چکیده

برای ارزیابی برهم‌کنش قارچ‌های میکوریز آربسکولار و باکتری‌های ریزوسفری افزاینده رشد گیاه، بر جذب شماری از عناصر غذایی و عملکرد خشک آویشن دنایی (Thymus daenensis Celak)، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل 3×2 با پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 6 تیمار و 3 تکرار در سال زراعی 91-1390 در مزرعه مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان سمنان ( در منطقه شهمیرزاد) اجرا شد. تیمارهای بررسی شده شامل عامل قارچ میکوریز در دو سطح: 1- عدم تلقیح با قارچ میکوریز آربسکولار (NM) و 2- تلقیح با قارچ میکوریز آربسکولار گونه Glomus moseae (GM) و عامل باکتری افزاینده رشد در سه سطح شامل: 1- عدم تلقیح با باکتری (NB)، 2- تلقیح با باکتری Bacillus subtilis (BS) و 3- تلقیح با باکتری Pseudomonas fluorescens (PF) بودند. بر پایه نتایج بدست آمده، اندازه پتاسیم برگی و درصد کلونیزاسیون ریشه با کاربرد قارچ G. moseae در مقایسه با گیاهان شاهد افزایش چشمگیری نشان داد. افزایش معنی‌دار غلظت فسفر برگ نیز در تیمار با باکتری B. subtilis دیده شد. کاربرد همزمان قارچ میکوریز G. moseae و باکتری P. fluorescens اثرات آنتاگونیستی مشهودی را نشان داد و سبب کاهش جذب عناصر نسبت به تیمارهای دیگر گردید و در پی آن کاهش معنی‌دار عملکرد خشک آویشن دنایی دیده شد. اثربخش‌ترین تیمار وابسته به کاربرد همزمان G. moseae و B. subtilis بود که سبب افزایش چشمگیر در میزان جذب عناصر NPK و عملکرد خشک گیاه نسبت به کاربرد هر کدام از دو میکروارگانیسم به تنهایی و همچنین گیاهان شاهد گردید. در مجموع نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که همیاری اثربخش قارچ میکوریز G. moseae و باکتری B.subtilis نقش سودمندی در تولید ارگانیک و پایدار گیاه آویشن دنایی دارد.
