چکیده

جنس Pimpinella با حدود 180-170 گونه در جهان، یکی از بزرگترین جنس‌های خانواده چتریان می‌باشد. براساس مطالعات فلور ایران، این جنس در فلات ایران، 25 گونه دارد که 22 گونه آن در ایران است و 6 گونه از آنها بومی هستند. گونه Pimpinella olivierioides Boiss. & Hausskn. در منطقه غرب و مرکز پراکنش دارد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تعیین ترکیب‌های شیمیایی موجود در اسانس گونه ‌P. olivierioides می‌باشد. اندام‌های گیاه P. olivieroides در مرحله گلدهی در اواخر تیر 1391 از منطقه نهاوند جمع‌آوری و پس از تفکیک در دمای محیط خشک و بعد به ذرات کوچک آسیاب شدند. نمونه ساقه و ‌برگ، ریشه و گل‌آذین به تفکیک با روش تقطیر با آب اسانس‌گیری شدند. برای جداسازی و شناسایی ترکیب‌های اسانس از دستگاه‌های گاز کروماتوگرافی GC و گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل به طیف‌سنج جرمی (GC/MS) استفاده شد. بازده اسانس ساقه و برگ گیاه P. olivieroides (بر پایه وزنی-وزنی خشک شده) 0.09%، ریشه 0.52% و گل‌آذین 0.57% بود. بیشترین درصد ترکیب‌های اسانس ساقه و برگ، ریشه و گل‌آذین به‌ترتیب جرماکرن D (36.5%، 21.9% و 11.1%) و بی‌سیکلوجرماکرن (7.5%، 15.9% و 4.4%) بودند. بتا-بیزابولن (24.9%) فقط در اسانس ریشه و ترانس-پینوکامفن (14.7%) و سیس-پینوکامفن (13.4%) دیگر ترکیب‌های شاخص اسانس ساقه و برگ بودند. نکته جالب توجه در مورد این اسانس‌ها، رنگ آنها بود که به‌ترتیب آبی روشن، آبی کاربنی و سبز چمنی بود. با مقایسه ترکیب‌های اصلی اسانس مشخص می‌شود که تنوع ترکیب‌ها در اسانس‌ اندام‌های مختلف وجود دارد.
