چکیده

بومادران هزاربرگ با نام علمی Achillea millefolium L. متعلق به خانواده کاسنی (Asteraceae) می‌باشد. 130 گونه مختلف از این جنس در سراسر جهان پراکنش دارند، از این بین 19 گونه در کشور ایران رویش طبیعی دارد که از این تعداد 7 گونه بومی ایران است. در این مطالعه سرشاخه‌های گلدار به همراه برگ‌های روی ساقه و برگ‌های قاعده‌ای گیاه در خرداد ماه 1390 از هفت منطقه زنوز، باسمنج، پیربالا، بناب مرند، شبستر، کندلج و جلفا واقع در استان آذربایجان‌شرقی جمع‌آوری شده و بعد از خشکاندن در سایه و دمای اتاق جهت استخراج اسانس به روش تقطیر با آب با طرح کلونجر طبق فارماکوپه بریتانیا به مدت 4 ساعت بکار گرفته شد. ترکیب شیمیایی اسانس‌ها با استفاده از دستگاه‌های گاز کروماتوگراف (GC) و گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل به طیف‌سنج جرمی (GC/MS) شناسایی شدند. بازده متوسط تولید اسانس توسط پیکر رویشی و گل در این گیاه با سه تکرار برحسب وزن خشک ماده گیاهی، برای مناطق مختلف تقریباً برابر 1/0% زنوز، 4/0% باسمنج، 1/0% پیربالا، 2/0% بناب مرند، 1/0% شبستر، 25/0% کندلج و 4/0% جلفا تعیین شد. در مجموع در اسانس زنوز، باسمنج، پیربالا، بناب مرند، شبستر، کندلج و جلفا به‌ترتیب 35، 38، 48، 43، 45، 37 و 42 ترکیب شناسایی شد که از این میان ترکیب‌های‌دلتا-کادینول (3/23-7/3%)، 1،8-سینئول (5/18-7/7%)، جرماکرن D (9/10-7/2%)، آلفا-اودسمول (8-2%)، ترانس نرولیدول (3/11-6/2%) و آلفا-پینن (4/9-6/1%) در همه مناطق مشترک بوده و دارای بیشترین غلظت بودند. با توجه به غلظت بالای دو ترکیب با ارزش 1،8-سینئول و دلتا-کادینول در مناطق باسمنج و زنوز و با در نظر گرفتن بیشترین بازده اسانس، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که این دو منطقه برای استخراج 1،8-سینئول و دلتا-کادینول مناسب می‌باشند.
