In the present study, the effects of UV-B and UV-C on of Malva neglecta calli were investigated. Besides mocuza whose wound healing effects is well known,the plant contains different flavonoides and anthocyanins which are known as good antioxidant and UV protectants as well. Explants from leaves were surface-sterilized and cultured on a modified B5 medium. After 7 days, the calli were emerged and were subcultured every 10 days. After 11 subcultures, the calli were exposed to different doses of UV irradiation as follows: 144, 288, 432, 576, 720, 864, 1296, and 1728 j/m2 for UV-B and 204, 408, 612, 816, 1020, 1284, 1836, and 2448 j/m2 for UV-C. The results showed that the flavonoids and anthocyanins contents (UV absorbing compounds) were increased significantly, compared with the control cells. The levels of apigenin and delphinidin in Malva neglecta cells decreased after exposure to UV-B and UV-C compared to the control calli. Malvidin increased in UV-B and UV-C exposed Malva neglecta cells. In addition, membrane lipid peroxidation increased by longer exposure to UV-C and UV-B, compared to the control cells. The results suggest that the effects of UV-B and UV-C on flavonoids and anthocyanins contents of callus-cultured Malva neglecta cells are not identical and therefore they should be differentially suggested as tools for increase of desigred components.}, keywords = {Malva neglecta Wallr,Anthocyanin,UV-B,UV-C,UV-absorbing compounds,flavonoid}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر تنش پرتوهای فرابنفش B و C بر ترکیب‌های دارویی کالوس‌های پنیرک (Malva neglecta Wallr.)}, abstract_fa = {امروزه به سبب افزایش آلودگی‌های اتمسفری و کاهش اُزن، برخورد پرتوهای فرابنفش به سطح زمین افزایش چشمگیری یافته‌است. در تحقیق حاضر تأثیر پرتوهای فرابنفش B و C بر کالوس‌های گیاه پنیرک (Malva neglecta Wallr.) مطالعه شد. ترکیب‌های مهم دارویی پنیرک شامل موسیلاژ و ترکیب‌های فلاونوئیدی و آنتوسیانینی می‌باشد. دو ترکیب اخیر خواص آنتی‌اکسیدانی دارند و در محافظت از سلول‌های گیاهی در برابر پرتوهای فرابنفش نقش بسیار مهمی ایفا می‌کنند. در تحقیق حاضر از قطعات جداکشت برگ‌های گیاه بر روی محیط B5 تغییریافته، کالوس ایجاد شد. کالوس‌ها پس از 7 روز ظاهر شدند و بعد هر 10 روز یک بار واکشت شدند. بعد از 11 بار واکشت، کالوس‌ها به مدت 3 روز و هر روز10، 20، 30، 40، 50، 60، 90 و 120 دقیقه در معرض پرتوهای فرابنفش B و C قرار گرفتند که به‌ترتیب معادل 144، 288، 432، 576، 720، 864، 1296 و 1728 ژول بر مترمربع برای پرتوهای فرابنفش B و 204، 408، 612، 816، 1020، 1284، 1836، 1836 و 2448 ژول بر مترمربع برای پرتوهای فرابنفش C می‌باشند. نتایج حکایت از تغییرات قابل‌ملاحظه فلاونوئیدها و آنتوسیانین‌ها به‌عنوان ترکیب‌های جاذب پرتو فرابنفش در مقایسه با سلول‌های شاهد داشت. مقدار آپیژنین و دلفینیدین در سلول‌های پنیرک تحت تأثیر پرتوهای فرابنفش B و C کاهش یافت، در حالی‌که مالویدین در این سلول‌ها تحت تأثیر پرتوهای فرابنفش B و C افزایش یافت. تابش پرتوهای فرابنفش B و C همچنین سبب افزایش پراکسیداسیون لیپیدهای غشاء گردید. بنابراین نتایج پیشنهاد می‌کند که تأثیر پرتوهای فوق بر محتوای فلاونوئیدها و آنتوسیانین‌های مختلف در سلول‌های پنیرک یکسان نمی‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {پنیرک (Malva neglecta Wallr.),آنتوسیانین,پرتو فرابنفش B,پرتو فرابنفش C,ترکیب‌های جاذب پرتو فرابنفش,فلاونوئید}, url = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_5269.html}, eprint = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_5269_50fda9ac64e2ea5dac2a6810cd843d7e.pdf} }
