Plant extracts and essential oils are consistent with nature and they could be used in foodstuff for pest control. In this study, the respiratory toxicity of essential oils of Cuminum cyminum L. and Rosmarinus officinalis L. and oral toxicity of C. cyminum extract were examined on Ephestia kuehniella (Zeller). Extraction from C. cyminum was done by the alcoholic method and essential oils of C. cyminum and R. officinalis were extracted using Clevenger apparatus. The C. cyminum extract was provided for pests through food plates, but essential oils were used by fumigation method. The experiments were performed in controlled laboratory conditions at a temperature of 27±1ºC and a relative humidity of 50±5% and a photoperiod of 14 hours of light and 10 hours of darkness. The impact of each material on the mortality percentage of larva and pupas and the length of larval period were studied and compared with each other. According to the results, the essential oil of C. cyminum showed the highest mortality percentage on the pests as compared with the essential oil of C. cyminum extract and R. officinalis. Therefore, regarding the positive impact of these combinations on pest losses, the use of this extract and essential oils could be a good alternative to control pests in food stores, silos etc. }, keywords = {Ephestia kuehniella (Zeller),Cuminum cyminum L,Rosmarinus officinalis L,respiratory toxicity,oral toxicity}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر عصاره و اسانس زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) و اسانس رزماری (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) روی برخی مراحل زیستی غیربالغ شب‌پره آرد (Ephestia kuehniella (Zeller) (Lep: Pyralidae))}, abstract_fa = {به علت محدودیت استفاده از سموم در کنترل آفات انباری و خطر ایجاد مسمومیت توسط سموم شیمیایی برای جانوران خونگرم نیاز به استفاده از سموم با خطر کمتر، ازجمله ترکیب‌های گیاهی بیش از پیش احساس می‌گردد. عصاره‌ها و اسانس‌های گیاهی سازگار با طبیعت هستند و در انبارهای مواد غذایی می‌توان از آنها برای مبارزه با آفات انباری استفاده کرد. در این تحقیق سمّیت تنفسی اسانس گیاهان زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) و رزماری (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) و سمّیت گوارشی عصاره گیاه زیره سبز روی شب‌پره آرد Ephestia kuehniella (Zeller) بررسی شد. عصاره‌گیری از زیره سبز به روش الکلی انجام و اسانس‌های زیره سبز و رزماری با استفاده از دستگاه کلونجر استخراج شد. عصاره زیره سبز با جیره غذایی مخلوط و در اختیار آفت قرار گرفت، ولی اسانس‌ها به روش تنفسی یا تدخینی استفاده شدند. آزمایش‌ها در شرایط کنترل‌شده (دمای ºC1±27، رطوبت 5±50% و دوره نوری 14:10 (تاریکی: روشنایی)) انجام شد. تأثیر هر یک از مواد روی درصد مرگ‌ و میر لاروها و شفیره‌ها و طول دوره لاروی، بررسی و با یکدیگر مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان داد، اسانس زیره سبز نسبت به عصاره زیره سبز و اسانس رزماری بیشترین درصد کشندگی را روی آفت دارد. بنابراین با توجه به تأثیر مثبت این ترکیب‌ها در تلفات آفت، استفاده از این عصاره و اسانس‌های گیاهی ضمن مطالعات بیشتر می‌تواند گزینه مناسبی برای کنترل آفات در انبارهای مواد غذایی، سیلوها، سایر مکان‌های بسته و ... باشد.}, keywords_fa = {شب‌پره آرد (Ephestia kuehniella (Zeller)),زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.),رزماری (Rosmarinus officinalis L.),سمّیت گوارشی,سمّیت تنفسی}, url = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_117629.html}, eprint = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_117629_4ad2eae625e831f08109b6d08c510f12.pdf} }
