The essential oil of dragonhead has natural antibacterial and antimicrobial substances and having wide usage in industries like pharmaceutical, dietary and many others. In this research, effects of different harvest times on content and composition of essential oil were studied in Research field at Khoy Agricultural Research Center in West Azarbaijan province. Dragonhead seeds from both landrace and modern cultivars were planted simultaneously. The aerial parts of plant were harvested in six stages. After drying the plant materials in shade, their essential oils were obtained by hydro-distillation. The oils were analyzed by GC and GC-MS. According to the results, maximum and minimum essential oils percentage for both landrace and modern cultivars were respectively observed in full flowering (0.53) and yellow-maturity stage (0.07). In addition, there were some differences between oil compositions of these dragonheadaccessions at different harvest times. The major oil components of dragonhead were the geranial, geraniol and geranyl acetate. The highest and the lowest sum total amount of geranial and geraniol were obtained at the early flowering (65.1%) and yellow-maturity (44.9%) for the landrace cultivar. The largest amount of geranyl acetate (50.7%) was gained for the modern cultivar at the early flowering stage while the least one (28.1%) was recorded for landrace cultivar plants 26 days after flowering when 10 to 30 percent of the flowers remained. The results showed that different harvest times had significant effects on essential oil content and composition.}, keywords = {Dragonhead (Dracocephalum moldavica L.),essential oil,geranial,geraniol,geranyl acetate}, title_fa = {تأثیر مراحل مختلف برداشت بر میزان و ترکیب‌های اسانس بادرشبو (Dracocephalum moldavica L.)}, abstract_fa = {بادرشبو (Dracocephalum moldavica L.) گیاهی علفی، یک‌ساله و متعلق به خانواده Lamiaceae است. اسانس بادرشبو دارای خاصیت ضدمیکروبی و باکتریایی بوده و در صنایع داروسازی، آرایشی و بهداشتی، غذایی و عطر‌سازی کاربردهای فراوانی دارد. در این تحقیق، اثر زمان‌های مختلف برداشت‌ بر میزان و ترکیب‌های اسانس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بذر اصلاح شده و اکوتیپ بومی گیاه بادرشبو در مزرعه تحقیقاتی مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی استان آذربایجان‌غربی واقع در شهرستان خوی به‌طور همزمان کشت گردید. اندام هوایی گیاه در شش مرحله برداشت و پس از خشک شدن (در سایه و هوای آزاد) اسانس‌گیری از آنها به روش تقطیر با آب انجام شد. به منظور جداسازی و شناسایی ترکیب‌های اسانس از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC) و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف‌سنج جرمی (GC/MS) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین درصد اسانس برای اکوتیپ بومی و اصلاح شده به‌ترتیب در مرحله گلدهی کامل (53/0%-52/0%) و کمترین آن در مرحله زرد شدن کل بوته (17/0%-07/0%) بدست آمد. مراحل مختلف برداشت بر روی ترکیب‌های اسانس رقم اصلاح شده و اکوتیپ بومی تأثیرات متفاوتی گذاشت. ترکیب‌های عمده اسانس ژرانیال، ژرانیول، ژرانیل استات بودند. مجموع بیشترین مقدار دو ترکیب ژرانیال و ژرانیول برای اکوتیپ بومی در مرحله 10% گلدهی (1/65%) و کمترین مقدار آن (9/44%) در مرحله زرد شدن کل بوته‌ها بدست آمد. بیشترین مقدار ژرانیل استات (7/50%) برای رقم اصلاح شده در مرحله 10% گلدهی و کمترین مقدار آن (1/28%) برای اکوتیپ بومی در مرحله‌ای که 10 تا 30 درصد گلها روی بوته‌ها باقی مانده بودند بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که مراحل مختلف برداشت بر روی درصد اسانس و ترکیب‌های تشکیل‌دهنده آن مؤثر است.}, keywords_fa = {بادرشبو (Dracocephalum moldavica L.),اسانس,ژرانیال,ژرانیول,ژرانیل استات}, url = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_6672.html}, eprint = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_6672_85f24fa8bd92292d6b48bf9e477b7d67.pdf} }
