بررسی اثر ضد باکتریایی و خاصیت سینرژیستی اسانس سه گیاه دارویی علیه برخی از پاتوژنهای مهم مواد غذایی به روش میکرودایلوشن
اسانس سه گیاه دارویی شامل زنیان (Carum copticum (L.) C. B. Clarke)، زیره پارسی (Bunium persicum (Boiss.) B. Fedtsch.) و زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) به روش تقطیر با آب استخراج شد. اسانسهای بدست آمده با استفاده از دستگاه گاز کروماتوگراف (GC) و گاز کروماتوگراف متصل به طیفسنج جرمی (GC/MS) تجزیه شدند و ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده آنها براساس شاخص بازداری و طیف جرمی تعیین گردید. سپس با استفاده از تکنیک میکرودایلوشن (ریزرقت) و با استفاده از دستگاه خواننده الایزا خاصیت ضد باکتریایی اسانسهای مورد نظر با تعیین حداقل غلظت بازدارندگی (MIC) و حداقل غلظت کشندگی (MBC) نیز علیه برخی از باکتریهای آلوده کننده مواد غذایی مانند Staphylococcus aureus، Bacillus cereus، Listeria monocytogenes، Escherichia coli O157H7 و Salmonella enteritidisبررسی شد. همچنین با توجه به کاربرد همزمان گیاهان دارویی در طب سنتی و با در نظر گرفتن تأثیر این اسانسها بر خواص ارگانولپتیکی مواد غذایی و MIC اسانس زیره پارسی و زیره سبز واکنش متقابل این دو با استفاده از روش Modified checkboard و محاسیه شاخص بازدارندگی افتراقی (FICindex) علیه باکتریها نیز بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان دادند که از نظر اجزای اسانس بین گونههای مورد بررسی اختلاف قابلتوجهی وجود دارد. این در حالی بود که ترکیبهایی چون پارا-سیمن و گاما-ترپینن در هر سه اسانس به میزان متفاوتی تشخیص داده شد. مهمترین ترکیبهای موجود در اسانس زنیان تیمول (4/48%)، پارا-سیمن (8/21%) و گاما-ترپینن (3/21%) بودند. در اسانس زیره پارسی گاما-ترپینن (2/44%)، کومینآلدئید (9/16%)، گاما-ترپینن-7-اُل (5/10%) و پارا-سیمن (8%) از ترکیبهای اصلی تشخیص داده شدند. ترکیبهای اصلی در اسانس زیره سبز، کومینآلدئید (2/30%)، گاما-ترپینن (8/12%)، سافرانال (4/9%) و پارا-سیمن (1/14%) بودند. حداقل غلظت بازدارندگی (MIC) اسانسها بهترتیب برای زنیان در دامنه 03/0 تا 5/0 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر، برای زیره پارسی 18/0 تا 3 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر و برای اسانس زیره سبز 37/0تا 3 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر بدست آمد. اسانس زنیان بهطور مؤثرتری رشد تمام باکتریهای مورد آزمایش را کنترل نمود در حالیکه بقیه اسانسها به میزان کمتری مؤثر بودند. محاسبه (FICindex) اسانس زیره پارسی و زیره سبز وجود فعالیت سینرژیستی علیه باکتریهای گرم مثبت و فعالیت افزایشی علیه باکتریهای گرم منفی را اثبات نمود. در مجموع نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که اگرچه اثرهای بازدارندگی اسانس زیره پارسی و زیره سبز کمتر از اسانس زنیان است، ولی کاربرد همزمان این دو اسانس بهویژه علیه باکتریهای گرم مثبت دارای اثرهای بازدارنده قابلتوجه بوده و میتوان در راستای بهینهسازی استفاده از اسانسها در کنترل مؤثر پاتوژنهای مواد غذایی بهعنوان یک روش مکمل که در عین حال اثر نامطلوب کمتری بر خواص ارگانولپتیکی مواد غذایی داشته باشند، استفاده نمود.

استخراج و شناسایی ترکیبهای شیمیایی کرفس کوهی (Kelussia odoratissima Mozaff.)
به دلیل اثرهای جانبی داروهای شیمیایی امروزه توجه به گیاهان دارویی رو به افزایش است. یکی از گیاهان دارویی با ارزشی که بهشدت در ایران مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد و به همین دلیل در معرض خطر انقراض میباشد، گیاه کرفس کوهی با نام علمی Kelussia odoratissima Mozaff. است که بومی کوههای زاگرس مرکزی (بهویژه استان چهار محال و بختیاری) بوده و تنها در ایران مشاهده شده است. به منظور بررسی میزان مواد مؤثره این گیاه برای پیبردن به خصوصیات دارویی آن ابتدا از سه اکوتیپ مورد مطالعه شامل اکوتیپ کوهرنگ، بازفت و دوآب صمصامی، نمونهها در طول یک ترانسکت 200 متری برداشت شد. از هر اکوتیپ در مرحله رویشی نمونهها تهیه و اسانسگیری با روش تقطیر با آب انجام شد. اسانسهای هر یک از اکوتیپهای مورد بررسی مورد تجزیه قرار گرفت. برای شناسایی و تجزیه اسانس از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیفسنج جرمی استفاده شد. پس از بررسی طیفهای بدست آمده و مراجعه به کتب مرجع، ترکیبهای عمده شیمیایی اسانس سه اکوتیپ گیاه کرفس کوهی شناسایی گردید. بهترتیب تعداد 24، 21 و 24 ترکیب که نشاندهنده 4/90، 6/95 و 6/93 درصد کل ترکیبهای اسانس نمونههای کوهرنگ، بازفت و دوآب صمصامی بودند، شناسایی شد. مقایسه ترکیبهای اصلی اسانس در اکوتیپهای مطالعه شده نشان داد که عمدهترین ترکیبهای موجود در اسانس این گیاه شامل ترکیبهای سیس- لیگوستیلید (Z-ligustilide)، 3-ترانس- بوتیلیدن فتالید، ترانس- لیگوستیلید (E-ligustilide)، کسان، اسپاتولنول، 2–اکتن-1-ال استات، گلوبولول، بوتیل فتالید، بتا-سلینن و پنتیل بنزن بوده که حدود 6/88 درصد از ترکیبهای اسانس اکوتیپهای مورد مطالعه را تشکیل میدادند. دو ترکیب سیس- لیگوستیلید و بوتیلیدن فتالید بهترتیب بهطور متوسط در سه اکوتیپ مورد بررسی با 5/39 و 1/19 درصد مجموعاً 7/58 درصد از ترکیبهای اسانس گیاه کرفس کوهی را تشکیل میدهند. مشتقات فتالیدهای موجود در گیاه در مجموع 6/68 درصد از ترکیبهای گیاه کرفس کوهی را تشکیل میدهند. تغییرات اندک ترکیبهای شیمیایی این گیاه در رویشگاههای مختلف را میتوان تا حدودی ناشی از تأثیر عوامل مختلف اکولوژیکی، جغرافیایی، اقلیمی، خاکی و ارتفاعی بر روی ترکیب اسانس اکوتیپهای مختلف این گونه تلقی کرد.

استخراج و تعیین ساختار شیمیایی چالکون و فلاونوئیدهای موجود در گلهای Tanacetum parthenium L. و بررسی فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی عصاره متانولی آن
فلاونوئیدها ترکیبهای طبیعی مهمی هستند که در بسیاری از گیاهان یافت میشوند و اثرهای دارویی و بیولوژیکی با ارزشی مانند: تصفیه خون، تقویت سیستم ایمنی، تنظیم سطح کلسترول، تنظیم فشار خون، توقف ترشحات اسیدی، پیشگیری ترومبوس، توقف سیتوفی، پیشگیری از سرطان و ترقی و پیشرفت متابولیسم از خود نشان میدهند. در این تحقیق، فلاونوئیدها و یک ترکیب چالکونی موجود در عصاره متانولی گلهای گونه گیاهی Chrysanthemum parthenium (L.) Bernh. (Tanacetum parthenium L.) از تیره کاسنی، با روشهای کروماتوگرافی ستونی و TLC جداسازی و خالصسازی شد و با استفاده از روشهای ابزاری اسپکتروسکوپی مثل 1H-NMR، 13C- NMR، Mass و IR تعیین ساختار شیمیایی شدهاند. در گلهای گونه گیاهی مذکور، دو ترکیب فلاونوئیدی کامفرول و نارینجنین و یک چالکون (ترانس- 4-اتوکسی- '4– متوکسی چالکون) شناسایی و تعیین ساختار شدند. همچنین فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی عصاره متانولی حاصل از گلهای گیاه با روش 2و2- دی فنیل-1- پیکریل هیدرازیل (DPPH) بررسی شد. عصاره مذکور، فعالیت تجمع رادیکالهای آزاد را از خود نشان داد.

بررسی تنوع درون و بین جمعیتهای مختلف گز روغنی (Moringa peregrina (Forssk.) Fiori) در رویش بذر نارس
علاوه بر اثرهای محیطی، واکنش گیاهان به جوانهزنی بذر در بسترهای مختلف کاشت میتواند منشأ ژنتیکی داشته و توارث آن کمّی یا کیفی باشد. ازجمله اهداف این تحقیق، بررسی تنوع درون و بین جمعیتهایی از گونه در حال انقراض گز روغنی (Moringa peregrina (Forssk.) Fiori) در قابلیت رویش بذر نارس در محـیطهای مختلف کشت بود. به این منظور جنین و بذر نارس تعداد زیادی از ژنوتیپهای گز روغنی از شش رویشگاه واقع در جنوب استان سیستان و بلوچستان جمعآوری شده و بر روی دو محیط کشت پایه WPM و MS با 7 ترکیب مختلف کشت شدند. تعدادی از صفات مورفولوژیک، در دو فاصله زمانی متوالی از گیاهان در حال رشد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. جمعیتهای مورد مطالعه از نظر ابعاد اولیه بذرهای نارس با یکدیگر تفاوت معنیداری نشان دادند. در یادداشتبرداری اول بین جمعیتها از نظر دو صفت تعداد ریشه فرعی و طول گیاهچه اختلاف معنیداری مشاهده شد. بین محیطهای کشت نیز اختلاف معنیداری در رابطه با صفات طول ساقه، طول گیاهچه و همچنین تعداد ریشه و برگ مشاهده شد و با توجه به اثرهای متقابلی که بین محیطهای کشت و جمعیتها وجود داشت، مشخص گردید که محیط کشت اول (WPM) از لحاظ اکثریت صفات ازجمله طول گیاهچه، بهترین محیط برای رشد بذرهای نارسی است که به مرحله رسیدگی نزدیکتر میباشند (بنت و چانف). در حالی که بذرهای مناطق کلچات و کنشکی که نسبت به بذرهای سایر مناطق نارستر بودند، به محیطهای کشتی که دارای کلسیم بالاتری بودند (تیمارهای 3، 4 و5) واکنش بهتری نشان دادند. در یادداشتبرداری دوم نیز در بین جمعیتها، صفات طول و تعداد ریشه و همچنین طول گیاهچه اختلاف معنیداری نشان دادند. بنابراین اثر متقابل محیط کشت و رویشگاه تنها در مورد صفت تعداد برگ معنیدار گردید و این نشان داد که واکنش جمعیتهای مختلف مورد مطالعه در رابطه با محیطهای مختلف کشت، یکسان نبوده است.

استخراج تانن از برگهای اکالیپتوس (Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehnh.) و تریمیریستین از جوز هندی (Myristica fragrans Houtt.) با استفاده از امواج ریزموج
در این بررسی تانن از برگ درخت اکالیپتوس گونه Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehnh. و تریمیریستین از جوز هندی (Myristica fragrans Houtt.) با استفاده از تابش امواج ریزموج بهترتیب تحت شرایط تقطیر برگشتی به مدت 30 دقیقه، با قدرت 300 وات و با استفاده از سل HEF در مدت 10 دقیقه، دمای 120 درجه سانتیگراد با قدرت 700 وات استخراج شد. بازده خالص استخراج برای تانن 10-5% و برای تریمیریستین 33% بدست آمد. آنالیز کمّی و کیفی با استفاده از FT-IR و HPLC فاز معکوس با ستون C18 و دتکتور فتودیود با حلال گرادیانی آب/ متانول در pH پایین انجام شد و آنالیز تریمیریستین نیز با روشهای اسپکتروسکوپی FT-IR، 1H-NMR و 13C-NMR انجام گردید. این روش در مقایسه با روشهای حرارتی معمولی سریع و ساده بوده و بازده بالا و خلوص محصولات استخراجی از مزایای این روش میباشد.

واکنش گیاه دارویی اسفرزه (plantago ovata Forsk.) به فواصل آبیاری و سطوح مختلف نیتروژن
به منظور بررسی عملکرد و خصوصیات کیفی گیاه دارویی اسفرزه (plantago ovata Forsk.) در فواصل آبیاری و سطوح مختلف نیتروژن، آزمایشی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی شرکت خوشه سبز سنبله شیراز واقع در فسا در سال زراعی 87- 1386 اجرا شد. آزمایش به صورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوکهای کاملاً تصادفی و با سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتورها شامل فواصل آبیاری (7 روزه، 10 روزه و 14 روزه) و سطوح مختلف نیتروژن خالص شامل (0، 30 و 60 کیلوگرم N/ha) بودند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تغییرات عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، عملکرد موسیلاژ در هکتار معنیدار بوده، ولی تأثیری بر وزن دانه نداشت. تنش خشکی همچنین بهطور معنیداری باعث افزایش درصد موسیلاژ شد. در فواصل کوتاه آبیاری بهترین عملکرد اقتصادی و بیولوژیک مشاهده شد و در شرایط فواصل زیاد آبیاری این دو صفت کاهش معنیداری داشت، ولی میزان موسیلاژ بر خلاف عملکرد بیولوژیک روند افزایشی از خود نشان داد. همچنین با افزایش میزان نیتروژن عملکرد اقتصادی، بیولوژیک و میزان موسیلاژ افزایش نشان داد. عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیک با بروز تنش خشکی که در اثر فواصل زیاد آبیاری به وجود آمد نسبت به افزایش نیتروژن واکنش کمتری از خود نشان داد.

بررسی عملکرد، میزان و ترکیبهای اصلی اسانس آویشن دنایی (Thymus daenensis Celak.) کشت شده در قزوین
آویشن دنایی (Thymus daenensis Celak.) در عرصههای طبیعی برخی از مناطق ایران ازجمله استان قزوین پراکنش دارد. پایههای حاصل از تقسیم بوتههای آویشن دنایی جمعآوری شده از رویشگاهی واقع در بخش آبگرم قزوین، به مزرعه ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی اسماعیلآباد قزوین منتقل و در کرتهای آزمایشی و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1384 کشت شدند. سرشاخههای گلدار گیاه به مدت سه سال (از 1385 تا 1387) برداشت و پس از خشک شدن در سایه به روش تقطیر با آب به مدت سه ساعت اسانسگیری شدند. جداسازی و شناسایی ترکیبهای اسانس با دستگاه کروماتوگراف گازی و گازکروماتوگراف متصل به طیفسنج جرمی انجام گردید. سرشاخه گلدار آویشن دنایی در سال اول تعداد سه چین و در سالهای دوم و سوم تعداد چهار چین برداشت شدند. نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد سرشاخه آویشن دنایی با افزایش سن گیاه روند افزایشی داشت. بهطوری که عملکرد سرشاخه تر و خشک آن در سال اول آزمایش 9124 و 1568، سال دوم 10250 و 2176 و سال سوم 11337 و 2750 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. بیشترین عملکرد سرشاخه در هر سال مربوط به چین اول برداشت بود. از این رو متوسط عملکرد سرشاخه تر و خشک آویشن دنایی چین اول 3498-800، چین دوم 3015-720، چین سوم 1947-508 و چین چهارم 1976-504 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. میزان اسانس تحت تأثیر سالهای آزمایش قرار نگرفت. اما بین چینهای برداشت تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت و کمترین آن 83/2 درصد مربوط به چین سوم و بیشترین آن معادل 07/3 درصد مربوط به چین اول بود. تیمول، گاما-ترپینن، پارا-سیمن، متیل اتر کارواکرول و کارواکرول از ترکیبهای اصلی اسانس در همه چینها و همه سالهای آزمایش بودند. مقدار تیمول در اسانس گیاه در چینهای برداشت و سالهای آزمایش بین 69 تا 76 درصد بود. کمترین و بیشترین مقدار تیمول بهترتیب مربوط به چین اول و چین دوم برداشت بود.

بررسی تأثیر تاریخ کاشت و نوبت برداشت بر عملکرد گل، درصد و اجزای اسانس بابونه آلمانی (Matricaria recutita L.) رقم پرسو (Presov)
به منظور بررسی تأثیر تاریخ کاشت و نوبت برداشت بر عملکرد گل، درصد و اجزای اسانس بابونه آلمانی (Matricaria recutita L.) رقم پرسو (Presov)، بذر گیاه مذکور از کشور اسلواکی تهیه گردید و آزمایشی به صورت کرتهای خرد شده و در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتور اصلی شامل سه تاریخ کاشت (15 آبان، 15 اسفند و 15 فروردینماه) و فاکتور فرعی شامل سه نوبت برداشت (اول، دوم و سوم) بود. صفات مورد بررسی شامل عملکرد گل خشک، درصد و عملکرد اسانس بودند و عملکرد اجزای اسانس شامل بتا-فارنزن، آلفا-بیسابلول اکسید B، آلفا-بیسابلول، کامازولن و آلفا-بیسابلول اکسید A نیز مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشاندهنده اثر معنیدار تاریخ کاشت، نوبت برداشت و اثر متقابل این دو فاکتور بر صفات مورد اندازهگیری بود. نتایج نشان دادند که بیشترین عملکرد گل خشک (40 گرم در متر مربع) مربوط به برداشت دوم تیمار 15 آبانماه بود و بیشترین میزان اسانس (72/0 درصد وزنی براساس وزن خشک)، عملکرد اسانس (26/0 گرم در متر مربع) و عملکرد آلفا-بیسابلول (2375/0 گرم در متر مربع) در برداشت دوم تاریخ کاشت 15 اسفندماه مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان کامازولن (0473/0 گرم در متر مربع) مربوط به برداشت سوم تیمار 15 اسفندماه بود که با برداشت دوم آن اختلاف ناچیزی داشت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که 15 اسفندماه بهترین تاریخ کاشت بابونه آلمانی رقم پرسو در شرایط آب و هوایی مشهد است و نوبت برداشت دوم بدلیل داشتن عملکرد اسانس و آلفا-بیسابلول بالا و میزان کامازولن مطلوب دارای کیفیت بیشتری از برداشتهای دیگر میباشد.

بررسی برخی خصوصیات بومشناختی، ریختی و میزان اسانس آویشن آذربایجانی (Thymus migricus Klokov & Desj.-Shost.)
گیاه آویشن آذربایجانی با نام علمی Thymus migricus Klokov & Desj.-Shost. یکی از 14 گونه مختلف از جنس آویشن است که در کشور ایران رویش طبیعی دارد. در این پژوهش در اوایل فصل رویش (سال 1387) طی مسافرتهای متعدد به نقاط مختلف استانهای آذربایجانشرقی و غربی، رویشگاههای این گونه شناسایی و بعد در هنگام گلدهی، جهت ارزیابی ریختی از هر رویشگاه پنج نمونه کامل گیاهی و سرشاخههای گلدار برای استخراج اسانس تهیه و به همراه بذر در فصل تولید بذر جمعآوری شد. اطلاعات مربوط به رویشگاهها یادداشتبرداری شد و خصوصیات رویشی و زایشی هر جمعیت بعلاوه میزان اسانس گونه مورد مطالعه در هر رویشگاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بدست آمده با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS تجزیه خوشهای شده و جمعیتهای جمعآوری شده براساس تمامی خصوصیات کمی رویشی، زایشی و میزان اسانس گروهبندی شدند. بهطوری که تمامی جمعیتها در سه گروه قرار گرفتند. جمعیتهای بند، نازلو و قوشچی در یک گروه، هریس در گروهی دیگر و سرانجام جمعیت جلفا در گروهی جداگانه قرار گرفتند. پراکنش این گونه در دو استان آذربایجانشرقی و غربی، از ارتفاع 730 تا 1900 متر از سطح دریا و رویش در خاکهای مختلف و مناطق شیبدار نشاندهنده سازگاری بالای این گونه با شرایط اقلیمی این دو استان میباشد. درنهایت، از بین جمعیتهای جمعآوری شده، دو جمعیت جلفا و نازلو بدلیل داشتن عملکرد بالای اسانس و سازگاری با اقلیم منطقه برای کاربرد در برنامه بهنژادی در مناطق سرد شمالغرب کشور توصیه میشوند.

تنش کمبود آب بهطور دائم یا موقت، در رشد و توزیع پوشش طبیعی گیاهان و در عملیات کشت، بیشتر از عوامل محیطی محدودکننده است. آویشن (Thymus vulgaris L.) از مهمترین گیاهان خانواده نعناع است و مصارف دارویی دارد. به منظور بررسی اثر تنش خشکی بر رشد، عملکرد و انباشت متابولیتهای سازگاری (پرولین) و مواد مؤثره آویشن (تیمول)، آزمایشی در شرایط کنترل شده گلخانه در قالب بلوک کامل تصادفی با چهار تیمار و چهار تکرار در سال 1385 انجام شد. سطوح مختلف تنش خشکی شامل شرایط 100% ظرفیت مزرعهای (شاهد یا بدون تنش)، 85% ظرفیت مزرعهای (تنش ملایم)، 70% ظرفیت مزرعهای (تنش متوسط)، 55% ظرفیت مزرعهای (تنش شدید) بود. نتایج تجزیههای آماری نشان داد که تنش خشکی اثر معنیداری بر پارامترهای رشدی، عملکرد اندام رویشی و انباشت پرولین و درصد تیمول داشت. با افزایش تنش خشکی ارتفاع بوته، تعداد ساقه جانبی، وزن خشک و وزن تر اندام رویشی، حجم ریشه، وزن تر و خشک ریشه و طول ریشه کاهش نشان داد. درصد تیمول و میزان پرولین افزایش یافت. (در 55% ظرفیت مزرعهای (تنش شدید) میزان پرولین و درصد تیمول افزایش یافتند). البته عملکرد مورفولوژیک با متابولیتهای ثانویه پرولین و تیمول رابطه عکس را با تغییرات تنش خشکی نشان داد.

مقایسه اثر عصارههای آویشن باغی (Thymus vulgaris L.)، سرخارگل (Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench.)، سیر (Allium sativum L.) و آنتیبیوتیک ویرجینیامایسین بر عملکرد رشد و خصوصیات لاشه جوجههای گوشتی
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی مقایسه عصارههای آویشن باغی (Thymus vulgaris L.)، سرخارگل (Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench.)، سیر (Allium sativum L.) و آنتیبیوتیک ویرجینیامایسین بهعنوان بهبود دهندههای رشد بر عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد. تعداد 480 قطعه جوجه یک روزه از سویه رأس 308 در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با 6 تیمار (شامل عصارههای آویشن باغی، سرخارگل، سیر، مخلوط عصارهها با دوز 1/0 درصد، ویرجینیامایسین با دوز 15/0 درصد و گروه کنترل) و 4 تکرار و 20 جوجه در هر تکرار بهطور تصادفی بین قفسهها تقسیم گردید. در پایان آزمایش از هر تکرار 2 قطعه پرنده با وزنی نزدیک به میانگین وزنی تکرار انتخاب و جهت بررسی درصد لاشه (100 × وزن لاشه خالی/ وزن زنده پرنده)، درصد چربی بطنی و وزن اندامهای گوارشی، کشتار گردید. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که در پایان هر دو مقطع 21 و 42 روزگی بیشترین و کمترین وزن بدن و افزایش وزن بدن بهترتیب مربوط به جوجههای تغذیه شده با جیره غذایی آنتیبیوتیک و سرخارگل بود. ویرجینیامایسین مصرف خوراک را افزایش داد، اما این اختلاف بجز با گروه سرخارگل با دیگر گروهها معنیدار نبود (05/0P>). در کل دورۀ پرورشی (42-1 روزگی) نیز کمترین و بیشترین ضریب تبدیل بهترتیب مربوط به تیمار آنتیبیوتیک و سرخارگل بود (05/0>P)، هر چند که در این دوره ضریب تبدیل در گروه آویشن باغی تفاوت معنیداری با گروه آنتیبیوتیک نشان نداد (05/0P>). درصد لاشه، درصد چربی بطنی و وزن اندامهای گوارشی بجز روده تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارها نداشت. بهطوری که کمترین و بیشترین وزن روده بهترتیب متعلق به تیمارهای آنتیبیوتیک و کنترل بود.

اثر تراکم و تاریخ کاشت بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum gracum L.)
به منظور تعیین تاریخ کاشت و تراکم مناسب گیاه شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum gracum L.) در منطقه تربت جام آزمایشی در سال زراعی 1384-1383 انجام شد. طرح آزمایشی به صورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار بود. چهار سطح تاریخ کاشت (9 اسفند، 29 اسفند، 20 فروردین و 9 اردیبهشت) بهعنوان فاکتور اصلی و چهار سطح تراکم (10، 20، 30 و 40 بوته در متر مربع) بهعنوان فاکتور فرعی انتخاب شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که بیشترین و کمترین عملکرد دانه (34/88 و 3/22 گرم بر متر مربع) بهترتیب مربوط به تاریخ کاشتهای 9 اسفند و 9 اردیبهشت بود. همین تیمارها بیشترین و کمترین تعداد غلاف در بوته (8/25 و 8/6) و وزن هزاردانه (12 و 9/9) را نیز داشتند. کاشت دیرتر به دلیل همزمانی مراحل گلدهی و تشکیل دانه با گرما و تأثیر بیشتر بر ساختارهای زایشی نسبت به رویشی سبب شد که کمترین شاخص برداشت مربوط به تاریخ کاشت 9 اردیبهشت باشد. همچنین تأخیر در کاشت از طریق کاهش طول دوره رشد رویشی سبب کاهش معنیدار ارتفاع بوته گردید. در بین تراکمهای مختلف، تراکم 40 بوته در متر مربع بیشترین عملکرد دانه را تولید کرد. اثر متقابل تراکم و تاریخ کاشت بر هیچ کدام از صفات مورد بررسی معنیدار نشد.

ارزیابی اثر مخلوط گیاهان دارویی کاسنی (Cichorium intybus L.) و انیسون (Pimpinella anisum L.) بر اشتهای گاو شیری و مقایسه آن با یک فرآورده رایج
این پژوهش به روش کارآزمایی بالینی دو سو بیخبر بر روی 66 رأس گاو شیری نژاد هلشتاین با میانگین سن 55/1±9/4 سال و میانگین وزن 105±548 کیلوگرم با علائم کماشتهایی یا بیاشتهایی نوع اولیه انجام شد و تأثیر مخلوط گیاهان دارویی کاسنی (Cichorium intybus L.) و انیسون (Pimpinella anisum L.) بر روی اشتهای این حیوانات مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. همچنین با یک ترکیب اشتهاآور ساخته شده از گیاهان نوکسومیکا و ژانسین با نام تجاری رومینوتوریک مقایسه شد. متغیرهای این تحقیق شامل میزان اشتها، تعداد و شدت انقباضات شکمبه، قبل و بعد از دوره مصرف گیاهان دارویی بود. نتایج نشان داد که مصرف ترکیب گیاهان کاسنی و انیسون موجب بهبود وضعیت اشتها، تعداد و شدت انقباضات شکمبه شده است که از لحاظ آماری در حد بسیار معنیداری بوده است (001/0p<). ضمن اینکه این ترکیب در مقایسه با داروی تجاری موجود که بعنوان اشتهاآور در حیوانات مصرف میشود تأثیر یکسانی در افزایش اشتها داشته است (05/0p>). در 8/77 درصد موارد مصرف مخلوط کاسنی و انیسون توانسته بود وضعیت اشتها را در این حیوانات بهبود بدهد. مخلوط گیاهان کاسنی و انیسون یک ترکیب باارزش و بیضرر است که میتواند جایگزین مناسبی برای داروهای موجود در دام باشد.
