بررسی بازده و ترکیبهای اسانس شش توده از مرزه رشینگری (Satureja rechingeri Jamzad) در شرایط زراعی
مرزهها گیاهان یکساله یا چندساله معطر از خانواده نعنا هستند که قسمتهای سبز آنها بهصورت خوراکی و اسانس آنها به فراوانی در صنایع غذایی و دارویی استفاده میشود. مرزه رشینگری (Satureja rechingeri Jamzad) یکی از گونههای انحصاری جنس مرزه در ایران است که در استان ایلام بهصورت خودرو میروید. در این تحقیق بهمنظور زراعی کردن این گونه و بررسی کمّیت و کیفیت اسانس آن در حالت زراعی، ابتدا بذر شش توده از این گونه از رویشگاههای طبیعی در استان ایلام جمعآوری شده و در مزرعه تحقیقاتی مؤسسه تحقیقات جنگلها و مراتع کشور، در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی، در سه تکرار کشت شدند. بهمنظور بررسی و مقایسه کمّی و کیفی اسانس این تودهها، سرشاخههای گلدار آنها، طی سه سال متوالی پس از کشت جمعآوری شدند و پس از خشکشدن در محیط آزمایشگاه به روش تقطیر با آب مورد اسانسگیری قرار گرفتند. ضمن محاسبه بازده اسانس، ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده اسانسها با استفاده از کروماتوگرافی گازی تجزیهای (GC) و گاز کروماتوگراف متصل به طیفسنج جرمی (GS-MS) و محاسبه شاخص بازداری مورد اندازهگیری و شناسایی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که بازده اسانس چهار جمعیت از شش جمعیت مورد بررسی در سه سال پس از کشت دارای یک روند افزایشی بوده و در سال سوم به 8/4% تا 6% رسید. ترکیب عمده اسانس همه جمعیتها در سه سال متوالی پس از کاشت، کارواکرول بود که بین 80% تا 88% اسانس را در گیاهان دو و سه ساله به خود اختصاص داد. براساس این نتایج و بهبود بازده اسانس در نمونههای کشت شده نسبت به نمونههای خودرو و همچنین حفظ کیفیت اسانس با توجه به مقدار بالای کارواکرول، میتوان کشت و توسعه مرزه رشینگری را در شرایط زراعی محل اجرای تحقیق و شرایط مشابه توصیه کرد.

تأثیر بستهبندی، دما و زمان نگهداری بر خصوصیات فیزیکی و مکانیکی و ضایعات پیاز زعفران (Crocus sativus L.)
زعفران ازجمله گیاهانیست که ازدیاد آن از طریق پیاز انجام میشود. پس از پایان عمر مفید گلدهی مزرعه زعفران، باید پیازها از خاک خارج شده و پس از درجهبندی در مزرعه جدید کشت شوند. بررسی و تعیین شرایط مناسب بستهبندی و نگهداری پیازها میتواند از تحلیل رفتن قوه نامیه کاسته و همچنین کیفیت پیاز را در حد مطلوب برای کشت مجدد حفظ نماید. در این تحقیق بهمنظور تعیین مناسبترین شرایط نگهداری پیازهای زعفران، اثر نوع بستهبندی، دما و زمان نگهداری بر میزان ضایعات پیازها، تغییرات خصوصیات فیزیکی (رطوبت، جرم مخصوص)، خصوصیات مکانیکی (نیرو و انرژی مورد نیاز برای شکست در بارگذاری شبه استاتیکی) در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل با پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی بررسی شد. نوع بستهبندی، دمای انبار و زمان نگهداری تأثیر معنیداری در سطح احتمال 1% بر ضایعات و همچنین درصد کاهش وزن پیازهای زعفران داشت. بهطوری که با افزایش زمان نگهداری پیازهای زعفران از یک ماه به سه ماه، درصد ضایعات و کاهش وزن مربوط به از دست دادن رطوبت افزایش یافت. البته کمترین و بیشترین میزان ضایعات بهترتیب در بستهبندی نوع توری و نایلون مشاهده شد. بهنحوی که نگهداری پیازهای زعفران در دمای 10 درجه سانتیگراد و استفاده از توری برای بستهبندی آن، علاوهبر کاهش ضایعات موجب حفظ بهتر رطوبت بافت پیاز گردید.

حساسیت پسیل معمولی پسته (Agonoscena pistaciae Burkhardt and Lauterer) نسبت به عصاره چند گیاه در آزمایشگاه
پسیل معمولی پسته با نام علمیAgonoscena pistaciae Burkhardt and Lauterer (Hem.: Aphalaridae)، بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین آفات باغهای پسته ایران شناخته شدهاست. روشهای مختلفی مثل استفاده از آفتکشها برای کنترل این آفت استفاده شدهاست، اما به دلیل خطرات زیست محیطی و محافظت از منابع طبیعی بهخصوص در مدیریت سیستمهای آب و خاک و استفاده از زنجیره غذایی استفاده از روشهای دیگر ضروریست. در سالهای اخیر، استفاده از عصارههای گیاهی به دلیل خواص حشرهکشی که دارند برای کنترل آفات مورد توجه قرار گرفتهاند. در این تحقیق تأثیر عصارههای اتانولی گیاه آویشن، رزماری، کرچک و تلخهبیان روی سن پنجم پورگی پسیل در دمای ºC2±26 و رطوبت نسبی 5±65% و دوره نوری 16: 8 (روشنایی: تاریکی) ارزیابی شد. در آزمایشهای زیستسنجی دیسکهای برگی در غلظتهای مختلف عصارهها با استفاده از برج پاشش روی پورههای سن پنجم پسیل پسته پاشیده شد و آب مقطر و اتانول بهعنوان شاهد مورد استفاده قرارگرفت و 36 و 72 ساعت بعد از تیمار کردن مرگ و میر محاسبه شد. این آزمایش در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار برای هر تیمار انجام شد. غلظت کشنده 50% برای عصارههای آویشن، رزماری، کرچک، گل تلخهبیان و برگ تلخهبیان در 36 ساعت پس از تیمار بهترتیب 642/386، 207/322، 338/314، 127/25 و 367/94 گرم بر لیتر) محاسبه شد. براساس این نتایج عصاره گل و برگ گیاه تلخهبیان در مقایسه با سایر عصارهها روی آفت مؤثرتر است و میتواند بهعنوان گزینه پیشنهادی از میان عصارههای بررسی شده مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

مطالعه تغییرات رشد، سیستم دفاع آنتیاکسیدانی و مقدار پروتئین با کاربرد عنصر روی در گیاه دارویی پریوش (Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don.) تحت تنش شوری
تنش شوری یکی از تنشهای عمده غیرزیستی است که اثرات زیانآوری بر تولید و کیفیت گیاهان میگذارد. آزمایشی بهمنظور بررسی اثرات کاربرد عنصر روی بهعنوان تعدیلکننده تنش شوری بر آنتیاکسیدانتها، پروتئین، اسیدآمینه پرولین و رشد گیاه دارویی پریوش (Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don.) در پاییز 1391 در دانشگاه اراک انجام شد. گیاهان 49 روزه با غلظتهای مختلف کلریدسدیم (0، 35، 70 و 100 میلیمولار) به تنهایی و همراه با غلظتهای مختلف سولفات روی (0، 5 و 10 میکرومولار) به مدت 21 روز تیمار شدند. سپس درصد بازدارندگی رادیکال دیفنیل-2-پیکریلهیدرازیل DPPH، فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانت سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز و گایاکول پراکسیداز، مقدار پرولین و پروتئین و شاخصهای رشد اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان دادند که کاربرد سولفات روی ارتفاع بخش هوایی، عمق ریشه، وزن تر و خشک ریشه و بخش هوایی را در همه تیمارهای شوری بهبود بخشید. در نتیجه تنش شوری، درصد بازدارندگی رادیکال DPPH، فعالیت سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز و گایاکول پراکسیداز و نیز محتوای پرولین بهترتیب 5/348%، 6/475%، 7/172%، 200% و 364% افزایش یافت، ولی محتوای پروتئین 33% کاهش یافت. کاربرد روی محتوای پروتئین را در تیمارهای شوری تا 16% بهبود بخشید و محتوای پرولین را در آنها تا 36% کاهش داد. فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانت در گیاهان تیمار شده با NaCl+Zn نسبت به آنهایی که تنها با NaCl یا Zn تیمار شده بودند بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافت. این نتایج از اثرات مثبت کاربرد عنصر روی بر سیستم دفاع آنتیاکسیدانتی پریوش تحت تنش شوری حمایت میکند. عنصر روی میتواند بهعنوان پاککننده گونههای اکسیژنی واکنشگر بهمنظور کاهش آسیب غشاهای زیستی تحت تنش شوری عمل کند.

میزان جذب عناصر در بادرنجبویه (Melissa officinalis L.) تحت تأثیر دو گونه قارچ آربسکولار، قارچ شبه میکوریزا و ورمیکمپوست
بهمنظور بررسی اثر کودهای میکوریزا (Glomus mosseae و G. intraradieces)، شبه میکوریزا (Piriformospora indica) و ورمیکمپوست بر برخی از عناصر بادرنجبویه (Melissa officinalis L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در 3 تکرار در مجتمع تحقیقات البرز، مؤسسه تحقیقات جنگلها و مراتع کشور در سال 1391 اجرا شد. تیمارهای مورد استفاده شامل کاربرد ورمیکمپوست در 3 سطح (صفر، 5 و 10 تن در هکتار) و تلقیح نشاء با کودهای زیستی در 4 سطح (بدون تلقیح، تلقیح با میکوریزا، تلقیح با شبهمیکوریزا و تلقیح با میکوریزا+ شبهمیکوریزا) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر ورمیکمپوست و کود زیستی بر پتاسیم، فسفر، کلسیم، منیزیم، آهن، روی، منگنز و مس در سطح 1% معنیدار بود. اثر ورمیکمپوست بر میزان آهن جذبی در سطح 1% معنیدار بود. تجزیه واریانس اثر متقابل تیمارها بر عناصر فسفر، کلسیم، منیزیم، آهن، روی، منگنز و مس در سطح 1% معنیدار نشان داد. مقایسه میانگین اثرات ساده نشان داد که در تیمار مصرف 10 تن در هکتار ورمیکمپوست مقدار نیتروژن (83/2%) و پتاسیم (66/1%) بادرنجبویه بیشترین بود. بیشترین مقدار فسفر این گیاه (53/0%) متعلق به تیمار مصرف مایکوریزا بود. مقایسه میانگین اثر متقابل تیمارها نشان داد که بادرنجبویه با مصرف مایکوریزا به همراه 10 تن در هکتار ورمیکمپوست بیشترین میزان فسفر را داشت. حداکثر کلسیم (77/0%) در تیمار مصرف 5 تن ورمیکمپوست×عدم مصرف کود زیستی مشاهده شد. حداکثر منیزیم (6/0%) را تیمارهای عدم مصرف ورمیکمپوست×مایکوریزا و 10 تن ورمیکمپوست×مایکوریزا داشتند. بیشترین مقدار آهن (ppm 2/925) را تیمار 5 تن ورمیکمپوست×مایکوریزا نشان داد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از مایکوریزا و 10 تن در هکتار ورمیکمپوست و یا مایکوریزا به همراه 5 تن کود ورمیکمپوست موجب افزایش جذب بیشتر عناصر در گیاه دارویی بادرنجبویه شد.

تأثیر نگهداری طولانیمدت اسانس ترخون (Artemisia dracunculus L.) بر ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی و LD50 آن
داروهای گیاهی بهدلیل طبیعی بودن ترکیبهای سالمی هستند ولی عوارض سوئی به دنبال استفاده بیرویه از آنها اتفاق میافتد. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی سمّیت حاد و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی اسانس ترخون (Artemisia dracunculus L.) میباشد. اسانس ترخون توسط دستگاه کلونجر با روش تقطیر با آب استخراج شد. تمام پروتکلهای آزمایش برای اسانس تازه و اسانس کهنه که به مدت سه ماه در شرایط آزمایشگاهی نگهداری شده بود، انجام گردید. میزان LD50 براساس روش لورک و با روش آنالیز احتمال و Maximum Likelihood با استفاده از نرمافزار MINITAB تعیین شد. برای بررسی مسمومیت حاد و تغییرات رفتاری ایجاد شده از دوزهای (mg/kg) 10، 100، 1000،1600،2900 و 5000 اسانس (به روش خوراکی و تزریق داخل صفاقی) استفاده گردید. فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی اسانس دوزهای مختلف (mg/ml32-1)، با بهرهگیری از دو روش DPPH و ABTS ارزیابی شد. مقدار LD50 برای اسانس ترخون تازه و کهنه در روش خوراکی بهترتیب بیشتر از g/kg5 و mg/kg33/3801 وزن بدن بود. با تزریق داخل صفاقی مقدار LD50 برای اسانس تازه و اسانس کهنه بهترتیب 06/4810 و 33/3013 میلیگرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن تعیین شد. اسانس تازه فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی قویتری را در مقایسه با اسانس کهنه در هر دو روش ارزیابی نشان داد. یافتههای اولیه این تحقیق نشان میدهد که اسانس این گیاه غیر سمّی بوده و دارای ترکیبهای آنتیاکسیدانتی است که مؤید استفاده از این گیاه در طب سنتی میباشد.

بررسی فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی، پرولین، قندهای محلول، رنگریزههای فتوسنتزی و اسانس گیاه دارویی نعناع فلفلی (Mentha piperita L.) در واکنش به محلولپاشی سالیسیلیک اسید و تنش منگنز
بهمنظور بررسی اثر منگنز و سالیسیلیک اسید در سه زمان مختلف بر فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی، پرولین و قندهای محلول، رنگریزههای فتوسنتزی و اسانس گیاه دارویی نعناع فلفلی (Mentha piperita L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه زابل اجرا شد. نمونه گیاهی در سه زمان 1، 3 و 5 روز بعد از محلولپاشی با تیمارهای منگنز (500 میکرومولار) و سالیسیلیک اسید (1 میلیمولار) برداشت شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تنش منگنز اثر معنیداری بر میزان فعالیت آنزیم اسکوربات پراکسیداز و محتوای پرولین برگهای گیاه نعناع فلفلی در هر سه زمان داشت. محتوای پرولین و قندهای محلول تحت تنش منگنز و سالیسیلیک اسید در طول سه زمان نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش معنیدار داشتند. از طرفی کاهش معنیداری در رنگریزههای فتوسنتزی تحت تنش منگنز مشاهده نشد. همچنین میزان اسانس در برگهای نعناع فلفلی، در تیمارهای منگنز و سالیسیلیک اسید افزایش یافت، البته این افزایش تحت تیمار سالیسیلیک اسید بیشتر بود. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش بیانگر آن بود که افزایش فعالیت آنزیم APX و محتوای پرولین، پاسخهای فیزیولوژیک گیاه نعناع فلفلی در مقابل تنش اکسیداتیو ناشی از منگنز بودند و سالیسیلیک اسید بهعنوان یک تنظیمکننده رشد در تعدیل میزان اثرات تنش منگنز بر گیاه نعناع فلفلی، نقش مؤثری داشت.

اثر نوع ریزنمونه و ترکیبهای مختلف تنظیمکنندههای رشد گیاهی در کالوسزایی و ساقهزایی گیاه شاهدانه (Cannabis sativa L.) در شرایط درون شیشه
شاهدانه ایرانی (Cannabis sativa L.) گیاهی دارویی متعلق به خانواده Cannabinaceae است که ترکیبهای متنوعی از متابولیتهای ثانویه را تولید میکند. این تحقیق بهمنظور بهینهسازی باززایی مستقیم و غیرمستقیم این گیاه در شرایط in vitro انجام شد. ریزنمونههای برگ و هیپوکوتیل از گیاهچههای استریل جداسازی شده و محیط کشتهای حاوی BA (1/0، 2/0، 5/0، 1، 2، 3 میلیگرم در لیتر) به تنهایی یا در ترکیب با 5/0 میلیگرم در لیتر IBA و TDZ (1/0، 2/0، 5/0، 1، 2، 3 میلیگرم در لیتر) به تنهایی یا در ترکیب با 5/0 میلیگرم در لیتر IBA کشت شدند. عکسالعمل ریزنمونهها در همه محیطهای کشت مورد استفاده، تولید کالوس بود. هیچگونه باززایی مستقیم در ریزنمونهها مشاهده نشد و در ریزنمونه هیپوکوتیل باززایی غیرمستقیم در سطوح مختلف هورمونی BA اتفاق افتاد. بیشترین حجم کالوس تولید شده، در غلظت 2 میلیگرم در لیتر TDZ به همراه 5/0 میلیگرم در لیتر IBA در ریزنمونه برگ بدست آمد. بیشترین وزن تر و خشک کالوس تولید شده مربوط به ریزنمونه برگ در تیمار هورمونی 1 میلیگرم در لیتر TDZ به همراه 5/0 میلیگرم در لیتر IBA بود. تیمار هورمونی 5/0 میلیگرم در لیتر TDZ به همراه 5/0 میلیگرم IBA در هیچ ریزنمونهای کالوس تولید نکرد. البته ترکیب هورمون IBA در غلظتهای مختلف هورمون BA، تأثیر شگرفی در بهبود حجم و وزن تر و خشک کالوس ریزنمونهها داشت. با این حال افزودن هورمون IBA در غلظتهای مختلف هورمون TDZ چندان تأثیری در بهبود حجم و وزن تر و خشک کالوس هر دو ریزنمونه نداشت.

بررسی تنوع در ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس 25 اکسشن گلمحمدی کشت شده در استان کرمانشاه با استفاده از روشهای آماری چند متغیره
گلمحمدی (Rosa damascena Mill.) یک گونه مهم دارویی و صنعتی است. برای رسیدن به تولید اسانس بیشتر و با کیفیت بهتر، شناسایی اکسشنهای برتر این گیاه و روابط ژنتیکی آنها اهمیت زیادی دارد. برای بررسی دقیق روابط بین ژنوتیپهای مختلف این گونه و تنوع در ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس، استفاده از آنالیزهای آماری چند متغیره میتواند مفید باشد. در این مطالعه 25 اکسشن مختلف گلمحمدی از استان کرمانشاه و سایر نواحی ایران جمعآوری و در قالب طرح آماری بلوکهای کامل تصادفی کشت شدند. با روش تقطیر با آب از گلبرگهای آنها اسانس استخراج شد و با استفاده از گازکروماتوگرافی و کروماتوگرافی گازی همراه با طیفسنج جرمی، ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس شناسایی و مقدار (درصد) هر ترکیب اندازهگیری شد. ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس با استفاده از تجزیه خوشهای (کمّی و کیفی) و تجزیه تابع تشخیص به شکل کیفی و با استفاده از تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی و تجزیه همبستگی به شکل کمّی، ارزیابی شدند. با توجه به نتایج تجزیه خوشهای، اکسشنها در 4 گروه مجزا قرار گرفتند. تجزیه تابع تشخیص، نتایج تجزیه خوشهای را تأیید کرد. نتایج تجزیه به مؤلفهها نیز اکسشنها را در 4 گروه قرار داد و نشان داد که 4 روند متفاوت برای ترکیبهای شیمیایی اسانس در بین اکسشنها وجود داشت. نتایج تجزیه همبستگی نشان داد که 2 ترکیب مهم اسانس گلمحمدی، ژرانیول و سیترونلول که از ترکیبهای مهم عامل افزایش کیفیت اسانس گلمحمدی بودند، با یکدیگر و با ترکیبهای سیترونلیل استات و ژرانیال ارتباط مثبت معنیدار داشتند.

بررسی خصوصیات جوانهزنی، استقرار گیاهچه و شناسایی گونههای جنس آویشن (Thymus) موجود در بانک ژن منابع طبیعی ایران
جنس آویشن (Thymus) از تیره نعناعیان (Lamiaceae) و یکی از گیاهان بومی با اهمیت ایران است که دارای مصارف متعددی در صنایع غذایی، بهداشتی، آرایشی و بهویژه دارویی است. بهمنظور بررسی ویژگیهای جوانهزنی و استقرار گیاهان، اکسشنهای مختلف گونههای آویشن موجود در بانک ژن منابع طبیعی ایران (T. daenensis، T. fedchenkoi، T. kotschyanus، T. lancifolius، T. migricus، T. pubescens، T. transcaspicus و T. vulgaris)، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. صفات وزن هزاردانه، درصد جوانهزنی، مدت ذخیرهسازی، سرعت جوانهزنی و مراحل رشد رویشی (2، 4، 6 و 8 برگی شدن و ظهور شاخههای جانبی) و استقرار اکسشنهای گونههای مختلف جنس آویشن در شرایط گلخانه بررسی شدند. اکسشنهایی که نام گونه آنها مشخص نبود پس از گلدهی در گلخانه و تهیه نمونه هرباریومی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که در بین گونههای مورد بررسی، وزن هزاردانه با درصد جوانهزنی و درصد استقرار گیاهچه همبستگی مثبت و معنیدارد اشته، در حالیکه با تاریخ ظهور برگ همبستگی منفی و معنیدار داشت. بیشترین وزن هزاردانه مربوط به گونههای T. kotschyanus و T. lancifolius و بالاترین درصد جوانهزنی مربوط به گونه T. pubescens بود. درصد جوانهزنی اولیه با درصد و سرعت سبز شدن رابطه مثبت و معنیدار و با ظهور شاخه جانبی رابطه منفی و معنیدار نشان داد. درصد سبز شدن ثانویه با صفات سرعت سبز شدن و تاریخ ظهور برگ بهترتیب در سطح یک و پنج درصد رابطه مثبت و معنیدار داشت. سرعت سبز شدن با تاریخ ظهور برگ همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار نشان داد. در ویژگیهای مربوط به ظهور برگ و شاخه جانبی اختلاف معنیدار بین گونهها مشاهده نشد.

اثر مکملدهی کوتاهمدت عصاره آبی بادرنجبویه (Melissa officinalis L.) بر پاسخ التهابی و میزان احساس درد ناشی از دویدن در سرازیری در نوجوانان شناگر ورزیده
هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر دویدن در سرازیری و مکملدهی کوتاهمدت عصاره آبی بادرنجبویه با نام علمی Melissa officinalis L. (به مدت دو هفته، روزانه به مقدار 5/1 میلیگرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن) بر شاخص التهابی و میزان احساس کوفتگی (درد) در مردان ورزشکار بود. بدین منظور، 20 نفر مرد ورزشکار سالم بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه 10 نفری (مکمل و دارونما) قرار داده شدند. سطح شاخص التهابی سرمی (C-reactive protein) و میزان احساس درد در حالت پایه، قبل از مکملگیری و پس از آن مورد اندازهگیری قرار گرفت. پس از جمعآوری دادهها، از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مکرر برای بررسی سریهای زمانی و در صورت معنیداری از آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی استفاده شد، و از آزمون t مستقل برای بررسی تفاوتهای بین گروهی استفاده شد (سطح معنیداری 05/0>p استفاده شد). با بررسی یافتههای پژوهش مشخص شد که شاخص التهابی پس از مکملگیری، در پاسخ به دویدن در سرازیری در گروه عصاره بادرنجبویه نسبت به دارونما افزایش کمتری داشت که این تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنیدار بود (033/0=p). همچنین میزان احساس درد در گروه مکمل بهطور معنیداری کمتر از گروه دارونما بود (031/0=p). بهطور کلی، چنین نتیجهگیری میشود که این مکمل گیاهی میتواند در کاهش شاخص التهابی ناشی از دویدن در سرازیری و احساس درد مؤثر باشد.

تأثیر نانو کلات آهن بر کمّیت و کیفیت اسانس گلمحمدی (Rosa damascena Mill.)
این آزمایش در سال 92-1391 در مجتمع تحقیقاتی البرز- کرج (مؤسسه تحقیقات جنگلها و مراتع کشور) با استفاده از بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار بر روی گلمحمدی اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل کود نانو کلات آهن در 6 سطح (صفر (شاهد)، 1 بار محلولپاشی (4 گرم بر بوته)، 2 بار محلولپاشی (8 گرم بر بوته)، 3 بار محلولپاشی (12 گرم بر بوته)، مصرف 8 گرم بر بوته در خاک (1 بار) و مصرف 12 گرم بر بوته در خاک (1 بار) بودند. محلولپاشیهای نوبت اول همزمان با غنچهدهی، نوبت دوم و سوم بهترتیب 10 و 20 روز بعد انجام شد. مصرف در خاک نیز همزمان با غنچهدهی و همراه با آبیاری بود. نمونهها به مدت 3 ساعت با دستگاه کلونجر و به روش تقطیر با آب اسانسگیری شدند. درصد و نوع ترکیبهای تشکیلدهنده اسانس مرحله اول اسانسگیری (اسانس گلهای تازه) با استفاده از GC و GC/MS تعیین و شناسایی گردید. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تیمارهای اعمال شده بر درصد اسانس گل، درصد سیترونلول، نونادکان، هگزادکانول، ایکوزان، هنیکوزان، دوکوزان، تریکوزان و تتراکوزان گل تازه در سطح احتمال 1% اثر معنیدار داشت. نتایج مقایسه میانگین تیمارها نشان داد که درصد اسانس گل تازه در تیمار 3 بار محلولپاشی با میانگین 071/0% بیشتر از 1 بار محلولپاشی (061/0%) و مصرف 12 گرم بر بوته (051/0%) و سایر تیمارها بود. ترکیب سیترونلول در تیمار 1 بار محلولپاشی با میانگین 17/6% بیشترین و در تیمار شاهد با میانگین 36/0% کمترین مقدار بود. همچنین مشاهده شد که با مصرف 12 گرم کلات آهن در خاک، بیشترین هنیکوزان با میانگین 77/33% بدست آمد. نتایج همبستگی درصد اسانسها نشان داد که بین درصد اسانس گل تازه با ماندگاری اسانس در یخچال و نیز گل خشک شده در سایه رابطه مثبت معنیدار وجود داشت. همچنین مشاهده شد که سیترونلول با هگزادکانول (*82/0- =r) همبستگی منفی معنیدار داشت. نتایج نشان داد که با استفاده از روش مصرف کودها میتوان در درصد اسانس و نوع ترکیبهای اسانس گلمحمدی تغییراتی بوجود آورد و تا حدودی نسبت به تولید گل با اهداف خاص اقدام کرد.

تأثیر اسانس آویشن شیرازی (Zataria multiflora Boiss.) در جلوگیری از آسیبهای بافت کبد در رتهای تحت تیمار با تتراکلریدکربن

بررسی تأثیر سرعت جریان هوا و شدت تابش مادون قرمز بر مؤلفههای خشک کردن گیاه دارویی بهلیمو (Lippia citriodora Kunth.)
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر سرعت جریان هوا و شدت تابش مادون قرمز بر زمان خشک کردن، درصد و اجزای اسانس گیاه دارویی بهلیمو (Lippia citriodora Kunth.)، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. سرعت جریان هوا در سه سطح (5/0، 1 و 5/1 متر بر ثانیه) و سه سطح شدت تابش مادون قرمز 2/0، 3/0 و 5/0 وات بر سانتیمتر مربع در این آزمایش مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پس از خشک شدن نمونهها و استخراج اسانس به روش تقطیر با آب، به کمک دستگاههای GC و GC/MS ترکیبهای اسانسها مورد تجزیه و شناسایی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشاندهنده تأثیر معنیدار تیمارها بر زمان خشک شدن و میزان اسانس برگهای بهلیمو بود. با کاهش سرعت جریان هوا و افزایش میزان شدت تابش مادون قرمز، زمان خشک شدن نمونهها کاهش یافت، بهطوری که کمترین مدت زمان خشک کردن (35 دقیقه) مربوط به تیمار سرعت جریان هوای 5/0 (m/s) و شدت تابش 5/0 (W/cm2) بود و بیشترین زمان (65 دقیقه) به تیمار سرعت جریان هوا 5/1 (m/s) و شدت تابش 3/0 (W/cm2) تعلق داشت. افزایش شدت تابش مادون قرمز در تمامی سرعتهای جریان هوا سبب افزایش درصد اسانس شد، بهطوری که بیشترین میزان اسانس (1/1%) در تیمار استفاده از سرعت جریان هوا 1 و 5/1 (m/s) همراه با استفاده از شدت تابش 5/0 (W/cm2) بدست آمد. بررسی اجزای اسانس نشان داد که بیشترین میزان مونوترپنهای اکسیژندار (3/73%) بهخصوص سیترال (3/61%) در اسانس نمونههای خشک شده با سرعت جریان هوای 5/0 (m/s) همراه با تابش مادون قرمز 2/0 (W/cm2) وجود داشت. با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق، میتوان بیان کرد که کاربرد تابش مادون قرمز در خشککنهای متداول ضمن کاهش زمان خشک کردن، سبب حفظ کمّیت و کیفیت اسانس گیاه دارویی بهلیمو خواهد شد.

تأثیر محلولپاشی آهن بر تعداد و اندازه کرکهای ترشحی و درصد و اجزای اسانس گیاه دارویی ریحان مقدس (Ocimum sanctum L.) در برداشتهای اول و دوم
ریحان مقدس (Ocimum sanctum L.) یکی از مهمترین گیاهان دارویی محسوب میشود و متعلق به تیره نعناعیان میباشد. بهمنظور بررسی اثر محلولپاشی آهن بر تعداد و اندازه کرکهای ترشحی، میزان، عملکرد و اجزاء اسانس گیاه دارویی ریحان مقدس در برداشت اول و دوم، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 92-1391 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی گروه علوم باغبانی، دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در شش تیمار و سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: شاهد (بدون محلولپاشی)، محلولپاشی با کلات آهن (1 و 5/1 گرم در لیتر) و نانو کلات آهن (5/0، 1 و 5/1 گرم در لیتر) بود. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد محلولپاشی کود آهن بر صفات اندازهگیری شده در سطح احتمال 1% معنیدار بود. بیشترین تعداد (8/19) و اندازه (3/173 میکرومتر مربع) کرکهای ترشحی، میزان اسانس (2/2%)، عملکرد اسانس (7/14 کیلوگرم) و میزان اوژنول (3/33%) در برداشت اول در تیمار محلولپاشی 1 گرم در لیتر نانوکلات آهن مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان (3/2%) و عملکرد (8/12 کیلوگرم در هکتار) اسانس و بیشترین میزان اوژنول (5/41%) در برداشت دوم در تیمار محلولپاشی 1 گرم در لیتر نانو کلات آهن بدست آمد. کمترین میزان صفات مذکور در تیمار شاهد مشاهده گردید. البته بین تیمارهای 1 و 5/1 گرم در لیتر نانو کلات آهن اختلاف معنیداری وجود نداشت. براساس نتایج موجود، برای افزایش درصد و عملکرد اسانس ریحان مقدس، محلولپاشی 1 گرم در لیتر نانو کلات آهن پیشنهاد شد.
