چکیده

چای‌ترش (Hibiscus sabdariffaL.) از گیاهان دارویی مهم است که در ساخت فرآورده‌های داروسازی، غذایی و صنعتی کاربرد دارد. به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر کود ورمی‌کمپوست و محلول‌پاشی جلبک دریایی بر ویژگی‌های کمّی و کیفی گیاه دارویی چای‌ترش، این تحقیق در مزرعه پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان (خوراسگان) در بهار، تابستان و پاییز سال 1395 انجام شد. آزمایش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارهای ورمی‌کمپوست در چهار سطح: صفر (شاهد)، 5، 10 و 15 تن در هکتار و محلول‌پاشی جلبک‌ دریایی در سه سطح: صفر (شاهد)، 1 و 1.5 گرم بر لیتر در فواصل زمانی یک‌ماه روی گیاه اعمال شدند. در پایان آزمایش ارتفاع بوته، تعداد گل در بوته، وزن تر و خشک بوته، وزن تر و خشک کاسبرگ، شاخص سبزینگی برگ، میزان کلروفیل a، b و کلروفیل کل برگ، میزان آنتوسیانین کاسبرگ، میزان ویتامین C، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون و فلاونوئید کاسبرگ، اندازه‌گیری شدند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که کاربرد کود ورمی‌کمپوست و محلول‌پاشی جلبک‌ دریایی، عملکرد کمّی و کیفی چای‌ترش را بهبود بخشید، به‌طوری که بیشترین میزان ارتفاع بوته، تعداد گل در بوته، وزن‌ تر و خشک بوته، وزن تر و خشک کاسبرگ، بیشترین میزان کلروفیل a، b و کل برگ، میزان آنتوسیانین کاسبرگ، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون و ویتامین C کاسبرگ مربوط به تیمار ورمی‌کمپوست 15 تن در هکتار بود و بیشترین تعداد گل در بوته، وزن تر بوته، میزان کلروفیل a، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون، آنتوسیانین، فلاونوئید و ویتامین C کاسبرگ، در تیمار1.5 گرم بر لیتر جلبک‌ دریایی مشاهده شد. بیشترین میزان ویتامین C (68.74 میلی‌گرم در 100 گرم)، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون (4.97%)، آنتوسیانین کاسبرگ (1.400 میلی‌مول بر گرم)، بیشترین تعداد گل در بوته (73.33 عدد) و وزن تر بوته (828.33 گرم) در تیمار ورمی‌کمپوست 15 تن در هکتار همراه با جلبک ‌دریایی 1.5 گرم بر لیتر مشاهده شد.
