ارزیابی عملکرد و برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیک گل گاوزبان (Borago officinalis L.) تحت تراکم بوته و تاریخهای مختلف کاشت در منطقه اهواز
بهمنظور بررسی عملکرد و برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیک گل گاوزبان (Borago officinalis L.) تحت تراکم بوته و تاریخهای مختلف کاشت در شهر اهواز، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای یکبار خرد شده در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 96-1395 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین خوزستان اجرا شد. عوامل آزمایشی شامل تاریخ کاشت در پنج سطح (15 مهر، 5 آبان، 25 آبان، 15 آذر و 5 دی) در کرتهای اصلی و تراکم بوته با چهار سطح (6، 10، 14 و 18 بوته در مترمربع) در کرتهای فرعی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که کشت دیرهنگام (5 دیماه) سبب افزایش دما در مرحله گلدهی و کاهش معنیدار عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیکی بهترتیب با میانگین 182.2 و 1443.4 کیلوگرم در هکتار گردید. تاریخ کاشت 5 آبان در تراکم 10 بوته در مترمربع بهترتیب با میانگینهای 1243.8 و 470.3 کیلوگرم در هکتار بیشترین عملکرد دانه و عملکرد روغن و تاریخ کاشت 15 مهر در تراکم 14 بوته در مترمربع با میانگینهای 1.13 و 2.39 میلیگرم بر گرم وزن تر بیشترین کلروفیل a و کلروفیل کل را به خود اختصاص دادند. با تأخیر در تاریخ کاشت از 15 مهر تا 5 دی، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، پایداری غشاء سلول و میزان کلروفیل برگ کاهش یافت. تراکم بالای بوته در مترمربع باعث افزایش ارتفاع بوته و عملکرد بیولوژیکی و کاهش درصد روغن شد. صفات مورد بررسی بجز درصد روغن دانه در تاریخ کاشتهای مختلف با هم اختلاف معنیدار داشتند.

اثر عصارههای طبیعی رزماری (Rosmarinus officinalis L.)، آویشن (Thymus vulgaris L.) و هورمون بنزیل آدنین بر روی برخی صفات کیفی و عمر ماندگاری گلهای شاخه بریده مریم (Polianthes tuberosa L.)
گل مریم از گلهای زینتی میباشد که در سطح وسیعی از جهان کشت میگردد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر عصاره آویشن (Thymus vulgaris L.) و رزماری (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) با بنزیل آدنین روی افزایش عمر و ماندگاری گلهای شاخه بریده مریم (Polianthes tuberosa L.) بود. پس از استخراج عصاره گیاهی و آنالیز آنها توسط GC/MS، گلهای شاخه بریده به ظروف حاوی محلولهای نگهدارنده در اتاق تقریباً کنترل شدهای منتقل شدند. این تحقیق بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. تأثیر تیمارهای اعمال شده بر روی کیفیت گلها، درصد مواد جامد محلول، میزان جذب آب، اندازهگیری خمیدگی ساقه، قطر گل، وزن تر و وزن خشک بررسی گردید. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی بر روی ماندگاری گلهای شاخه بریده مریم نشان داد که بیشترین طول عمر (13.5 روز) مربوط به تیمارهای عصاره آویشن با غلظت 10 میلیگرم در میلیلیتر و بنزیل آدنین غلظت 50 میلیگرم در لیتر بود. تیمارهای بنزیل آدنین و عصاره آویشن با جلوگیری از رشد میکروارگانیزمها در محلولهای نگهدارنده با حفظ شادابی گلها موجب افزایش عمر پس از برداشت آن شد.

تأثیر پروبیوتیک، آویشن (Thymus vulgaris L.) و شیرینبیان (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) بر فراسنجههای خونی، پاسخ ایمنی، خصوصیات لاشه و عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی
در این مطالعه اثر پروبیوتیک، عصاره پودری آویشن باغی (Thymus vulgaris L.) و شیرینبیان (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) بر عملکرد، پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی خون، پاسخ ایمنی و خصوصیات لاشه جوجههای گوشتی بررسی شد. تعداد 336 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 6 تیمار، 4 تکرار و 14 قطعه جوجه در هر واحد آزمایشی به مدت 42 روز روی بستر پرورش داده شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) جیره پایه + پروبیوتیک هایپروزیم، 2) جیره پایه + باکتوسل، 3) جیره پایه + پروفیت (آویشن + هایپروزیم+ شیرینبیان)، 4) جیره پایه + فیتوبیوتیک (آویشن + شیرینبیان)، 5) شاهد و 6) جیره پایه + آنتیبیوتیک تتراسایکلین بود، که از یک روزگی در اختیار جوجهها قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در دوره پایانی پرورش، کمترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی تحت تأثیر افزودن پروبیوتیک هایپروزیم به جیره پایه جوجههای گوشتی قرار داشت (0.05≥P). تیمارهای آزمایشی در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد مصرف خوراک پایینتری داشتند که کمترین مصرف خوراک تحت تأثیر تیمار 1 بود (0.05≥P). بالاترین وزن نسبی بورس تحت تأثیر افزودن آنتیبیوتیک به جیره پایه جوجههای گوشتی بود که به لحاظ آماری اختلاف آن با تیمار 3 معنیدار بود (0.05≥P). کمترین غلظت سرمی کلسترول در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد را تیمار حاصل از افزودن باکتوسل به جیره پایه جوجههای گوشتی داشت (0.05≥P). افزودن هایپروزیم به جیره پایه جوجههای گوشتی منجر به افزایش میزان پروتئین تام و تریگلیسرید شد (0.05≥P). تیمارهای 1، 3 و 4 در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد منجر به افزایش غلظت سرمی گلوبولین شدند (0.05≥P). بالاترین تیتر آنتیبادی علیه چالش گلبولهای قرمز گوسفندی (SRBC) تحت تأثیر تیمار ناشی از افزودن باکتوسل به جیره پایه جوجههای گوشتی بود (0.05≥P). در پایان میتوان بیان کرد که استفاده از منابعی مانند هایپروزیم (732 گرم در تن) و فیتوبیوتیک میتوانند بهعنوان جایگزین آنتیبیوتیکهای محرک رشد در پرورش جوجههای گوشتی معرفی شوند.

ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده اسانس اندامهای مختلف بومادران زرد (Achillea biebersteinii Afan.)
گونههای مختلف بومادران (Achillea spp.) بهطور گستردهای در سرتاسر دنیا توزیع شده و از دوران باستان به دلیل خواص دارویی مورد استفاده بودهاست. از خواص مهم این گیاه دارویی میتوان به درمان زخمها، خونریزیها، سردرد، التهاب، دردها، نفح و سوءهاضمه اشاره کرد. بررسی مقدار و اجزای تشکیلدهنده اسانس این گیاه در اندامهای مختلف، برای مشخص کردن اندام مورد استفاده گیاه در اسانسگیری، اهمیت دارد. در این تحقیق، بذر بومادران زرد (Achillea biebersteinii Afan.) از استان گلستان جمعآوری شده و در مزرعه تحقیقاتی ایستگاه تحقیقات البرز واقع در شهرستان کرج وابسته به مؤسسه تحقیقات جنگلها و مراتع کشور کشت شد. بهمنظور بررسی و مقایسه کمّی و کیفی اسانس سرشاخه گلدار و هریک از اجزای آن (گل، برگ و ساقه) بهصورت مجزا، پس از جمعآوری گیاه در زمان اوج گلدهی، جدا کردن اندامها و خشک کردن در سایه، اسانسگیری به روش تقطیر با آب انجام شد. اسانسهای حاصل با استفاده از دستگاههای کروماتوگرافی (GC) و گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل به طیفسنج جرمی (GC/MS) مورد تجزیه کمّی و کیفی قرار گرفتند. بیشترین بازده اسانس (نسبت به وزن خشک) مربوط به برگ (0.74%) و کمترین مقدار بازده اسانس مربوط به ساقه (0.03%) بود و بازده اسانس کل سرشاخه گلدار (0.6%) و گل (0.34%) در بین این دو قرار داشت. ترکیبهای عمده و اصلی در اسانس ساقه 8،1-سینئول (15.1%) و کامفور (24%)، در اسانس برگ 8،1-سینئول (40.4%)، آرتمیزیا کتون (28.1%) و کامفور (10.3%) و در اسانس گل 8،1-سینئول (41.3%)، آرتمیزیا کتون (24.3%) و کامفور (15.6%) بودند. ترکیبهای عمده اسانس سرشاخه گلدار نیز 8،1-سینئول (35.4%)، آرتمیزیا کتون (30.6%) و کامفور (16.2%) بودند. براساس نتایج این تحقیق بیشترین مقدار آرتمیزیا کتون و کامفور در سرشاخه گلدار و بیشترین مقدار 8،1-سینئول در برگ و گل وجود داشت.

بررسی تأثیر کودهای زیستی و آلی بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیک و فیتوشیمیایی گل گاوزبان ایرانی (Echium amoenum Fisch. & C. A. Mey.)
گل گاوزبان ایرانی (Echium amoenum Fisch. & C. A. Mey.) گیاهی علفی، دو ساله یا چند ساله و از گیاهان دارویی مهم خانواده گل گاوزبانیان میباشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر کودهای زیستی و آلی بر ویژگیهای مورفولوژیک و فیتوشیمیایی گل گاوزبان ایرانی است. این پژوهش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تیمار از کودهای زیستی و آلی و هریک در سه سطح اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل کود ورمیکمپوست به نسبت حجمی 10، 20 و 30 درصد، کود مرغی به نسبت حجمی 5، 10 و 20 درصد، کود بیوسولفور به میزان 5، 10 و 15 گرم، کود نیتروکسین به میزان 5، 10 و 15 میلیلیتر بهصورت بذر مال، کود هیومیکس به میزان 100، 200 و 300 گرم در 5 میلیلیتر آب بهصورت بذر مال و شاهد بودند. شاخصهای ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد ساقه، تعداد برگ، طول برگ، عرض برگ، تعداد گل، طول کاسه گل، طول جام گل، وزن خشک و همچنین میزان آنتوسیانین و فلاونوئید اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که سطوح مختلف کودهای زیستی و آلی تأثیر معنیداری بر صفات مورفولوژیک و فیتوشیمیایی داشت. بهطور کلی کود هیومیکس 300 گرم بهترین تیمار از نظر افزایش تعداد ساقه و تعداد گل بود و کود مرغی 20% و ورمیکمپوست 30% بهترین تیمارها از نظر تأثیر بر میزان آنتوسیانین و کود هیومیکس 300 گرم و کود مرغی 10 و 20 درصد بهترین تیمارها از نظر تأثیر بر میزان فلاونوئید بودند. بنابراین با توجه به اثرات مخرب کودهای شیمیایی و همچنین آثار مطلوب مشاهده شده از کودهای زیستی و آلی بهمنظور کشت متابولیک و نیز گسترش کشاورزی پایدار، مصرف کودهای زیستی و آلی بهمنظور توسعه کشت گل گاوزبان ایرانی توصیه میشود.

بررسی تأثیر فاصله روی ردیف بر عملکرد دو اکوتیپ گیاه دارویی Thymbra spicata L. تحت شرایط کشت در مزرعه
این تحقیق بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر فواصل کاشت بر عملکرد شاخصهای مورفولوژیک و میزان اسانس دو اکوتیپ از گیاه دارویی زوفایی (Thymbra spicata L.) در شرایط زراعی طی دو سال زراعی 1395 و 1396، بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه ایلام اجرا گردید. تیمارها شامل سه فاصله کاشت روی ردیف (20، 30 و 45 سانتیمتر) و دو اکوتیپ (ملکشاهی و سومار) بودند. نتایج حاصل از بررسی مرکب دادهها نشان داد که فواصل کاشت و اکوتیپهای کاشته شده بر بسیاری از صفات ازجمله عملکرد ماده خشک برگ و بوته، درصد و عملکرد اسانس تولیدی، شاخص سطح برگ، تعداد شاخه فرعی، تعداد گل در بوته و ارتفاع تأثیر معنیدار داشت. مقایسه میانگین اثرات ساده و متقابل صفات نشان داد که با افزایش فاصله کاشت بین بوتهها تا سطح 30 سانتیمتر عملکرد ماده خشک بوته، شاخص سطح برگ، تعداد شاخه فرعی و قطر تاج پوشش در گیاه افزایش یافت و با توجه به همبستگی مثبت این صفات با عملکرد اسانس درنهایت بیشترین عملکرد اسانس تولیدی در این تیمار مشاهده گردید. در میان دو اکوتیپ نیز اکوتیپ ملکشاهی از نظر عملکرد ماده خشک برگ و بوته، درصد و عملکرد اسانس تعداد شاخه فرعی، قطر تاج پوشش و سطح برگ بر اکوتیپ سومار برتری داشت. نتایج حاصل شده از کاشت دوساله گیاه زوفایی نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد ماده خشک بوته، شاخص سطح برگ، تعداد شاخه فرعی، قطر تاج پوشش، طول گلآذین و درصد اسانس در سال دوم کاشت در تیمار فاصله روی ردیف 30 سانتیمتر و اکوتیپ ملکشاهی بدست آمد.

فعالیت ضدقارچی کلاله زعفران (Crocus sativus L.) علیه گونههای مختلف Aspergillus و تولید زهرابه در محیط آزمایشگاهی
با توجه به اهمیت گونههای مختلف Aspergillus از نظر فساد مواد غذایی و تولید زهرابه، در این تحقیق اثرات ضدقارچی زعفران (Crocus sativus L.) علیه Aspergillus niger، Aspergillus flavus و Aspergillus parasiticus و تولید زهرابه در شرایط آزمایشگاه بررسی شد. بدین منظور، مقدار 0، 5 و 10 میلیگرم زعفران پودر شده بهازای هر میلیلیتر محیط کشت (YES) Yeast Extract Sucrose اضافه گردید و رشد میسیلیومی قارچها 0، 5، 10، 15، 20، 25 و 30 روز پس از تلقیح اندازهگیری شد. سنجش پیکروکروسین، سافرانال و کروسین زعفران بهروش رنگسنجی انجام گردید. میزان آفلاتوکسین B1 (AFB1) نیز در روز سیام به روش کروماتوگرافی لایه نازک اندازهگیری گردید. مقادیر کروسین، پیکروکروسین و سافرانال در عصارههای تهیه شده از زعفران مورد بررسی بهترتیب 0.25±231.20، 0.85±87.16 و 0.25±34.86 میلیگرم/ گرم وزن خشک محاسبه شد. بهطوری که با اضافه شدن زعفران بهمیزان 10 میلیگرم/میلیلیتر به محیط کشت YES، رشد میسیلیومی گونههای مختلف Aspergillus نسبت به شاهد (فاقد زعفران) 29 تا 32 درصد کاهش مییافت. همچنین با اضافه کردن زعفران به محیط کشت YES، تولید زهرابه AFB1 از 5 میکروگرم/ میلیلیتر به سطح غیرقابل ردیابی کاهش داشت. تأثیر زعفران بر کاهش رشد میسیلیومی و کاهش تولید AFB1 بین گونههای مختلف Aspergillus فاقد اختلاف معنیدار بود. این نتایج استفاده از زعفران را در صنایع داروسازی و بهعنوان افزودنیهای مواد غذایی برای جلوگیری از رشد گونههای Aspergillus و تولید زهرابه پیشنهاد میکند.

اثر ورمیکمپوست، بیوچار و همزیستی میکوریزی بر برخی ویژگیهای کمّی و کیفی کدوی تخمکاغذی (Cucurbita pepo L.)
بهمنظور بررسی اثر ورمیکمپوست، بیوچار و همزیستی میکوریزی بر برخی ویژگیهای کمّی و کیفی گیاه دارویی کدوی تخمکاغذی، آزمایشی بهصورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه آموزشی- پژوهشی دانشکده کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج در ماهدشت در سال 1395 اجرا شد. در این پژوهش ورمیکمپوست در سه سطح (صفر، 6 و 12 تن در هکتار) بهعنوان عامل اصلی، بیوچار در سه سطح (صفر، 6 و 12 تن در هکتار) و میکوریزا در دو سطح (عدم مصرف و مصرف) بهعنوان عاملهای فرعی بودند. نتایج نشان دادند که اثر اصلی عاملها بر درصد همزیستی میکوریزی و میزان فسفر دانه در سطح 1% معنیدار بود. تجزیه واریانس اثر متقابل ورمیکمپوست در بیوچار بر شاخص سطح برگ، عملکرد میوه خشک، عملکرد دانه و نسبت وزن خشک دانه به میوه در سطح 1% معنیدار و بر تعداد ساقه فرعی در سطح 5% معنیدار بود. مقایسه میانگین اثر متقابل ورمیکمپوست در بیوچار نشان داد که کدوی تخمکاغذی با مصرف 12 تن در هکتار ورمیکمپوست به همراه 12 تن در هکتار بیوچار بیشترین میزان شاخص سطح برگ (12.28)، تعداد ساقه فرعی (13.33 عدد بر بوته)، عملکرد میوه خشک (619.51 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، عملکرد دانه (410.02 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و نسبت وزن خشک دانه به میوه (66.1%) را داشت. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج بدستآمده، استفاده از ورمیکمپوست همراه با بیوچار در تولید کدوی تخمکاغذی قابل توصیه است.

اثر محلولپاشی هیومیک اسید بر ویژگیهای کمّی و کیفی تودههای زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) تحت رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری
بهمنظور بررسی کاربرد هیومیک اسید و رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری بر خصوصیات کمّی و کیفی سه توده زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه پژوهشی گیاهان دارویی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شاهد در سال 95-1394 اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل رژیمهای آبیاری در سه سطح (آبیاری کامل، قطع آبیاری بعد از مرحله گلدهی و قطع آبیاری بعد از مرحله پر شدن دانه)، محلولپاشی هیومیک اسید با دو غلظت (صفر و 200 میلیگرم در لیتر) و سه توده زیره سبز (اصفهان، کاشان و سبزوار) بودند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس دادهها نشان داد که اثر برهمکنش رژیم آبیاری× اسیدهیومیک× توده بر صفات وزن خشک تک بوته، عملکرد دانه، شاخص برداشت، کلروفیل a و کل تأثیر معنیداری داشت. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین وزن خشک تک بوته و عملکرد دانه در آبیاری کامل و کاربرد هیومیک اسید حاصل شد. توده کاشان دارای بیشترین تعداد شاخه فرعی در بوته، وزن خشک تک بوته، تعداد دانه در چتر، عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیک بود. بیشترین درصد اسانس در توده سبزوار مشاهده شد. بالاترین عملکرد دانه (533.2 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در آبیاری کامل با کاربرد هیومیک اسید در توده کاشان بدست آمد. بیشترین میانگین عملکرد ماده خشک (230 کیلوگرم در هکتار) نیز در آبیاری کامل با کاربرد هیومیک اسید برای توده سبزوار حاصل شد. بیشترین میزان کلروفیل a و کل در آبیاری بعد از مرحله گلدهی و عدم کاربرد هیومیک اسید در توده سبزوار مشاهده شد. کاربرد هیومیک اسید بر صفات مورد ارزیابی معنیدار نشد، بیشترین کارایی هیومیک اسید در آبیاری کامل حاصل شد.

با وجود اهمیت گیاه دارویی بابونه آلمانی (Matricaria chamomilla L.) که یکی از اصلیترین گیاهان دارویی پرمصرف در سراسر جهان میباشد، اطلاعات ناچیزی در مورد تنوع ژنتیکی درون و بین جمعیتی آن در ایران وجود دارد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی 15 توده بابونه آلمانی براساس خصوصیات مورفولوژیک در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام و صفات ارتفاع، قطر گل، قطر نهنج، وزن تر گل، وزن خشک گل، زیتوده تر، زیتوده خشک، شاخص گلدهی، درصد اسانس و درصد کامازولن مورد بررسی و تجزیه واریانس قرار گرفت. جمعیتها از نظر تمامی صفات اختلاف معنیدار (P≤0.01) داشتند. تنوع فنوتیپی و ژنوتیپی برای صفات زیتوده تر، زیتوده خشک و درصد کامازولن بیش از 60% بدست آمد. وراثتپذیری صفات درصد کامازولن (94.04)، زیتوده تر (93.09)، ارتفاع گیاه (90.59)، قطر گل (86.52)، وزن خشک گل (84.15) و زیتوده خشک (83.08) مقادیر قابل توجهی بدست آمد. بالاترین و کمترین زیتوده خشک مربوط به جمعیتهای همدان و اورآ بهترتیب با 9700 و 753 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. بالاترین درصد کامازولن و درصد اسانس بهترتیب از جمعیت دهرود (14.10)، جم و ریز (0.61) بدست آمد. قطر گل بالاترین همبستگی (0.62) با درصد اسانس داشت. عملیات تجزیه رگرسیون گام به گام برای درصد اسانس بهعنوان متغیر وابسته انجام شد که بهترتیب چهار صفت قطر گل، ارتفاع، وزن تر و خشک گل وارد مدل شدند که 59% تغییرات را توجیه کردند. در تجزیه علّیت برای درصد اسانس بهعنوان متغیر وابسته، بیشترین اثر مستقیم مربوط به وزن تر گل (1.09) و بیشترین اثر غیرمستقیم مربوط به وزن تر گل از طریق وزن خشک گل (1.06) بود. نتایج تجزیه خوشهای، جمعیتهای مورد بررسی را در سه گروه قرار داد که گروهبندی آنها از توزیع جغرافیایی پیروی نمیکرد.

بررسی تغییرات عملکرد و اجزای اسانس گیاه Hyssopus officinalis L. تحت تأثیر محلولپاشی عناصر روی، آهن و منگنز
بهمنظور بررسی اثر محلولپاشی سولفات آهن، روی و منگنز بر میزان و اجزای اسانس زوفا، آزمایشی بهصورت طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در 3 تکرار در سال 1395 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه پیام نور مرند اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل شاهد، محلولپاشی آهن، روی، منگنز، آهن+ روی، آهن+ منگنز، روی+ منگنز و آهن+ منگنز+ روی بودند. نتایج نشان داد محلولپاشی بر تمامی صفات مورد مطالعه بجز میزان سیس-پینو کامفون تأثیر معنیدار داشت. محلولپاشی توأم آهن+ منگنز+روی بیشترین درصد اسانس (0.6%) و بیشترین عملکرد اسانس (30.44 کیلوگرم در هکتار) را تولید کرد. محلولپاشی تیمار آهن+ منگنز+ روی در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد درصد اسانس را بیش از 50% افزایش داد. بتا-پینن، ترانس-پینو کامفن، پینا کارون و سیس-پینو کامفون 75% تا90% اجزای اسانس را به خود اختصاص دادند. محلولپاشی عناصر آهن+ منگنز+ روی بیشترین مقادیر (89.4%) و تیمار شاهد (77.1%) کمترین مقادیر مجموع ترکیبهای ترکیب بتا-پینن، ترانس-پینو کامفن، پینو کارون و سیس-پینو کامفون را تولید کردند. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد محلولپاشی آهن+ منگنز+ روی میتواند بهعنوان یک راهکار مدیریتی مناسب برای دستیابی به عملکرد مطلوب اسانس و اجزای آن در گیاه دارویی زوفا مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد.

این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر برخی قارچهای میکوریز بومی به همراه تیمارهای مختلف کود شیمیایی بر روی خصوصیات رویشی و گلدهی زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) میباشد. بدینمنظور ابتدا آزمایشهای اولیه بر روی خاک ریزوسفری چند گیاه خانواده چتریان (زیره سبز، زیره سیاه و گشنیز) انجام شد و براساس نتایج آن جدایه برتر (جدایه گشنیز3) که دارای بیشترین درصد کلونیزاسیون بود برای تولید انبوه مایه تلقیح قارچهای میکوریز انتخاب گردید. سپس آزمایش اصلی بر روی زیره سبز، بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب یک طرح آماری کامل تصادفی اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل شاهد و سطوح مختلف کودی در دو سطح بدون تلقیح و تلقیح با میکوریز در گلخانه با 4 تکرار اجرا شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها نشان داد که صفات مربوط به اندام هوایی (ارتفاع، قطر ساقه، وزن تر، وزن خشک، تعداد شاخههای فرعی و تعداد گل در بوته) و صفات مربوط به ریشه (حجم و طول ریشه) و درصد کلونیزاسیون بهطور بسیار معنیداری (در سطح احتمال 1%) تحت تأثیر مصرف تلفیقی میکوریز با کود شیمیایی قرار گرفت، بهطوری که موجب بهبود خصوصیات رویشی و اجزا عملکرد در زیره سبز شد و تیمار مصرف تلفیقی میکوریز و کود بجز عناصر کممصرف (T5) در تمام صفات برترین تیمار بود. در بین تیمارهای مختلف کودی و تیمار شاهد تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد، اما با حضور قارچ میکوریزا تفاوت در بین صفات مورد مطالعه معنیدار بود.

تأثیر بیوچار بر میزان تریگونلین بذر اکوتیپهای گیاه دارویی شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum-graceum L.) در شرایط کمآبیاری
تقاضای بالا برای استفاده از داروهای گیاهی و محدودیت منابع گیاهی مرتبط با آنها موجب شده است که توجه و تحقیق پیرامون این دسته از گیاهان بهمنظور افزایش عملکرد و مواد مؤثره آنها ضرورت یابد. این تحقیق به بررسی تأثیر کاربرد بیوچار بر عملکرد و میزان تریگونلین موجود در بذر اکوتیپهای گیاه شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum-graceum L.) در رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری میپردازد. بدینمنظور شش اکوتیپ پا کوتاه دزفول، شوشتر، اردستان، رهنان، یزد و خمینیشهر در شرایط کاربرد (به میزان 8-7% وزن حجمی خاک) و عدم کاربرد بیوچار در دو دور آبیاری 4 (آبیاری نرمال) و 8 (کمآبیاری) روز با استفاده از آزمایش اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در سال 1394 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی پژوهشگاه بیوتکنولوژی کشاورزی ایران (کرج) بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد بیوچار در شرایط آبیاری نرمال و کمآبیاری عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیک را افزایش میدهد. با وجود پاسخ متفاوت اکوتیپها، افزایش دور آبیاری بر عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد تریگونلین در تمام اکوتیپها اثر کاهشی نشان داد. با اعمال تیمارهای آزمایشی، تغییر میزان تریگونلین بذر در اکوتیپهای مختلف روند مشابهی نداشت و اکوتیپها پاسخ متفاوتی نشان دادند. بهطور خلاصه، اگرچه کاربرد بیوچار با تعدیل اثرات ناشی از کمآبی توانست از کاهش رشد و عملکرد جلوگیری کند اما تأثیری بر میزان تریگونلین بذر نداشت.

واکنش عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و بازدهی مصرف آب برخی بومگونههای رازیانه (Foeniculum vulgare L.) به رژیمهای آبیاری و محلولپاشی هیومیکاسید
برای ارزیابی محلولپاشی هیومیکاسید و قطع آبیاری در مراحل زایشی سه بومگونه رازیانه (Foeniculum vulgare L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل اسپلیت در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 96-95 در مزرعه پژوهشی دانشگاه کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین خوزستان انجام گردید. رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری (آبیاری کامل، قطع آبیاری از مرحله گلدهی، قطع آبیاری از مرحله پر شدن دانه) و محلولپاشی هیومیکاسید (عدم محلولپاشی و محلولپاشی 400 میلیگرم در لیتر) بهصورت فاکتوریل در کرتهای اصلی و بومگونه (اصفهان، همدان و بوشهر) در کرتهای فرعی بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین ارتفاع بوته در شرایط آبیاری کامل (157.86 سانتیمتر) و بومگونه اصفهان (153.6 سانتیمتر) بدست آمد. بیشترین تعداد شاخه فرعی نیز با محلولپاشی هیومیکاسید (10.14) و بومگونه اصفهان (10.16) بدست آمد. قطع آبیاری از گلدهی وزن هزاردانه را کاهش داد. همچنین بیشترین تعداد چترک در چتر (24.52)، عملکرد دانه (1876.95 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و بازدهی آبیاری تولید دانه (531.99 گرم بر مترمکعب) در شرایط آبیاری کامل به همراه محلولپاشی بدست آمد. بیشترین تعداد چتر نیز از بومگونه بوشهر با آبیاری کامل حاصل شد. بهطور کلی بومگونه بوشهر با آبیاری کامل و محلولپاشی هیومیکاسید به دلیل دارا بودن بالاترین عملکرد دانه، اجزای عملکرد و بازدهی آبیاری قابل توصیه در منطقه مورد آزمایش است.
