تکرار و 6 تیمار (ژل آلوئهورا 50، 75 و 100 درصد و کلرید کلسیم 5/0، 1 و 5/1 درصد) به همراه شاهد در استان بوشهر انجام شد. بدین منظور میوهها پس از برداشت و شستشو به مدت 5 دقیقه تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار گرفتند و میوههای تیمار شده به مدت 3 هفته در دمای 7 درجه سانتیگراد نگهداری و درصد کاهش وزن، میزان مواد جامد محلول کل و درصد سفتی بافت میوهها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمایشهای آماری از تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که کمترین مقدار درصد کاهش وزن میوه در تیمار کلرید کلسیم 1% با مقدار 3/1% و بیشترین درصد کاهش وزن مربوط به تیمار شاهد بود. مقایسه میانگینها با استفاده از آزمون دانکن در سطح 1% حکایت از آن داشت که بیشترین سفتی بافت مربوط به تیمار کلرید کلسیم 5/1% بود که با بقیه تیمارها اختلاف معنیداری را نشان داد. کمترین TSS (22/15%) مربوط به ژل آلوئهورا 75% و کلرید کلسیم 1% و بالاترین TSS مربوط به تیمار شاهد (22/18%) بود.

بررسی سمّیت تماسی و دوام اسانس گیاهان دارویی رازیانه، کلپوره و مرزه روی حشرات کامل سوسک چهار نقطهای حبوبات Callosobruchus maculatus F. (Coleoptera: Bruchidae)
سمّیت تماسی و دوام اسانس گیاهان رازیانه (Foeniculum vulgare Miller)، کلپوره (Teucrium polium Boiss.) و مرزه (Satureja hortensis L.) روی سوسک چهار نقطهای حبوبات، در شرایط دمای °C2 ± 28 و رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 65%، در تاریکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اسانسها با استفاده از دستگاه کلونجر به روش تقطیر با آب تهیه گردید. سمّیت تماسی روی حشرات کامل یک روزه در 6 غلظت و پس از 24 ساعت ارزیابی شد. میزان دوام اسانسها، در یک دوره 30 ساعته، در غلظت معادل LC99 تماسی بررسی گردید. نتایج سمّیت تماسی اسانسها نشان داد که مرگ و میر حشرات کامل یک روزه در هر دو جنس نر و ماده با افزایش غلظت اسانس افزایش یافت. حشرات نر در مقایسه با حشرات ماده نسبت به کلیه اسانسها، حساسیت بیشتری نشان دادند. اسانس رازیانه با LC50 معادل 38/390 و 46/513 میکرولیتر بر مترمربع بهترتیب علیه افراد نر و ماده، مؤثرتر از سایر اسانسهای مورد بررسی بود. مقادیر LC50 برای اسانس مرزه معادل 69/535 و 99/640 میکرولیتر بر مترمربع و برای اسانس کلپوره معادل 09/1263 و 72/1469 میکرولیتر بر مترمربع بهترتیب علیه افراد نر و ماده بدست آمد. نتایج بررسی دوام نشان داد که اسانس مرزه بیشترین ماندگاری و اسانس کلپوره کمترین ماندگاری را داشت. ماندگاری زیاد اسانس مرزه احتمالاً بهدلیل میزان بیشتر ترکیبهای اکسیژنه در ترکیب این اسانس بود. نتایج این بررسی، قابلیت بالای این اسانسها را در کنترل سوسک چهار نقطهای حبوبات نشان میدهد.

بررسی اثرات گیاهان دارویی رازیانه و شیرینبیان بر ایمنی، هورمونهای تیروئیدی و اندامهای گوارشی جوجههای گوشتی
بهمنظور بررسی اثرات گیاهان دارویی رازیانه و شیرینبیان بر ایمنی و فراسنجههای خونی جوجههای گوشتی، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 6 تیمار، 4 تکرار و 25 قطعه جوجه گوشتی در هر تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل شاهد (کنترل منفی)، 5/2 و 5 گرم در کیلوگرم رازیانه، 5/2 و 5 گرم در کیلوگرم شیرینبیان و جیره با آنتیبیوتیک محرک رشد (کنترل مثبت) بود. برای بررسی پاسخ ایمنی در سن 28، عیار آنتیبادی علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفندی (SRBC) و همچنین ایمنوگلوبولینهای G و M مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در سن 35 روزگی بررسی هورمونهای T3 و T4 با استفاده از کیتهای الایزا انجام شد و در پایان در سن 42 روزگی از هر تکرار 3 پرنده برای بررسی خصوصیات لاشه، اندامهای گوارشی و ایمنی کشتار گردید. استفاده از این گیاهان، اثر معنیداری بر عیار آنتیبادی بر علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفند و ایمنوگلوبولینهای G و M، اندامهای ایمنی بورس و طحال، وزن اندامهای گوارشی (کبد، سنگدان و قسمتهای دئودئوم، ژژنوم و ایلئوم) و طول قسمتهای مختلف روده نداشت (05/0 > p). همچنین درصد لاشه، ران، سینه، چربی حفره بطنی و هورمونهای T3 و T4 تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفتند (05/0 > p).

اثرات مقدار و زمان مصرف نیتروژن بر عملکرد محصول و خصوصیات کمّی گیاه دارویی کارلا (Momordica charantia L.)
بهمنظور بررسی اثرات مقدار و زمان مصرف کود نیتروژن بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گیاه دارویی کارلا (Momordica charantia L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خرد شده و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1390 در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان سیستان و بلوچستان واقع در شهرستان زابل اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سه سطح کود نیتروژن به میزان 75 =N1، 150 =N2 و 225 =N3 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار از منبع اوره بهعنوان عامل اصلی و سه زمان مصرف شامل: T1= 2/1 در مرحله 3 تا 4 برگی و 2/1 در مرحله قبل از گلدهی، T2= 2/1 در مرحله 3 تا 4 برگی و 2/1 در مرحله شروع میوهدهی و T3 = 3/1 در مرحله 3 تا 4 برگی، 3/1 در مرحله قبل از گلدهی و 3/1 باقیمانده در مرحله شروع میوهدهی بهعنوان عامل فرعی لحاظ گردید. نتایج نشان داد که نیتروژن تأثیر معنیداری (p < 0.01) بر عملکرد محصول و میزان زیستتوده تولیدی در گیاه کارلا دارد. با افزایش سطح نیتروژن از 75 تا 225 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار میزان عملکرد و مقدار زیستتوده افزایش یافت. افزایش عملکرد محصول معادل 1/63% بود. طول بوته، تعداد شاخههای جانبی، تعداد میوه در بوته، تعداد دانه در میوه، طول و قطر میوه ازجمله اجزای عملکرد محصول بودند که نیتروژن تأثیر معنیدار و مثبتی بر آنها داشت و سبب افزایش آنها گردید. زمان استفاده از کود نیتروژن تنها بر عملکرد محصول، میزان زیستتوده تولیدی، تعداد میوه در بوته و قطر میوه تأثیر معنیدار داشت. بهطوری که بیشترین عملکرد محصول با تقسیط 2/1 نیتروژن در مرحله 3 تا 4 برگی و 2/1 بقیه در مرحله شروع میوهدهی حاصل گردید.

اثر تنش خشکی بر خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی گیاه سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.)
بهمنظور بررسی اثر تنش خشکی ناشی از پلیاتیلن گلایکول بر برخی پارامترهای فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی شامل وزن خشک اندام هوایی، نشت یونی، محتوی نسبی آب برگ، رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی (کلروفیل a، b، کل و کاروتنوئیدها)، مالوندآلدهید و سایر آلدهیدها، آنتوسیانینها، ترکیبهای پلیفنلی، فلاونوئیدها، فعالیت آنزیم فنیلآلانین آمونیالیاز، محتوی قندهای محلول و پروتئین در گیاه دارویی سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.)، آزمایشی در سال 1390 در آزمایشگاه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار و در شرایط کشت هیدروپونیک انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تنش خشکی در سطوح صفر، 2/0-، 4/0- و 6/0- مگاپاسکال بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تنش خشکی باعث کاهش معنیدار وزن خشک اندام هوایی، محتوی نسبی آب برگ، رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی، آنتوسیانینها، ترکیبهای پلیفنلی، فلاونوئیدها و پروتئین و افزایش نشت یونی، مقدار مالوندآلدهید و سایر آلدهیدها، فعالیت آنزیم فنیلآلانین آمونیالیاز و محتوی قندهای محلول گردید. براساس نتایج بدست آمده به نظر میرسد که این گیاه در برابر تنش خشکی حساس بوده، بنابراین بکار بردن ترکیبهای حفاظتی خارجی میتواند ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی این گیاه را در برابر شرایط تنش افزایش دهد.

بررسی کمّیت و کیفیت اسانس بذر گیاه Pimpinella aurea DC. در سه رویشگاه استان تهران
گونه Pimpinella aurea DC. یکی از فراوانترین گونههای چند ساله جنس Pimpinella در ایران است و پراکندگی جغرافیایی آن در شمالغرب، غرب، مرکز، شمالشرق و جنوبشرق ایران میباشد. این گونه معطر و دارای اسانس بوده که اسانس آن دارای اثر ضدمیکروبی است. در این تحقیق، بهمنظور ارزیابی کمّیت و کیفیت اسانس بذر گیاه P. aurea و همچنین مطالعه اثر احتمالی اندازه بذر بر میزان اسانس، بذرهای گیاه در سال 1389 از سه رویشگاه در استان تهران (توچال، وردآورد و لواسانات) جمعآوری شد و پس از خشککردن در سایه، ابتدا با استفاده از الکهایی با مش 20، 25 و 30 از هم جدا شدند. از هر کدام از نمونهها بهصورت جداگانه به روش تقطیر با آب اسانسگیری بعمل آمد. میانگین بازده اسانس بذر منطقه توچال با مشهای 20، 25 و 30 بهترتیب 01/4%، 20/3% و 12/1% بدست آمد. در نمونه منطقه وردآورد بازده اسانس با همان اندازهها بهترتیب 69/5%، 20/3% و 94/1% بود و در نمونه منطقه لواسانات به همان ترتیب، بازده اسانس بهترتیب 21/3%، 70/2% و 85/1% بود. نتایج بیانگر این بود که با ریزتر شدن اندازه بذرها بازده اسانس کاهش چشمگیری یافت. برای شناسایی ترکیبهای موجود در اسانسها و تعیین درصد کمّی آنها از دستگاههای گاز کروماتوگرافی (GC) و گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل به طیفسنج جرمی (GC/MS) استفاده شد. در اسانس بذرهای این گونه با اندازههای متفاوت، که از رویشگاههای مختلف جمعآوری شده بودند، ترکیب اصلی اسانس بتا-بیزابولن بود که مقدار آن بین 2/57% تا 6/83% متفاوت بود. ترکیب شاخص دیگر اپوکسی آلو-آرومادندرن بود که بین 9/3% تا 6/30% متغیر بود. نتایج نشان داد که اندازه بذرها تأثیر قابلملاحظهای بر کیفیت اسانس ندارد. همچنین اسانس بذرهای جمعآوری شده از منطقه وردآورد که دارای اقلیم گرم و خشکتری نسبت به دو منطقه دیگر بود، از کمّیت و کیفیت بهتری برخوردار بود.

تأثیر تراکم بوته بر صفات مرفولوژیک و زراعی ژنوتیپهای بزرک دارویی (Linum usitatissimum L.)
بهمنظور بررسی ویژگیهای مرفولوژیک و زراعی ژنوتیپهای مختلف بزرک دارویی (Linum usitatissimum L.) در تراکمهای مختلف بوته، یک آزمایش مزرعهای بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه اجرا گردید. تراکمهای مختلف ٣٠٠، ٥٠٠ و ١٠٠٠ بوته در مترمربع بهعنوان فاکتور اول و چهار ژنوتیپ بزرک ایرانی، استرالیایی، کانادایی و فرانسوی بهعنوان فاکتور دوم منظور گردید. نمونهبرداری در سه مرحله رشد رویشی، ٥٠% گلدهی و رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تراکم بوته اثر معنیداری بر میانگین صفات ارتفاع، وزن ماده خشک هوایی گیاه در مرحله رشد رویشی، ارتفاع، قطر ساقه، وزن خشک در مرحله ٥٠% گلدهی، ارتفاع، قطر ساقه، تعداد شاخه فرعی و وزن خشک در مرحله رسیدگی داشت. درضمن صفات تعداد کپسول در بوته، وزن هزاردانه، عملکرد دانه و شاخص برداشت نیز تحت تأثیر تراکم بوته قرار گرفت. ژنوتیپهای مختلف بزرک اثر معنیداری روی صفات ارتفاع، قطر ساقه و تعداد شاخه فرعی در هر سه برداشت داشت. صفات تعداد کپسول در بوته، تعداد بذر در کپسول، وزن هزاردانه، عملکرد دانه، شاخص برداشت و تعداد روز تا ٥٠% گلدهی و رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک نیز تحت تأثیر معنیدار ژنوتیپهای بزرک قرار گرفت. حداکثر عملکرد دانه با میانگین ٨٩٩ کیلوگرم در هکتار مربوط به تیمار 1000 بوته در مترمربع بود. ژنوتیپ ایرانی بزرک، با تولید میانگین ٤٠/٦ بذر در کپسول، تولید میانگین ١٣٧٥ کیلوگرم بذر در هکتار، میانگین شاخص برداشت ٢٣/٢١، بیشترین و با میانگین ٦٥ روز تا ٥٠% گلدهی و ١٢٣ روز تا رسیدگی فیزیولوژیک دیررسترین ژنوتیپ بود.

استخراج و تجزیه کمّی و کیفی اسانس گونههای مختلف آویشن (Thymus spp) کشت شده در یزد
اسانس آویشن (Thymus spp) با دارا بودن ترکیبهای باارزشی همانند تیمول و کارواکرول از جایگاه ویژهای برخوردار میباشد. در این تحقیق سرشاخههای گلدار اکسشنهای گونههای مختلف آویشن کشت شده در ایستگاه تحقیقات گیاهان دارویی استان یزد واقع در گردفرامرز شهر شاهدیه، برداشت و پس از خشک کردن در سایه به روش تقطیر با آب اسانسگیری شد. بازدهی اسانس براساس وزن خشک گیاه تعیین شد و بعد بهوسیله کروماتوگرافی گازی و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیفسنجی جرمی تجزیه و شناسایی ترکیبها انجام شد. از 74 اکسشن کشت شده در سال دوم (1389) از نظر بازده اسانس بیشترین درصد اسانس گیاه مربوط به اکسشنهای CFTNJI (17/4%)، ZSELP (4%)، Q (72/3%)، NJICFT (71/3%) و XDRMKO (54/3%) و کمترین آن مربوط به اکسشن BHUZSE با 66/0% اسانس بود. از نظر میزان تولید اسانس در هکتار اکسشنهای XDRVGY (kg/ha5/87)، NJICFT (kg/ha42/45)، ZSECFT (kg/ha86/40) و BHUMKO (kg/ha31/38) بهترتیب بیشترین میزان اسانس و کمترین مقدار آن به اکسشن CFTMKO با 9/0 کیلوگرم در هکتار تعلق داشت. پاراسیمن، 1،8-سینئول، گاما-ترپینن، بورنئول، تیمول، کارواکرول، ژرانیول، لیمونن، ژرانیل استات، ترپینول، لینالول و کاریوفیلن بهترتیب 4/28%، 7/31%، 4/20%، 3/29%، 1/71%، 4/81%، 77%، 4/28%، 6/38%، 6/55%، 81% و20% مربوط به اکسشنهای NJIBHU، VGYCFT، MKOMKO، CFTCFT، ZSEQ، NJICFT، CFTQ، MKOQ، CFTZSE، NJIBHU، ZSELP، VGYMKO و CFTCFT میباشد. در سال سوم (1390) از نظر بازده اسانس بیشترین درصد اسانس گیاه مربوط به اکسشنهای Q (07/4%)، CFTVGY (7/3 %)، MKOVGY (63/3%)، ZSEQ (45/3%) و ZSELP (43/3%) و کمترین آن مربوط به اکسشن VGYMKO با 62/0 درصد اسانس بود. از نظر میزان تولید اسانس در هکتار اکسشنهای BHUVGY (kg/ha9/74)، XDRVGY (kg/ha9/60)، XDRLP (kg/ha78/51)، CFT (kg/ha21/49) و Q (kg/ha11/46) بهترتیب بیشترین میزان اسانس و کمترین مقدار آن به اکسشن BHUZSE با 36/2 کیلوگرم در هکتار تعلق داشت. بهطور کلی با در نظر گرفتن بازده اسانس، میزان تولید و ترکیبهای اسانس اکسشن NJICFT (T. transcaspicus) با منشأ استان یزد و با 71/3% اسانس و عملکرد 42/45 کیلوگرم اسانس در هر هکتار و با 5/81% کارواکرول و اکسشن ZSEQ (T. daenensis) با منشأ استان مرکزی و با 45/3% اسانس و عملکرد 15/37 کیلوگرم در هر هکتار و با 73% تیمول و اکسشن XDRVGY (T. vulgaris) با منشأ استان مرکزی و با بازده اسانس 75/2% و میزان تولید 5/78 کیلوگرم در هکتار و میزان 8/45% تیمول بهعنوان اکسشنهای برتر معرفی میشوند.

بررسی مقایسهای ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس بذر و برگ Heracleum anisactis Boiss. & Hohen. در چند ارتفاع مختلف
در این مطالعه آنالیز اسانس بذر و برگ گونه انحصاری Heracleum anisactis Boiss. & Hohen. گزارش شدهاست. این گیاه از مناطق کوهستانی گاجره به دیزین و از سه ارتفاع 2100 متر، 2600 متر و 3200 متری جمعآوری گردید و با روش تقطیر با آب اسانسگیری شد. برای شناسایی ترکیبهای اسانس از دستگاههای گاز کروماتوگرافی (GC) و گاز کروماتوگراف متصل به طیفسنج جرمی (GC/MS) استفاده گردید. 20 ترکیب در اسانس و 22 ترکیب در اسانس بذر شناسایی شد. مهمترین ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده اسانسها در برگ بهترتیب در ارتفاعات 2100، 2600 و 3200 متری اکتیلاستات (Octyl acetate) (9/66%، 4/67% و 3/69%)، اکتیل بوتیرات (Octyl butyrate) (7/3%، 5/3% و 6/5%) و هگزیلایزوبوتیرات (Hexyl isobutyrate) (3/3%، 8/3% و 5/4%) بود. در بذر ترکیب اسانسها بهترتیب در ارتفاعات 2100، 2600 و 3200 متری اکتیلاستات (Octyl acetate) (4/69%، 4/72% و 5/76%) و هگزیلبوتیرات (Hexyl butyrate) (2/3%، 8/4% و 2/6%) بود. در مورد اسانس این گونه تاکنون گزارشی منتشر نشدهاست.

بررسی ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس برگ، گل، ساقه و ریشه Salvia macilenta Boiss.
جنس Salvia، متعلق به تیره نعناع، در ایران 58 گونه دارد که 17 گونه آن انحصاری ایران است. هدف از این مطالعه، مقایسه ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس برگ، گل، ساقه و ریشه Salvia macilenta Boiss. بود. این گیاه در اردیبهشت ماه 1391 از مسیر جاده بم- جیرفت، منطقه جبالبارز واقع در استان کرمان جمعآوری شد و از اندامهای مختلف آن بهطور جداگانه به روش تقطیر با آب، اسانسگیری بعمل آمد. ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده روغنهای اسانسی با استفاده از دستگاههای کروماتوگراف گازی (GC) و کروماتوگراف گازی متصل به طیفسنج جرمی (GC/MS) شناسایی شدند. در اسانس برگ، 46 ترکیب شناسایی شد که 7/99% اسانس را تشکیل میدادند. آلفا-پینن (4/36%)، بتا-پینن (6/7%)، بورنئول (4/5%) و بتا-کاریوفیلن (1/5%) ترکیبهای اصلی اسانس بودند. همچنین، اسانس گل 26 ترکیب داشت که 100% آن را شامل میشد. آلفا-پینن (1/45%)، بتا-پینن (5/10%)، کامفن (8/8%) و لیمونن (8/6%) اجزای عمده اسانس بودند. در اسانس ساقه، 18 ترکیب شناسایی شد که 5/97% آن را تشکیل میدادند. ترکیبهای اصلی، آلفا-پینن (1/25%)، بورنیل استات (8/16%)، بتا-اودسمول (6/8%) و بورنئول (1/8%) بودند. از طرف دیگر، از بین 10 ترکیب شناسایی شده در اسانس ریشه که 2/88% آن را تشکیل میدادند، ویریدیفلورول (1/18%)، بتا-اودسمول (4/16%)، ترانس-فروژینول (8/15%) و دیبوتیل فتالات (6/10%) ترکیبهای عمده بودند. در نتیجه، روغنهای اسانسی برگ، گل و ساقه S. macilenta غنی از منوترپنها بوده و آلفا-پینن، ترکیب شاخص اندامهای مذکور، در اسانس ریشه وجود نداشت.

مقایسه ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس اندامهای زایشی درخت زیتون تلخ (Melia azedarach L.) کاشته شده در باغ گیاهشناسی کاشان
جنس زیتون تلخ (Melia L.) متعلق به خانواده سنجد تلخ (Meliaceae)، دارای گونههای درختی متعددی است که تاکنون بالغ بر 15 گونه از این جنس در جهان و 2 گونه از ایران گزارش شدهاست. در این تحقیق ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس اندامهای زایشی گونه زیتون تلخ (Melia azedarach L.) کاشته شده در باغ گیاهشناسی کاشان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سرشاخههای گلدار و میوههای رسیده این گیاه در بهار سال 1388 جمعآوری و در شرایط آزمایشگاه خشک شدند و به روش تقطیر و استخراج با بخار همزمان با حلال آلی (Simultaneous steam distillation extraction) اسانسگیری شدند. برای شناسایی ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده اسانس، از دستگاههای گاز کروماتوگرافی (GC) و گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل شده به طیفسنج جرمی (GC/MS) استفاده شد. بازدهی اسانس گلها و میوهها بهترتیب 02/0% و 01/0% وزنی/وزنی بدست آمد. 10 ترکیب شیمیایی در اسانس سرشاخههای گلدار گیاه و 35 ترکیب در اسانس میوه گیاه زیتون تلخ شناسایی گردید. اجزای اصلی اسانس گلها شامل: ترانس-نرولیدول (9/38%)، بیسیکلوژرماکرن (2/8%) و ویریدیفلورول (1/8%) بودند. بیشترین ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده اسانس میوههای گیاه شامل: آرومادندرن (9/21%)، بیسیکلوژرماکرن (7/13%)، گلوبولول (1/8%)، اسپاتولنول (5/6%)، آلو-آرومادندرن (7/4%) و بتا-کاریوفیلن (7/4%) بودند. بخش عمده ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده اسانس گلها، سسکوئیترپنهای اکسیژندار بودند. در حالیکه بیشترین قسمت اصلی ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس میوهها، مربوط به سسکوئیترپنهای هیدروکربنی بود و اثری از مونوترپنهای هیدروکربنی در اندامهای زایشی گیاه دیده نشد.
