The treatments were two genuses of chamomile (German and Roman chamomile), four levels of salinity (0, 50, 100 and 150 mM NaCl) and two levels of iron (0 and 100 μmol). Results showed that, by increasing salinity from 0 to 150 mM NaCl, fresh and dry weight of shoot were reduced but root dry weight was added. At the absence of iron treatment, fresh and dry weight of both shoot and root were reduced in two genus of chamomile. Salinity decreased the amount of two pigments chlorophyll a and b and increased the amount of carotenoids. At the absence of iron, the amount of chlorophyll ‘a’ (32/9) and chlorophyll ‘b’ (35/5) percent decreased in comparison to control treatment (100 μmol). Unlike chlorophyll, at the absence of iron treatment, the amount of carotenoid was added. At the salinity stress from 0 to 150 mM, many protein bands in Roman chamomile were excluded. However, at the levels of 50 and 100 mM NaCl, a 42 KDa fraction band in this material was synthesized, but at the highest level of salinity (150 mM NaCl) many of their bands were removed. Presumably, the 150 mM NaCl is out of tolerance of Roman chamomile genotype. In this study, at the German chamomile genotype under salinity and iron deficiency no bonds were not removed and two bands 14 and 18 KDa were appeared.}, keywords = {Matricaria chamomilla L,Anthemis nobilis L,Salinity,Iron,photosynthesis pigments,electrophoresis pattern}, title_fa = {اثرهای تنش شوری و آهن بر رشد، رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی و باندهای الکتروفورزی بابونه آلمانی (Matricaria chamomilla L.) و بابونه رومی (Anthemis nobilis L.)}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور بررسی اثرهای تنش شوری در حضور و عدم حضور عنصر آهن بر رشد، میزان رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی و نیز تغییرات باندهای الکتروفورزی دو جنس بابونه آلمانی (Matricaria chamomilla L.) و بابونه رومی (Anthemis nobilis L.)، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1388 در پژوهشکده زیست فناوری دانشگاه زابل اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل دو جنس بابونه آلمانی و رومی به‌عنوان فاکتور A، چهار سطح شوری 0، 50، 100 و 150 میلی‌مولار نمک کلرید سدیم به‌عنوان فاکتور B و دو سطح تیمار آهن شامل 0 و 100 میکرومولار به‌عنوان فاکتور C در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش شوری از شاهد تا 150 میلی‌مولار، از وزن تر و خشک اندام‌های هوایی کاسته و بر وزن تر و خشک ریشه افزوده شد. تیمار کمبود آهن نیز از وزن تر و خشک هر دو بخش هوایی و ریشه دو جنس بابونه کاست. البته تأثیر شوری بر رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی همراه با کاهش مقادیر کلروفیل a و b و افزایش مقدار کارتنوئیدها بود. در نبود آهن از میزان کلروفیل a به میزان 9/32% و کلروفیل b معادل 5/35% نسبت به تیمار شاهد (حاوی 100 میکرومولار آهن) کاسته شد. هر چند در دو سطح شوری 50 و 100 میلی‌مولار یک باند 42 کیلودالتونی در جنس بابونه رومی سنتز شد، اما در بالاترین سطح شوری (150 میلی‌مولار نمک کلرید سدیم) بیشتر باندهای پروتئینی آن حذف شدند. احتمالاً سطح 150 میلی‌مولار نمک کلرید سدیم خارج از تحمل بابونه رومی می‌باشد. در این بین، در بابونه آلمانی تحت تنش شوری و کمبود آهن هیچ باندی حذف نشد و دو باند 14 و 18 کیلودالتونی نیز در آن ظاهر شدند.}, keywords_fa = {بابونه آلمانی (Matricaria chamomilla L.),بابونه رومی (Anthemis nobilis L.),شوری,آهن,رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی,الگوی الکتروفورزی}, url = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_4299.html}, eprint = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_4299_e4478557e601e97509e176ef91cf2bba.pdf} }
