اثر سطوح مختلف عصاره یوکا و آنتیبیوتیک بر بعضی از عملکردهای سیستم ایمنی و فاکتورهای خونی در جوجههای گوشتی
این بررسی بهمنظور مطالعه افزودنیهای خوراکی شامل سطوح مختلف عصاره یوکا و آنتیبیوتیک بر عملکرد، سیستم ایمنی، فاکتورهای خونی و شاخص آسیتی اجرا شد. از 312 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار، و در 3 تکرار با 26 جوجه (13 نر و 13 ماده) استفاده شد. تیمارها شامل شاهد (بدون افزودنی)، سطوح mg/kg150 و 225 از عصاره Yucca schidigera و جیره حاوی mg/kg15 آنتیبیوتیک ویرجینیامایسین میباشد. وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل در 42 روزگی بین تیمارهای آزمایشی تفاوت معنیداری را نشان داد (01/0 < p). بهطوری که تیمار سطح 1 از عصاره و آنتیبیوتیک بالاترین وزن بدن و بهترین ضریب تبدیل را داشتند. عیارهای پادتن تحت تأثیر افزودنیهای جیره قرار گرفت (01/0 > p). وزن اندامهای لنفی در گروههای آزمایشی بین تیمارها معنیدار نبود (05/0 > p). اثر تیمارهای آزمایشی بر کلسترول، تریگلیسرید، HDL و LDL در 35 روزگی در گروههای آزمایشی مختلف تفاوت معنیداری (01/0 < p) را بر پارامترهای ذکر شده نشان دادند. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان میدهند که یوکا میتواند تأثیرات مثبت بر عملکرد طیور داشته باشد.

تأثیر سطوح آبیاری، نیتروژن و تراکم بوته بر صفات مورفولوژیکی، عملکرد و بازدهی مصرف آب در شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.)
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر دور آبیاری، کود نیتروژن و تراکم بوته بر صفات مورفولوژیکی، عملکرد و بازدهی مصرف آب شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای دوبار خرد شده در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شهرستان درمیان در سال 1389 انجام شد. عامل اصلی آبیاری شامل دورهای آبیاری 5 و 10 روز، عامل فرعی کود نیتروژن در سه سطح شامل مقادیر صفر (شاهد)، 75 و 150 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص در هکتار و عامل فرعی فرعی تراکم در سه سطح شامل تراکمهای 22، 33 و 66 بوته در مترمربع تعیین گردید. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که دور آبیاری بر صفات طول غلاف و بازدهی مصرف آب برای تولید دانه و بیوماس، مقدار نیتروژن مصرفی بر صفات تعداد شاخه اصلی در بوته، طول غلاف، عملکرد دانه، شاخص کلروفیل، بازدهی مصرف آب برای تولید دانه و بیوماس و تراکم بوته بر صفات تعداد شاخه اصلی در بوته و قطر طوقه معنیدار شد. مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که افزایش دور آبیاری از 5 به 10 روز باعث کاهش 8/7 درصدی در طول غلاف گردید، اما بازدهی مصرف آب برای تولید دانه و بیوماس بهترتیب 5/40% و 5/47% افزایش یافت. افزایش مصرف نیتروژن از صفر به 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار، تعداد شاخه اصلی، طول غلاف، شاخص کلروفیل، عملکرد دانه، بازدهی مصرف آب برای تولید دانه و بیوماس را بهترتیب 5/23، 4/26، 2/23، 1/67، 3/72 و 5/71 درصد افزایش داد. همچنین با افزایش تراکم از 22 به 66 بوته در مترمربع، تعداد شاخه اصلی و قطر طوقه بهترتیب 9/7% و 2/11% کاهش یافت. در مجموع براساس نتایج این تحقیق میتوان تیمار دور آبیاری 10 روز به همراه مصرف 150 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار و ترجیحاً تراکم 66 بوته در مترمربع را برای زراعت شنبلیله در منطقه درمیان توصیه نمود.

بررسی برخی خصوصیات بومشناختی، ریختی و میزان اسانس بومادران هزاربرگ (Achillea millefolium L.) در منطقه آذربایجانشرقی
در این پژوهش ابتدا عمده رویشگاههای بومادران (Achillea millefolium L.) در استان آذربایجانشرقی شناسایی و در اواسط فصل رویش (سال1390) و زمان گلدهی برای ارزیابی ریختی و استخراج اسانس از هفت منطقه جلفا، زنوز، کندلج، باسمنج، پیربالا، بناب و شبستر پنج نمونه کامل گیاهی به همراه سرشاخههای گلدار جمعآوری شد. اطلاعات مربوط به رویشگاههای مختلف یادداشتبرداری شده و خصوصیات رویشی و زایشی هر جمعیت بهعلاوه میزان اسانس گونه مورد مطالعه در هر رویشگاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بدست آمده با استفاده از نرمافزار SAS تجزیه و تحلیل خوشهای شد. سپس جمعیتهای جمعآوری شده براساس تمامی خصوصیات کمّی رویشی، زایشی و میزان اسانس گروهبندی شدند. بهطوری که تمام جمعیتها در 4 گروه قرار گرفتند. جمعیتهای جلفا، کندلج و پیربالا در یک گروه، بناب و باسمنج در گروه دیگر، جمعیت زنوز در گروه جداگانه و سرانجام جمعیت شبستر در گروهی مجزا قرار گرفت. پراکنش این گونه در مناطق مورد مطالعه از ارتفاع 1026 تا 2557 متر از سطح دریا و رویش در خاکهای مختلف و مناطق شیبدار نشاندهنده سازگاری بالای این گونه با شرایط اقلیمی این استان است. در نهایت از بین جمعیتهای جمعآوری شده، دو جمعیت باسمنج و جلفا بدلیل داشتن عملکرد نسبتاً بالای اسانس بهترتیب 4/0 و 4/0 وزنی-حجمی و همچنین سازگاری بهتر با اقلیم منطقه، برای کاربرد در برنامه بهنژادی در مناطق بررسی شده توصیه میشوند.

تأثیر سیستمهای مختلف تغذیهای بر عملکرد اندام هوایی و اسانس گیاه دارویی آویشن دنایی (Thymus daenensis Celak)
بهمنظور بررسی روشهای مختلف تغذیهای و تأثیر آن بر گیاه آویشن (Thymus daenensis Celak)، تحقیقی در سالهای زراعی 1386 تا 1389، در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی شهید فزوه وابسته به مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان اصفهان انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت کرتهای یکبار خرد شده در زمان (چین)، در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار و چهار سیستم کوددهی شامل کودهای شیمیایی نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم خالص در سه سطح 100=N، 50=P، 50=K؛ 150=N، 100=P، 100=K و 200=N، 150=P، 150=K کیلوگرم در هکتار، بهعنوان سیستم کوددهی متداول، کود دامی در چهار سطح 5، 15، 25 و 35 تن در هکتار، بهعنوان سیستم کوددهی زیستی، تلفیق کودهای شیمیایی (کیلوگرم در هکتار) و دامی در 4 سطح 80=N، 64=P، 64=K همراه 5 تن کود دامی؛ 60=N، 48=P، 48=K همراه 15 تن کود دامی؛ 40=N، 32=P، 32=K همراه 25 تن کود دامی و 20=N، 16=P، 16=K همراه 35 تن کود دامی در هکتار، بهعنوان سیستم کوددهی تلفیقی، و شاهد (بدون کود) به اجرا درآمد. نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد خشک اندام هوایی و بازده اسانس در روش تغذیه تلفیقی نسبت به سایر روشها بالاتر بود. همچنین چین اول بیشترین عملکرد خشک اندام هوایی و بازده اسانس را در مقایسه با چین دوم داشت. در مجموع 3 سال آزمایش، چین اول تیمار تلفیقی (مخلوط 25 تن کود دامی به همراه 40=N، 32=P و 32=K کیلوگرم در هکتار) در سال دوم، بالاترین عملکرد خشک اندام هوایی (78/2597 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و بازده اسانس (63/81 کیلوگرم در هکتار) را به خود اختصاص داد. بر این اساس عملکرد اندام هوایی و بازده اسانس بهترتیب 73/112 و 32/163 درصد نسبت به شاهد افزایش داشت. براساس نتایج، همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری بین عملکرد خشک و نسبت وزن خشک به تر، درصد و بازده اسانس مشاهده شد. بدین ترتیب میتوان به اثر ترکیب کودهای شیمیایی و دامی بهعنوان یک منبع تغذیه مناسب برای گیاه و همچنین بهعنوان عامل اساسی در اصلاح ساختار خاک اشاره نمود.

تأثیر مثبت الیسیتورهای عصاره مخمر و مس بر محتوای رزمارینیک اسید در گیاه بادرنجبویه (Melissa offisinalis L.)
گیاه بادرنجبویه (Melissa offisinalis L.) از خانواده نعناعیان است و دارای خواص دارویی ضدباکتریایی، ضدافسردگی، ضدالتهابی، ضدسرطانی و ضدویروسی میباشد. بیشتر اثرات دارویی این گیاه را به ماده مؤثره آن یعنی رزمارینیک اسید نسبت میدهند. در این تحقیق، اثر غلظتهای مختلف الیسیتورهای عصاره مخمر (0، 5/0، 1 و 2 میلیگرم/میلیلیتر) و مس به فرم سولفاته (0، 4، 8 و 16 میکرومولار) در زمانهای متفاوت (4، 8 و 16 ساعت) بر مقدار رزمارینیک اسید و محتوای فلاونوئید کل در گیاهچههای بادرنجبویه 30 روزه رشد یافته در شرایط گلخانهای بررسی گردید. نتایج نشاندهنده اثرات مثبت و معنیدار عصاره مخمر بر مقدار رزمارینیک اسید، بهویژه در زمانهای 4 و 8 ساعت میباشد. بیشترین مقدار این ماده در تیمار گیاهچهها با غلظت mg/mL1 این الیسیتور و در زمان 8 ساعت مشاهده شد. از طرف دیگر، الیسیتور مس در تمامی غلظتهای مورد استفاده و دورههای زمانی تیمار (بجز غلظت µM 4 در مدت زمان 16 ساعت) باعث افزایش معنیدار مقدار رزمارینیک اسید شد. بهطوری که غلظت µM8 این الیسیتور در زمان 8 ساعت تیمار مقدار رزمارینیک اسید را حدود 7 برابر افزایش داد. بنابراین چنین بهنظر میرسد که افزایش محتوای این ماده مؤثره در گیاهچههای تحت تیمار با این الیسیتورها، بهدلیل القای سنتز گونههای فعال اکسیژن و تولید جاسموناتها و در نتیجه فعال شدن ژنهای درگیر در بیوسنتز آن میباشد.

بررسی فیتوشیمیایی عصاره کلروفرمی گیاه Salvia persepolitana Boiss.
در این تحقیق، قسمتهای هوایی گیاهSalvia persepolitana Boiss. که بومی ایران و از خانواده نعناع میباشد، در فصل گلدهی از ایلام جمعآوری شد و عصاره کلروفرمی آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای جداسازی اجزای عصاره از کروماتوگرافی ستونی (فاز ساکن سیلیکاژل) استفاده شد. شستشوی ستون با حلال غیر قطبی n- هگزان آغاز شد و سپس قطبیت حلال شوینده با افزودن تدریجی اتیل استات افزایش یافت. در پایان، ستون با متانول شسته شد تا تمامی اجزای باقیمانده از ستون خارج شود. جهت خالصسازی بیشتر از کروماتوگرافی ستونی (با ستونهای کوچکتر) و کروماتوگرافی لایه نازک (با استفاده از صفحات شیشهای) استفاده گردید. نمونههای خالص شده با تکنیکهای مختلف NMR و طیف جرمی شناسایی گردیدند. دو دیترپنویید شناخته شده به نامهای اسکلارئول و مانول و یک فلاونوئید شناخته شده به نام لادانئین از عصاره کلروفرمی جداسازی شد. ترکیبهای مذکور پس از خالصسازی با استفاده از طیفسنجی رزونانس مغناطیسی هسته مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. مقدار دیترپنوئید استخراج شده اسکلارئول نزدیک به 3% (18 گرم) از کل وزن گیاه بود، به همین دلیل این گیاه میتواند منبع طبیعی مناسبی برای ترکیب اسکلارئول باشد.

بررسی اثر تنش شوری بر برخی پارامترهای فیزیولوژیک و خواص ضدباکتریایی گیاه شوید (Anethum graveolens L.)
در این پژوهش اثر غلظتهای مختلف کلرور سدیم (0، 15،30، 45، 60، 75 و 100 میلیمولار) بر برخی از پارامترهای فیزیولوژیکی و خواص ضدباکتریایی گیاه شوید (Anethum graveolens L.) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تکرار انجام شد. گیاهکهای 10 روزه، به گلدانهای حاوی ماسهی شسته شده منتقل شده و توسط محلول غذایی آبیاری گردیدند. سپس تیماردهی گیاهان آغاز شد و بعد از طی دوره زمانی لازم، گیاهان برای انجام آنالیزها برداشت شدند. بهمنظور بررسی خواص آنتیباکتریال نیز گیاهان تا مرحله میوهدهی و رسیدن میوهها در گلدانها تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان میدهد که محتوای پرولین در تمامی تیمارها در مقایسه با نمونه شاهد افزایش داشتهاست. نتایج حاصل از بررسیهای انجام شده بر میزان کلروفیلهای a، b و کاروتنوئیدها نشان داد که میزان رنگیزهها در غلظتهای بالای کلرور سدیم کاهش مییابد. همچنین بررسی پارامترهای رشد نیز حکایت از آن داشت که پارامترهای رشد در گیاه شوید بهصورت معنیدار تحت تأثیر تنش شوری قرار میگیرند و در غلظتهای بالای شوری کاهش نشان میدهند. بررسی خواص ضدباکتریایی عصارههای گیاهان تیماردهی شده نشان داد که در بیشتر موارد همراه با افزایش غلظت عصاره میوه، قطر هاله عدم رشد نیز افزایش پیدا کردهاست و در غلظتهای بالای کلرور سدیم، اثر ضدباکتریایی عصاره قابلتوجه بودهاست. البته انتخاب روش و حلال مناسب برای عصارهگیری بهمنظور بدست آوردن فعالیت بالای آنتیباکتریال مهم است.

مقایسه ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس اندامهای رویشی و زایشی گیاه وشا (Dorema ammomiacum D. Don.) منطقه شهسواران کاشان
جنس وشا (Dorema D. Don.) متعلق به خانواده چتریان (Umbelliferea)، دارای گونههای دارویی بسیار ارزشمندی است که تاکنون در حدود 16 گونه از این جنس در جهان و 6 گونه از ایران گزارش شدهاست. در این تحقیق ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس اندامهای رویشی و زایشی گیاه وشا (Dorema ammomiacum D. Don.) منطقه شهسواران کاشان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاست. این گونه انحصاری نواحی نیمهخشک ایران و افغانستان بوده و در اراضی قلوهسنگی و صخرهای دارای رویشگاههای طبیعی میباشد. ساقه، برگ، میوه و ریشه گونه یادشده در بهار سال 1390 جمعآوری و در شرایط آزمایشگاه خشک شد و به روش تقطیر و استخراج با بخار همزمان با حلال آلی (SDE) اسانسگیری شدند. برای شناسایی ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده اسانس، از دستگاههای گاز کروماتوگرافی (GC) و گاز کروماتوگرافی متصلشده به طیفسنج جرمی (GC/MS) استفاده شد. ١8 ترکیب در اسانس ساقه و برگ خشک گیاه شناسایی شد که اجزای اصلی آن، شامل: ترانس- نرولیدول (7/١١%)، ترانس، ترانس- فارنزیلاستون (۹/٨%)، فیتول (۹/٨%)، دی-ان-بوتیل فتالات (9/٦%)، ۲-ترانس-تریدکن-١-ال (1/٦%) و آلفا-فارنزول (5/٥%) بودند. ١٣ ترکیب در اسانس ساقه و برگ تازه گیاه شناسایی شد که اجزای اصلی آن، شامل: فیتول (2/١٥%)، ترانس- نرولیدول (6/١٤%)، آلفا-فارنزول (١٤%)، ۲-ترانس-تریدکنول (8/١۲%) و تترادکانال (٦/٥%) بودند. ١2 ترکیب در اسانس میوه گیاه شناسایی شد که اجزای اصلی آن، شامل: آلفا-فارنزول (2/41%)، بتا-بیزابولن (13%)، آلفا-بیزابولول (4/٦%) و سیس- فارنزال (٥/٥%) بودند. تعداد ١2 ترکیب شیمیایی در اسانس ریشه گیاه شناسایی شد که اجزای اصلی آن، شامل: بتا-بیزابولن (1/٥٦%)، الیمایسن (٢/١٢%) و تریدکانال (١/٦%) بودند. بیشترین درصد اسانس اندامهای ریشه و میوه گیاه وشا منطقه شهسواران کاشان، مربوط به سزکوئیترپنها بودند.

بررسی ترکیبهای شیمیایی و اثرات ضدمیکروبی اسانس اکوتیپهای آویشن (Thymus pubescens Boiss. & Kotschy ex Celak) از مناطق مختلف
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر محل جمعآوری گیاه آویشن (Thymus pubescens Boiss. & Kotschy ex Celak) و غلظت اسانس حاصل از آن بر اثرات ضدمیکروبی بر علیه تعدادی از میکروارگانیسمها، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در چهار تکرار انجام شد. در این آزمایش، محل جمعآوری گیاه در 6 سطح، رقت اسانس در 3 سطح و مقایسه آنها با آنتیبیوتیکهای سفتیزوکسیم و سیپروفلوکسازین و میکروارگانیسمهای مورد بررسی نیز در 5 سطح شامل Bacillus subtilis، Staphylococcus aureus، Escherichia coli، Pseudomonas aeroginosa و Candida albicans بود. ابتدا بذرهای این گونه از رویشگاههای مختلف جمعآوری و در مزرعه تحقیقاتی مؤسسه تحقیقات جنگلها و مراتع کشور کشت گردید. سرشاخههای گلدار نمونهها با روش تقطیر با آب مقطر اسانسگیری شدند. بهمنظور شناسایی ترکیبهای اسانس از دستگاههای GC و GC/MS استفاده شد. بازده اسانس نمونههای مختلف بین 39/0% تا 83/0% (وزنی-وزنی) بود. بیشترین ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس آذربایجانغربی شامل ترانس-کاریوفیلن (26%) و کامفور (2/24%)، اسانس تهران شامل ژرانیال (9/30%) و ژرانیلاستات (9/23%)، اسانس زنجان شامل لینالول (5/23%) و 1،8-سینئول (2/22%)، اسانس قزوین شامل تیمول (3/30%) و کارواکرول (2/30%)، اسانس کردستان شامل لینالول (2/17%) و ژرانیلاستات (7/12%) و اسانس گیلان شامل آلفا-ترپینئول (3/31%) و ژرانیول (2/11%) بود. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس قطر هاله عدم رشد نشان داد که اثر محل جمعآوری، نوع میکروارگانیسم، رقت اسانس و اثر متقابل آنها در سطح 5% معنیدار بود. مقایسه میانگین اثر متقابل محل جمعآوری، نوع میکروارگانیسم و رقت اسانس نشان داد که بیشترین قطر هاله عدم رشد، معادل 5/35 میلیمتر مربوط به اسانس با منشأ بذر آذربایجانغربی، آنتیبیوتیک سیپروفلوکسازین بر روی باکتری باسیلوسسوبتیلیس و کمترین قطر هاله عدم رشد نیز معادل 8 میلیمتر مربوط به اسانس آذربایجانغربی با رقت یک پنجاهم بر روی باکتری سودوموناس آئروژینوزا بود. نتایج حاصل از بررسی MIC و MBC نشان داد که اسانس با منشأ بذر تهران و با منشأ بذر کردستان بهترتیب بیشترین و کمترین اثر ضدمیکروبی را داشت.

اثرات کنهکشی اسانسهای آویشن شیرازی، باریجه و مرزه روی کنه تارتن دولکهای (Acari: Tetranychidae) (Tetranychus urticae Koch)
کنه تارتن دولکهای (Tetranychus urticae Koch) یکی از آفات مهم و چندخوار است که بازهی وسیعی از محصولات کشاورزی را در سراسر جهان مورد حمله قرار میدهد. در دهههای اخیر استفاده بیش از حد از کنهکشهای متداول بروز مقاومت به آفات و آلودگیهای زیست محیطی را به همراه داشته است. در سالهای اخیر اسانسهای گیاهی بهعنوان ترکیبهای طبیعی برای حفاظت از گیاهان مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاند. در این پژوهش اثر کشندگی اسانس سه گونه از گیاهان دارویی به نامهای آویشن شیرازی (Zataria multiflora Boiss.)، باریجه (Ferula gummosa L.) و مرزه (Satureja hortensis L.) به روش تدخینی روی مراحل تخم و بالغ کنه تارتن دولکهای مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اسانسهای گیاهی به روش تقطیر با آب و به کمک دستگاه کلونجر تهیه شدند. آزمایشها در دمای 1 ± 25 درجه سلیسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 50% و دوره نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی انجام شد. غلظت 50% کشنده (LC50) برای اسانسهای آویشن شیرازی، مرزه و باریجه روی کنههای بالغ ماده بهترتیب 962/21، 894/30 و 783/56 میکرولیتر بر لیتر هوا پس از 24 ساعت بدست آمد. در آزمایشهای تخمکشی، مقادیر LC50 برای سه اسانس مذکور نیز بهترتیب 493/17، 07/43 و 61/101 میکرولیتر بر لیتر هوا در همین مدت بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که اسانس آویشن شیرازی بهطور معنیداری نسبت به دو اسانس دیگر بیشترین اثر کشندگی را روی مراحل تخم و بالغ کنه تارتن دولکهای داشته است.

اثر اینولین استخراجی از منابع گیاهی متفاوت بر مقاومت به شرایط اسید معدی در دوگونه لاکتوباسیلوس
اینولین به علت ویژگیهای تکنولوژیکی مختلف و اثرات پریبیوتیکی و سلامتبخش ارزنده، بهطور گستردهای در محصولات متفاوت و ترکیبهای سینبیوتیک استفاده میشود. بقاء سوشهای پروبیوتیک در طی استرسهای گوارشی میتواند تحت تأثیر ترکیب غذایی حامل قرار گیرد. در این پژوهش امکان افزایش قابلیت رشد و زندهمانی دو سوش لاکتوباسیلوس کازئی PTCC 1608 و لاکتوباسیلوسرامنوسوس PTCC 1637 در حضور اینولین از منابع گیاهی مختلف (Cichorium intybus & Heliantus tuberosus) و اینولین استاندارد آزمایشگاهی در شرایط اسیدی (4، 5/2 =pH) و 2/6 =pH بهعنوان کنترل بررسی و با گلوکز مقایسه شد. افزودن کربوهیدرات به محیط کشت دو سوش باکتری بهطور معنیداری باعث افزایش رشد و مقاومت باکتریها به شرایط اسیدی گردید. البته اینولین کاسنی غیربومی و اینولین استاندارد در افزایش مقاومت باکتری اثری بیشتر از اینولین سیبزمینی ترشی و قابل مقایسه با گلوکز داشتند.

کاربرد اسانس اکالیپتوس (Eucalyptus globulus Labill) برای کنترل شپشهآرد (Tribolium confusum Jacquelin du Val)
چگونگی تأثیر مؤلفههای زمانی در کاربرد اسانس اکالیپتوس (Eucalyptus globulus Labill.) برای کنترل حشرات کامل شپشه آرد (Tribolium confusum Jacquelin du Val) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای برآورد بازه زمانی مؤثر بودن اسانس، پس از گذشت 1، 2، 4، 8، 16 و 24 ساعت از تیمار، حشرات در معرض ظروف تیمار شده با پنج غلظت 205، 328، 460، 615 و 902 میکرولیتر بر لیتر هوا قرار گرفتند. در آزمایشهای دیگری، LC50 براساس 1، 2، 4، 8 و 16 ساعت قرار گرفتن در معرض اسانس تعیین گردید. در نهایت، اثر کشندگی تجمعی از طریق برآورد مرگ و میر ناشی از غلظتهای 90، 170، 340، 510، 680 و 850 میکرولیتر بر لیتر هوا پس از 3، 6، 9، 12 و 24 ساعت مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمایشهای اول نشان داد که تأخیر بیش از 16 ساعت اثر اسانس را تا حد صفر کاهش داد. بهطوری که مقادیر LC50 در آزمایشهای دوم، بهترتیب 1384، 4/201، 131، 3/141 و 9/85 میکرولیتر بر لیتر هوا برآورد گردید. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که با چهار ساعت بسته نگه داشتن فضا میتوان نتایج مؤثری بدست آورد. در برآورد اثر تجمعی، مرگ و میر پس از 24 ساعت بهترتیب 6/41، 6/91، 100، 100، 100 و 100 درصد بود. مشخص شد که بخش عمدهای از مرگ و میر در حدود 3 ساعت اول ایجاد میشود. بنابراین گرچه این اسانس در ساعات اولیه بهخوبی میتواند حشرات را کنترل کند، اما از آنجا که تأثیر اسانس خیلی زود کاهش مییابد برای دستیابی به حداکثر تأثیر اسانس باید زمان کاربرد آن بدرستی انتخاب شود.

خواص ضدلیستریایی اسانس نعناع در مقادیر مختلف دما، pH و نمک
باکتری لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز یکی از مهمترین باکتریهای بیماریزای منتقله از مواد غذایی بوده و در حال حاضر کنترل آن مهمترین چالش در کارخانجات صنایع غذایی محسوب میشود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر اسانس نعناع در کنترل رشد لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز در سه دما (4، 9 و 14 درجه سلسیوس)، سه pH (5، 6 و 7) و چهار غلظت نمک (0، 1، 2 و 4 درصد) میباشد. آنالیز ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده اسانس نعناع با استفاده از دستگاه کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیفسنج جرمی (GC-MS) انجام گردید. تعیین میزان حساسیت باکتری به اسانس نعناع با اندازهگیری حداقل غلظت مهاری و به روش براث میکرودایلوشن انجام شد. ترکیبهای اصلی تشکیلدهنده اسانس شامل کاروون (8/78%)، لیمونن (5/11%) و منتون (1%) بود. در این مطالعه غلظت مهاری حداقل اسانس نعناع μl/ml160 تعیین شد. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت نمک و دما و کاهش میزان pH خواص ضدباکتریایی اسانس نعناع افزایش یافت. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج بدستآمده میتوان گفت که از اسانس نعناع میتوان بهعنوان یک نگهدارنده طبیعی در کنترل باکتری لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز استفاده نمود.

اثر محلولپاشی محرکهای زیستی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دانه گیاه اسفرزه (Plantago psyllium L.)
استفاده از محرکهای زیستی با هدف دستیابی به افزایش کیفیت و پایداری عملکرد از اهمیت زیادی برخودار است. بههمین منظور آزمایشی در سال زراعی 1390 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی پژوهشکده گیاهان دارویی جهاد دانشگاهی کرج در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در 10 تیمار و 3 تکرار بر روی گیاه دارویی اسفرزه (Plantago psyllium L.) اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل محرکهای زیستی (کادوستیم، فسنوترن، هیومیفورته، آمینولفورته) در دو سطح 75/0 و 5/1 لیتر در هکتار، کود شیمیایی NPK (70 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و تیمار شاهد (بدون کاربرد محرکهای زیستی و کود شیمیایی) بود. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارهای اعمال شده بر تعداد ساقههای جانبی، تعداد سنبله در بوته، تعداد بذر در بوته، وزن هزاردانه، عملکرد بذر و میزان موسیلاژ (p < 0.01)، ارتفاع بوته، عرض سنبله، تعداد بذر در سنبله و عملکرد خشک اندام هوایی (p < 0.05) اثر معنیداری داشت و بر طول سنبله اثر معنیداری را نشان ندادند. بیشترین ارتفاع بوته، تعداد ساقههای جانبی و عملکرد ماده خشک اندام هوایی در تیمار کادوستیم 5/1 لیتر در هکتار، بیشترین عرض سنبله و تعداد بذر در سنبله توسط تیمار فسنوترن 5/1 لیتر در هکتار حاصل شد. بالاترین وزن هزاردانه در تیمارهای کادوستیم و فسنوترن 5/1 لیتر در هکتار و بیشترین تعداد سنبله در بوته و بذر در بوته در تیمار کود کامل شیمیایی مشاهده شد. بیشترین و کمترین عملکرد دانه (445 و 149 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بهترتیب در تیمارهای فسنوترن و هیومیفورته 75/0 لیتر در هکتار و بیشترین و کمترین میزان موسیلاژ (86/27% و 26/21%) بهترتیب در تیمارهای آمینولفورته و کادوستیم 5/1 لیتر در هکتار مشاهده شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که با مصرف محرکهای زیستی میتوان مصرف کودهای شیمیایی را کاهش داد که حرکتی در راستای کشاورزی پایدار و کاهش آلودگیهای زیستی میباشد.

اثر مقایسهای ژل آلوئهورا و پروبیوتیک (بایومین ایمبو) بر عملکرد، پاسخ ایمنی و خصوصیات کیفی تخممرغ مرغهای تخمگذار تجاری
بهمنظور بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف ژل آلوئهورا، پروبیوتیک و آنتیبیوتیک بر روی عملکرد، پاسخ ایمنی و خصوصیات کیفی تخممرغ مرغهای تخمگذار، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با شش جیرهی آزمایشی و چهار تکرار و هر تکرار 12 قطعه، جمعاً بر روی 288 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار سویهی هایلاین در سن 29 هفتگی بهمدت 84 روز با جیرههای متوازن اجرا شد. جیرههای آزمایشی بهترتیب: 1- جیرهی شاهد (بدون افزودنی)، 2- جیرهی شاهد + آنتیبیوتیک (ویرجینیامایسین) 80 میلیگرم/کیلوگرم خوراک، 3- جیرهی شاهد + 5/1% ژل آلوئهورا، 4- جیرهی شاهد + 3% ژل آلوئهورا، 5- جیرهی شاهد + 05/0% پروبیوتیک و 6- جیرهی شاهد + 1/0% پروبیوتیک بودند. نتایج نشان داد، اثر سطوح مختلف ژل آلوئهورا و پروبیوتیک بر روی ضریب تبدیل غذایی، درصد تولید و وزن تودهی تخممرغ در کل دوره معنیدار بود (05/0 > p). بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی مربوط به جیرهی آزمایشی حاوی پروبیوتیک بوده که در مقایسه با سایر گروههای آزمایشی و گروه شاهد تفاوت معنیداری بین آنها مشاهده گردید (05/0 > p). در جیرههای آزمایشی بر روی خصوصیات کیفی تخممرغ (وزن پوسته، استحکام پوسته، رنگ زرده، واحدها، وزن مخصوص تخممرغ و ضخامت پوسته) در مقایسه با گروه شاهد از نظر آماری اختلاف معنیداری مشاهده نگردید. جیرهی آزمایشی حاوی 1/0% پروبیوتیک در مقایسه با سایر گروههای آزمایشی سبب کاهش کلسترول خون گردید (05/0 > p). در تیتر آنتیبادی علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفند (SRBC)، تیتر آنتیبادی علیه بیماری نیوکاسل، ایمنوگلوبیولینهای IgM و IgG با گروه شاهد اختلاف معنیداری مشاهده گردید (05/0 > p). بالاترین تیتر آنتیبادی علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفند (SRBC) مربوط به گروه آزمایشی پروبیوتیک بوده، در صورتیکه بالاترین تیتر آنتیبادی بر علیه نیوکاسل مربوط به گروه آزمایشی ژل آلوئهورا بوده که در مقایسه با سایر گروههای آزمایشی و گروه شاهد تفاوت معنیدار بود (05/0 > p). جیرهی آزمایشی حاوی 1/0% پروبیوتیک در مقایسه با گروه شاهد سبب کاهش کلسترول خون گردید (05/0 > p).

تعیین میزان کاروتنوئیدها و لیکوپن میوه گیاه دارویی نسترن کوهی (Rosa canina L.) در رویشگاههای مختلف ایران
میوه گیاه دارویی نسترن کوهی (Rosa canina L.) حاوی مواد مؤثره ارزشمندی مانند کاروتنوئیدها است. در این تحقیق بهمنظور تعیین میزان کاروتنوئیدها و لیکوپن میوه نسترن کوهی در رویشگاههای مختلف کشور و اطلاع از میزان تنوع این ترکیبها، از 60 منطقه ایران طی سالهای 1391-1389 میوه گیاه جمعآوری شد. برای تعیین کاروتنوئید کل و لیکوپن، جذب در طول موجهای 450 و 503 نانومتر بهوسیله دستگاه اسپکتروفوتومتر قرائت شد. میزان کاروتنوئید کل میوه بین (mg/g FW) 097/1-195/0 متغیر بود. بیشترین و کمترین میزان کاروتنوئید بهترتیب از مناطق IR34 و IR9 بدست آمد. میزان لیکوپن میوه بین (mg/g FW) 32/0-029/0 بود و IR45 و IR9 بهترتیب بیشترین و کمترین میزان لیکوپن را داشتند. البته تفاوت در میزان کاروتنوئید کل و لیکوپن میوه در مناطق مورد مطالعه معنیدار بود (05/0 > p). ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین میزان کاروتنوئید کل و لیکوپن میوه در مناطق مختلف همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری وجود داشت (726/0=r). تودههای نسترن کوهی مناطق مختلف در سه گروه خوشهبندی شدند. نتایج این پژوهش میتواند در پژوهشهای اصلاحی نسترن کوهی در آینده مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
