ارزیابی صفات فیزیولوژیک و عملکرد خیار آلوده به آفت سفید بالک (Bemisia tabaci) تحت تأثیر عصاره شش گونه گیاه دارویی
عصاره گیاهان دارویی ممکن است بهعنوان آفت کشت زیستی دوستدار طبیعت و بدون خطر برای انسانها و حیوانات مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. در این تحقیق، اثرات شش گیاه دارویی بومی شامل Satureja sahendica Bornm.، Satureja khuzistanica Jamzad، Scrophularia striata Boiss.، Thymbra spicata L.، Oliveria decumbens Vent. و Vitex agnus-castus L. و سم استامیپراید در کنترل آفت سفید بالک خیار (Bemisia tabaci) و برخی پاسخهای فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی گیاه خیار در شرایط مزرعه ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که تمام عصارههای بکار رفته سبب کاهش جمعیت سفید بالک نسبت به شاهد شدند. اما از میان آنها، بیشترین تأثیر در کنترل این آفت برای Oliveria decumbens Vent. ثبت گردید. کاربرد عصارهها بهویژه در غلظتهای ppm500 و ppm1000 سبب افزایش معنیدار تعداد میوه درجه یک و تعداد میوه درجه دو شد. با افزایش غلظت عصارهها از ppm250 تا ppm1000، محتوی پتاسیم برگ افزایش و محتوی کلسیم و سفتی میوه کاهش یافت. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد عصارهها و سم استامیپراید بهویژه در غلظت بالا (ppm1000) باعث ایجاد برخی اثرات منفی در گیاه میزبان و افزایش فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدان شد. بهطور کلی، تمام عصارههای بکار رفته بهویژه عصاره Oliveria decumbens Vent.، در غلظتهای پایین سبب کنترل مؤثر آفت سفید بالک بدون اثرات منفی بر گیاه میزبان در مقایسه با حشرهکش استامیپراید شدند.

بررسی فیتوشیمیایی عصاره گیاه Loganberry (Rubus×Loganobaccus) تکثیر شده از طریق کشت بافت
گیاه مورد مطالعه، گیاهی هیبریدی با نام علمی Loganberry (Rubus×Loganobaccus) از خانواده Rosaceae و جنس Rubusمیباشد که میوهای مانند توتفرنگی میدهد. میوه این گیاه قرمز و بسیار ترش است و این گیاه بسیار کمیاب، یکی از ارقام تمشک قرمز میباشد. Loganberry بومی ایران نبوده و در حال حاضر از طریق کشت درون شیشهای تکثیر میگردد. تاکنون تحقیقی از نظر فیتوشیمیایی بر روی گونه هیبریدی Loganberry انجام نشده است. در این تحقیق، عصاره برگ گیاه Loganberry Rubus×Loganobaccus)، تکثیر شده از طریق کشت درون شیشهای، از نظر ترکیبهای طبیعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای انجام این تحقیق، ابتدا مراحل عصارهگیری و چربیگیری انجام شد. عصاره روی ستون کروماتوگرافی برده شد و از نظر ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده بررسی شد. سپس ترکیب طبیعی با استفاده از روشهای مختلف طیفسنجی IR، 1H-NMR، 13C-NMR و dept 135 شناسایی شد. نتایج حاصل از روشهای طیفسنجی منجر به شناسایی یک فلاونوئید به نام هسپریدین (Hesperidin) شد.

بررسی کمّی و کیفی اسیدهای چرب بذر دو گونه Withania coagulans (Stocks) Dun. و Withania somnifera (L.) Dun. از رویشگاههای مختلف استان سیستان و بلوچستان
این مطالعه برای اولینبار در ایران با هدف بررسی کمّی و کیفی اسیدهای چرب موجود در بذر دو گونه Withania coagulans (Stocks) Dun. و Withania somnifera (L.) Dun. و نیز بررسی تأثیر رویشگاههای متفاوت بر کمّیت و کیفیت اسیدهای چرب انجام شد. پنج نمونه از بذرهای گیاهان مورد مطالعه از رویشگاههای مختلف استان سیستان و بلوچستان در آبانماه 1395 جمعآوری گردید. پس از جداسازی بذر از میوه گیاهان، روغن بذرها به روش سوکسله و با حلال n-Hexan استخراج شد و توسط دستگاه GC مجهز به دتکتور FID مورد تجزیه کمّی و کیفی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد، رویشگاههای مختلف تأثیر قابل توجهی بر میزان و نوع اسیدهای چرب موجود در روغن بذر دو گونه گیاه مورد بررسی داشته است. بهطوری که در نمونه بوزیدان (Withania somnifera (L.) Dun.) جمعآوری شده از رویشگاه زاهدان، اسیدهای چرب غالب لینولنیک اسید (امگا3) (%39.84) و در رویشگاه سراوان، آرشیدیک اسید (SFA) (34.95%) بود. همچنین اسیدهای چرب غالب برای نمونه پنیرباد (Withania coagulans (Stocks) Dun.) جمعآوری شده از رویشگاههای گشت سراوان و پیپ بهترتیب لینولنیک اسید (امگا3) (62.73% و 67.03%) و در رویشگاه تنگه سرحه اولئیک اسید (امگا9) (69.22%) بدست آمد. بهطور کلی نتایج حاصل از این بررسی تأثیرگذاری بالای موقعیت اکولوژیکی را بر کمّیت و کیفیت اسیدهای چرب موجود در بذر این دو گونه گیاهی به اثبات رساند و نشان داد که بذرهای بوزیدان در مقایسه با بذرهای پنیرباد حاوی مقادیر بیشتری روغن میباشد.

تعیین خصوصیات رشدی و کیفی گیاه دارویی سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.) تحت تأثیر همزیستی با قارچ میکوریزا و امواج فراصوت
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر قارچ میکوریزا و امواج فراصوت بر برخی صفات کمّی و کیفی گیاه دارویی سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.) این آزمایش در سال 1391 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شاهرود انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در 3 تکرار بود. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل قارچ میکوریزا در سه سطح عدم تلقیح، تلقیح به میزان توصیه شده، تلقیح به میزان دو برابر توصیه شده و پرتودهی در پنج سطح صفر، 3، 5، 7 و 9 دقیقه با امواج فراصوت با فرکانس 42 کیلوهرتز بود. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که عملکرد دانه، وزن هزاردانه، درصد کلونیزاسیون ریشه، عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت تحت تأثیر اثر اصلی قارچ میکوریزا قرار گرفتند. درصد و عملکرد اسانس بهطور معنیداری تحت تأثیر سطوح مختلف میکوریزا قرار گرفت. بیشترین درصد اسانس از مصرف مضاعف ماده تلقیح به میزان 1/1% بدست آمد. بین دو تیمار تلقیح از نظر تأثیر بر عملکرد دانه و وزن هزاردانه تفاوت معنیدار مشاهده نشد. اثر امواج فراصوت باعث افزایش در ارتفاع ساقه، عملکرد دانه، وزن هزاردانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، درصد و عملکرد اسانس گردید. بیشترین عملکرد دانه و وزن هزاردانه از تیمار 7 دقیقه پرتودهی و بهترتیب به میزان 696.3 کیلوگرم در هکتار و 2.7 گرم حاصل شد. براساس نتایج حاصل، اثر متقابل قارچ میکوریزا و امواج فراصوت بر ارتفاع ساقه، تعداد کپسول در بوته و درصد اسانس معنیدار شد. بالاترین درصد اسانس در ترکیبهای تیماری 9 دقیقه پرتودهی و عدم تلقیح با میکوریزا و همچنین 3 دقیقه پرتودهی و استفاده از میکوریزا بدست آمد.

تأثیر فصل کاشت و نوع جمعیت بر عملکرد کمّی و کیفی گیاه دارویی ماریتیغال (Silybum marianum L.)
ارزیابی عملکرد کمّی و کیفی جمعیتهای بومی با رقم زراعی گیاه دارویی ماریتیغال تحت تأثیر فصل کاشت پاییز و بهار در منطقه معتدل و اثر کاشت در منطقه سردسیر بر روی ویژگی جمعیتهای مختلف حائز اهمیت میباشد. از اینرو آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خردشده شامل فصل کاشت پاییزه و بهاره بهعنوان کرت اصلی و چهار جمعیت بومی (شوش، پلدختر، خرمآباد و الشتر) و یک رقم زراعی بهعنوان کرت فرعی به مدت دو سال (1394-1393) در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه لرستان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. همچنین جمعیتهای بومی و زراعی این گیاه در یک طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در منطقه سردسیر الشتر در بهار کشت و با هم مقایسه شدند. براساس نتایج بدستآمده تفاوت معنیداری بین کشت بهاره و پاییزه وجود داشت. بیشترین ارتفاع بوته (107 سانتیمتر)، قطر کپه (44 میلیمتر)، تعداد دانه در کپه (78 عدد) و عملکرد دانه (1000 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در کشت پاییزه بدست آمد. اثر متقابل فصل کاشت و نوع جمعیت نشان داد که بیشترین میزان ماده مؤثره سیلیمارین (۲۲ میلیگرم در گرم وزن خشک دانه) و سیلیبین (3.9 میلیگرم در گرم وزن خشک دانه) در کشت پاییزه و در رقم زراعی بدست آمد. همچنین آزمایش مقایسه جمعیتهای بومی و زراعی در منطقه سردسیر الشتر نشان داد که بیشترین میزان ماده مؤثره سیلیبین (4.2 میلیگرم در گرم وزن خشک دانه) و سیلیمارین (بیش از 21 میلیگرم در گرم وزن خشک دانه) در جمعیت بومی الشتر نسبت به سایر جمعیتها بدست آمد. بهطور کلی در این آزمایش مشخص شد که بیشترین عملکرد کمّی و کیفی گیاه دارویی ماریتیغال در منطقه معتدل خرمآباد در کاشت پاییزه بود و بیشترین میزان ماده مؤثره سیلیمارین و سیلیبین در منطقه سردسیر الشتر، در جمعیت بومی الشتر نسبت به سایر جمعیتها بدست آمد.

اثر ضدالتهابی اسانس حاصل از Eucalyptus globulus Labill. و تأثیر آن بر مسیر NF-ĸB
التهاب یکی از واکنشهای دفاعی بدن در برابر میکروارگانیسمها و عوامل حساسیتزا است. مسیر NF-Κb (Nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) یک جزء ضروری از پاسخهای التهابی دخیل در تعدادی از بیماریهای دستگاه تنفسی مانند آسم و بیماری انسداد مزمن ریوی (COPD) است. در طب سنتی، گیاه Eucalyptus globulus Labill. از تیره Myrtaceae به شکل استنشاقی برای بیماریهای عفونی و التهابی دستگاه تنفسی استفاده میشود. در این مطالعه، فعالیت ضدالتهابی اسانس E. globulusو همچنین تأثیر آن بر مسیر NF-κB بررسی شد. برای ارزیابی فعالیت ضدالتهابی، از مدل التهاب ایجاد شده توسط کاراژینان در کف پای موش استفاده شد. اسانس به صورت داخل صفاقی در دوزهای 3-0.5 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم وزن حیوان تزریق شد. از استیل سالسیلیک اسید (آسپرین) در دوز 250 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم بهعنوان کنترل مثبت استفاده شد. یک مدل آزمایشگاهی براساس ساختار ژن گزارشگر لوسیفراز (با تکرارهایی از یک توالی کدینگ مورد توافق NF-ĸB) برای بررسی اثرات مهارکنندگی اسانس بر مسیر NF-κB در سلولهای لوسمی میلوئید مزمن انسانی (K562) در غلظتهای 250-100 میکروگرم بر میلیلیتر استفاده شد. اسانس E. globulus بهطور معنیداری سبب کاهش التهاب (0.05>p) در دوزهای 5/0 و 1 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم در زمان 1 تا 3 ساعت پس از تزریق کاراژینان گردید. میزان حداکثر کاهش التهاب حدود 58% نسبت به گروه کنترل بود. همچنین اسانس E. globulus توانستفعالیت NF-κB ناشی از TNFα (Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha) را بهطور معنیداری (0.01>p) در غلظت 250 میکروگرم بر میلیلیتر کاهش دهد. یافتههای این مطالعه نشان میدهد که اسانس E. globulus یک محصول طبیعی ضدالتهابی قوی است که اثرات آن احتمالاً از طریق مسیر NF-κB تنظیم میگردد.

بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی اکوتیپهای مختلف رازیانه (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) براساس خصوصیات مورفو-فنولوژیکی
رازیانه از مهمترین و قدیمیترین گیاهان دارویی و متعلق به خانواده چتریان میباشد. به منظور بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی و روابط بین صفات مورفو-فنولوژیکی در اکوتیپهای رازیانه، آزمایشی با 33 اکوتیپ مختلف رازیانه در قالب طرح آگمنت نسبتاً تکرارشده در باغ دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه بیرجند اجرا گردید. صفات تعداد روز تا 50 درصد گلدهی، تعداد روز تا 50 درصد رسیدگی دانه، ارتفاع گیاه تا چتر اصلی، ارتفاع کل گیاه، تعداد شاخههای اصلی گیاه، تعداد چتر در بوته، تعداد چتر بارور گیاه، تعداد چترک در چتر اصلی، تعداد دانه در چتر اصلی، طول میانگره، تعداد میانگره انتهایی، و عملکرد دانه گیاه اندازه گیری شدند. با توجه به نتایج تجزیه ریمل، اختلاف معنی-دار بین اکوتیپهای مختلف از نظر اکثر صفات مورد بررسی مشاهده شد. وراثتپذیری عمومی برای صفات مختلف بین 14 و 93 درصد برآورد گردید. صفات مطلوب برای بهبود کارآیی گزینش اکوتیپهای مطلوب شامل تعداد دانه در چتر اصلی، تعداد چتر بارور گیاه، تعداد چترک در چتر اصلی، تعداد چتر بودند که همبستگی مثبت معنی داری با عملکرد دانه نشان دادند. نتایج تجزیه بای پلات نشان داد که اکوتیپهای اهواز، 54، کرمان، نیریز و رزن در اکثر صفات برتر بودند. نتایج تجزیه خوشهای اکوتیپ ها را در دو خوشه قرار داد. با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش، تنوع قابل ملاحظه ای بین اکوتیپ های رازیانه مورد مطالعه وجود دارد و ﻣﻲﺗﻮان از طرﻳق ﺗﻼﻗﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ اکوتیپ های ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﺧﻮﺷﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و آزﻣﻮن ﻧﺘﺎج آﻧﻬﺎ از طریق ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی ﺑﻪﻧﮋادی و اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ تولید ارقام با خصوصیات زراعی مطلوب اقدام نمود.

اثرات تنش خشکی و کود دامی بر برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیک و عملکرد .Thymus vulgaris L و Thymus daenensis Celak
بهمنظور ارزیابی اثرات تنش خشکی و کود دامی بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیکی و عملکرد کمّی و کیفی دو گونه گیاه دارویی آویشن باغی (Thymus vulgaris L.) و آویشن دنایی (Thymus daenensis Celak) آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه بیرجند در دو سال زراعی 1394 و 1395 اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل سطوح رطوبتی (100، 67 و 33 درصد ظرفیت زراعی)، گونههای آویشن (دنایی و باغی) و کود دامی (صفر و 30 تن در هکتار) بودند. تنش خشکی در هر دو سال زراعی موجب کاهش صفات هدایت روزنهای، محتوی نسبی آب، میزان کلروفیل a و b و عملکرد کمّی و کیفی گردید، ضمن آنکه میزان کاروتنوئید تحت تأثیر تنش افزایش یافت. هر چند در شرایط تنش خشکی عملکرد کمّی و کیفی در گونههای آویشن کاهش پیدا کرد اما کاربرد 30 تن در هکتار کود دامی باعث افزایش عملکرد کمّی و کیفی شد. همچنین در بین دو گونه مورد آزمایش، گونه آویشن دنایی محتوی نسبی آب و عملکرد کمّی و کیفی (اسانس) بیشتری را در هر دو سال زراعی نسبت به گونه آویشن باغی داشت. با توجه به این نتایج میتوان بیان کرد که گونه آویشن دنایی میتواند رشد موفقیتآمیزی در مناطق اقلیمی خشک و نیمهخشک داشته باشد و برای کاشت در این مناطق توصیه میگردد. همچنین نتایج این آزمایش نشاندهنده تفاوت معنیدار بین دو سال زراعی بود و در سال دوم میزان عملکرد کمّی و کیفی در هر دو گونه مورد مطالعه افزایش پیدا کرد.

بررسی شاخصهای یونومیک در گیاه دارویی Zataria multiflora Boiss. بومی ایران
Zataria multiflora Boiss. (آویشن شیرازی) از گیاهان دارویی با ارزش و در معرض انقراض میباشد که در صنایع غذایی و دارویی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. بهمنظور بررسی برخی از عناصر معدنی گیاه آویشن شیرازی و نیز مقایسه انباشت فلزات سنگین در برخی از رویشگاههای طبیعی کشور، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار در چهار رویشگاه کشور در استانهای اصفهان، فارس، یزد و هرمزگان انجام شد. عناصر معدنی این گیاه دارویی شامل ریزمغذیها و تعدادی از عناصر ضروری و پرمصرف ازجمله آهن، روی، منگنز، مس، منیزیم، سدیم، کلسیم، پتاسیم و تعدادی از فلزات ازجمله کروم، کبالت، سیلیسیم، سرب، آرسنیک، نیکل، کادمیم، وانادیم و جیوه که جمعاً 17 عنصر بود، با استفاده از دستگاه پلاسمای جفت شده القایی (ICP-OES) اندازهگیری گردید. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تفاوت معنیداری در میان رویشگاهها برای تمامی عناصر به غیر از سه فلز آرسنیک، کادمیوم و جیوه (P<0.01) وجود دارد. سه فلز ذکر شده در حد تشخیص دستگاه ICP نبوده و به همین دلیل، ناچیز در نظر گرفته شد. از دیگر نتایج این تحقیق میتوان به اثر رویشگاه بر خصوصیات کیفی گیاه اشاره کرد. گیاهان رشد کرده در منطقه یزد دارای حداکثر مقدار سدیم، منیزیم، آهن و حداقل مقدار کلسیم و کبالت بودند، در حالیکه گیاهان رشد کرده در رویشگاه اصفهان حداکثر مقدار روی، منگنز، مس، پتاسیم و حداقل مقدار سدیم و منیزیم را نشان دادند که بیانگر اثر معنیدار حاصلخیزی رویشگاه بر خصوصیات کیفی این گیاه دارویی میباشد. مقایسه مقدار عناصر سنگین تجمع یافته در گیاهان جمعآوری شده با حد مجاز گزارش شده توسط سازمان جهانی بهداشت حکایت از عدم وجود سمّیت این عناصر داشت. از اهداف کاربردی این تحقیق امکان معرفی شاخصهای یونومیک در شناسایی جمعیتهای گیاه Zataria multiflora Boiss. و نیز مقایسه سلامت محصول در میان رویشگاههای مختلف بود.

هدف این تحقیق بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف پودر گیاه نعناع فلفلی (Mentha piperita L.) بر سیستم ایمنی، خصوصیات لاشه و عملکرد بلدرچینهای ژاپنی بود. برای این منظور از 200 قطعه جوجه بلدرچین ژاپنی Coturnix Japonica (Coturnix) یک روزه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 5 تکرار و 10 پرنده در هر تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل چهار سطح نعناع فلفلی (صفر، 0.25، 0.5 و 0.75 درصد) بودند. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که مصرف سطوح 0.5 و 0.75 درصد پودر نعناع فلفلی موجب کاهش شدت انفجار تنفسی شد (01/0P<). عدم تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی بر نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت، هتروفیل، لنفوسیت و مونوسیت مشاهده گردید (0.05>P). همچنین سطوح مختلف پودر گیاه نعناع فلفلی نسبت به تیمار شاهد بهطور چشمگیری باعث کاهش آنتیبادیها در مقابل آنتیژن گلبولهای قرمز خون گوسفندی (SRBC) و تضعیف سیستم ایمنی هومورال شد (0.01>P). بعلاوه اینکه سطوح مختلف پودر گیاه نعناع فلفلی با افزایش تکثیر لنفوسیتها و افزایش معنیدار ضخامت پرده بین انگشتان پا در پاسخ به تزریق SRBC سبب تقویت سیستم ایمنی سلولی گردید (0.01>P). مصرف پودر گیاه نعناع فلفلی تأثیری بر عملکرد بلدرچینهای ژاپنی در طول هفتههای مختلف آزمایشی و کل دوره نداشت (0.05>P). همچنین اختلاف معنیداری بین تیمارهای آزمایشی از لحاظ خصوصیات لاشه، وزن اندامهای داخلی و طول و وزن بخشهای مختلف روده وجود نداشت (0.05>P). بنابراین با توجه به تقویت پاسخهای ایمنی سلولی توسط پودر گیاه نعناع فلفلی، میتوان استفاده از پودر گیاه نعناع فلفلی را هنگام نیاز به تقویت پاسخهای ایمنی سلولی در بیماریهای ویروسی مانند نیوکاسل، برونشیت و آنفولانزا یا عفونتهای انگلی داخل سلولی مانند کوکسیدیوز پیشنهاد کرد.

تأثیر کاربرد بیوچار بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد سیاهدانه (.Nigella sativa L) در شرایط کم آبیاری
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر بیوچار بر صفات کمّی سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa L.) در شرایط کم آبیاری، آزمایشی بهصورت اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل آبیاری بهعنوان عامل اصلی در سه سطح 100% (I1)، 70% (I2) و 40% (I3) نیاز آبی و کرتهای فرعی شامل فاکتور بیوچار در سه سطح شامل بدون بیوچار (B1)، 10 تن در هکتار بیوچار (B2) و 20 تن در هکتار بیوچار (B3)؛ و کود شیمیایی در دو سطح شامل بدون مصرف کود (F1) و مصرف کود (F2) بود. نتایج نشان داد که مصرف10 تن در هکتار بیوچار در مقایسه با مصرف20 تن در هکتار، تعداد دانه در بوته و وزن دانه در بوته را بهطور معنیداری افزایش داد. کاربرد کود شیمیایی بر کلیه صفات سیاهدانه بجز وزن هزاردانه معنیدار بود. با وجود معنیدار نبودن اثر ساده بیوچار بر عملکرد دانه و بیولوژیک، اثر متقابل آن با کود شیمیایی و نیاز آبی معنیدار شد. در استفاده همزمان 10 تن در هکتار بیوچار بههمراه کود شیمیایی و آبیاری براساس 70% نیاز آبی (I2B2F2)، بیشترین میزان افزایش عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیک (بهترتیب با 1356 کیلوگرم در هکتار و 5776 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بدست آمد. به این ترتیب کاربرد مقدار متعادلی از بیوچار بههمراه کود شیمیایی بهدلیل بهبود عناصر غذایی خاک و کاهش آبشویی نیتروژن، علاوهبر تأثیر بهینه بر عملکرد، میزان آب مصرفی در تولید سیاهدانه را نیز کاهش داد.

تأثیر محلولپاشی نانو ذرات سیلیسیم بر برخی شاخصهای مورفولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی گیاه گشنیز (Coriandrum sativum L.) در شرایط تنش فلز سنگین سرب
سیلیسیم دومین عنصر فراوان در کره زمین میباشد که میتواند اثرات مضر فلزات سنگین را تخفیف دهد. بهمنظور بررسی اثر تغذیه با سطوح نانوذرات سیلیسیم بر شاخصهای رشدی و فیزیولوژی گیاه گشنیز (Coriandrum sativum L.) در شرایط تنش سرب، یک آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در گلخانه دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی با رطوبت نسبی 40 تا 50% و میانگین شدت نور 434 لوکس در سال زراعی 96-1395 انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل آلودگی خاک توسط محلول کلرید سرب در غلظتهای شاهد، 500، 1000 و 1500 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و محلولپاشی با نانو ذرات سیلیسم (0، 5/1 و 3 میلیمولار) بود. شاخصهای مورفولوژیک مانند ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد برگ، سطح برگ، وزن تر و خشک بخش هوایی و ریشه، قطر ریشه و ساقه و شاخصهای فیزیولوژیک شامل رنگریزههای فتوسنتزی، نشت غشاء، محتوی آب نسبی و شاخصهای بیوشیمیایی شامل پرولین، کربوهیدرات محلول، فنل کل و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدان اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که تنش سرب بسیاری از صفات مورفولوژیک گیاه گشنیز مانند ارتفاع، وزن تر و خشک گیاه، قطر ریشه و ساقه را بهطور معنیداری کاهش داد، بهطوری که با افزایش سطح سرب بهترتیب سبب کاهش 57، 50، 20، 41، 15، 42 و 25 درصدی در صفات وزن تک بوته، وزن ریشه، قطر طوقه، قطر ریشه، طول ریشه، ارتفاع گیاه، سطح برگ و درصد ماده خشک برگ شد، اما تیمار محلولپاشی با 3 میلیمولار نانوذرات سیلیسیم در بیشتر صفات مرفولوژیک موجب بهبود شرایط رشدی گیاه گشنیز در شرایط تنش گردید. بهطوری که با افزایش غلظت سرب میزان کلروفیل a و b، کلروفیل کل، کاروتنوئید و کربوهیدرات کل کاهش یافتند اما تیمار سیلیسیم سبب افزایش میزان آنها در گیاهان تحت تنش شد، درحالی که میزان پرولین، فنل و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی با افزایش غلظت تا 1500 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم سرب بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافت. بهطور کلی میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که برای گیاه گشنیز استفاده از نانو ذرات سیلیسیم میتواند اثرات منفی تنش سرب را تا حد قابل قبولی کاهش دهد.

عناب (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) یکی از گیاهان دارویی ارزشمند است که بهدلیل دارا بودن ویتامینها، موسیلاژ، آنتیاکسیدان، آلکالوئید و ترکیبهای فنولی کاربرد فراوانی در صنایع دارویی دارد. کلسیم یکی از مهمترین عناصر معدنی است که در تعیین کیفیت میوه دخالت دارد و همچنین نقش این عنصر در بهبود متابولیتهای ثانویه در گیاهان به اثبات رسیده است. با وجود این اطلاعات اندکی در مورد کاربرد برگی این عنصر در گیاه عناب وجود دارد. از اینرو در این مطالعه اثر محلولپاشی برگی نیترات کلسیم و کلرید کلسیم بر خصوصیات آنتیاکسیدانی و کیفی میوه عناب در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی اجرا گردید. تیمارها شامل شاهد (آب مقطر)، کلرید کلسیم (0.5% و 1%) و نیترات کلسیم (0.5% و 1%) بودند. محلولپاشی در دو مرحله، در زمان تقسیم سلولی میوه (20 روز بعد از اتمام گلدهی) و کامل شدن رشد سلولی میوه (40 روز بعد از اتمام گلدهی) انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که محلولپاشی با نیترات کلسیم 0.5% باعث افزایش معنیدار مقدار اسیدیته میوه شد، همچنین تیمار کلرید کلسیم 0.5% مقدار آنتوسیانین میوه را نسبت به شاهد افزایش داد. بیشترین میزان آنتیاکسیدان، ویتامین ث و محتوی کلسیم میوه در تیمار کلرید کلسیم 1% حاصل شد. حداکثر مقادیر کلروفیل a، b و کل در برگهای درختان تیمار شده با نیترات کلسیم 1% مشاهده گردید. بهطور کلی نتایج نشان داد که محلولپاشی برگی با نمکهای کلسیم موجب بهبود خصوصیات آنتیاکسیدانی و کیفی میوهها نسبت به شاهد میشود.

تأثیر سطوح مختلف پودر گیاه Scandix pecten-veneris L. بر پارامترهای عملکردی، سیستم ایمنی، فراسنجههای خونی و خصوصیات لاشه جوجههای گوشتی
این آزمایش بهمنظور تعیین اثر گیاه سوزن چوپان (Scandix pecten-veneris L.) بر صفات عملکردی، سیستم ایمنی، فراسنجههای خونی و خصوصیات لاشه جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد. در این آزمایش تعداد 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتی ماده از سویه راس 308 در 4 تیمار آزمایشی (4 تکرار با تعداد 15 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سطوح مختلف (صفر، 0.5، 1 و 1.5 درصد جیره) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد از نظر عملکرد رشد، مصرف دان و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در پایان دوره پرورش تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارها وجود داشت، بهطوری که میانگین وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در تیمار 1.5% بهطور معنیداری بالاتر و کمتر از تیمار کنترل بود (0.05>P). از نظر غلظت گلوکز، تریگلیسیرید، کلسترول، HDL و خصوصیات لاشه اختلاف معنیداری بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد. ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻚ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ اﻳﻤﻨﻲ ﺑﻪوﺳﻴﻠﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ در دو ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ و ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻋﻴﺎر آﻧﺘﻲﺑﺎدی ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﮔﻠﺒﻮل ﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﮔﻮﺳﻔﻨﺪ در تیمارهای 1 و 1.5 درصد بهترتیب در نوبت اول و دوم خونگیری بالاتر از سایر تیمارها بود (0.05>P). اختلاف معنیداری بین وزن نسبی لاشه و اندامهای داخلی جوجههای گوشتی در بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد. بیشترین درصد سلولهای ائوزینوفیل (5.67) در تیمار حاوی 1.5% و کمترین آن (34.4) در تیمار حاوی 5/0% مشاهده شد (0.05>P). بهطور کلی استفاده از سطح 1.5% گیاه سوزن چوپان در کل دوره پرورشی میتواند باعث بهبود صفات عملکردی طیور گردد. از سوی دیگر با توجه به فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی و ضدباکتریایی گیاه، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که این گیاه دارای اثرات مثبتی بر فعالیت و ایمنی بدن طیور باشد.
