چکیده

افزایش ذخیره آنتی‌اکسیدانی به‌خصوص تجمع محتوای ترکیب‌های فنلی یکی از مهمترین راهکارهای غیرآنزیمی گیاهان برای مقابله در برابر تنش‌های محیطی می‌باشد. در این پژوهش نمونه‌های ریحان سبز (Ocimum basilicum L.) در شرایط گلخانه‌ای تحت تیمار غلظت‌های مختلف کروناتین (0، 50 و 100 نانومولار) به‌عنوان پیش‌تیمار و فلز سنگین آرسنیک (0، 150 و 300 میکرومولار) رشد داده شدند. سپس شاخص‌های مورد نظر در نمونه‌های تیمار شده اندازه‌گیری شد. افزایش میزان پراکسیداسیون لیپیدها و نشت یونی غشاء و تجمع بالای پراکسید هیدروژن در برگ‌های ریحان از علائم سمّیت آرسنات بود که در اثر استفاده از پیش‌تیمار کروناتین به‌طور معنی‌داری از مقدار آنها کاسته شد. تجمع ترکیب‌های فنلی، آنتوسیانین‌ها، فلاونوییدها و همچنین افزایش فعالیت آنزیم‌های فنیل‌آلانین آمونیالیاز (PAL) و پلی‌فنل اکسیداز (PPO) توسط کروناتین در نمونه‌های تحت سمّیت آرسنیک نشان می‌دهد که شاید کروناتین به‌عنوان یک ترکیب مشابه با جاسمونات‌ها از طریق افزایش ذخیره آنتی‌اکسیدانی گیاه ریحان مقاومت آن را در برابر سمّیت فلز آرسنیک بهبود بخشیده است.
