The plant geneus includes 17 species in Iran, but H. perforatum is the only valuable species.The species plays an essential role in the treatment of depression. In this study, Hypericum perforatum was treated with different concentrations of molybdenum including (control, 0.1, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6 µΜ) in Hoagland solution at 6.8 pH and then samples were used to measure biochemical parameters. Molybdenum significantly increased proline content. The shoot catalase and ascorbate peroxidase activities increased in all treatments of molybdenum, but in root, it was reduced in higher concentrations. Shoot peroxidase activities increased by treatments of molybdenum, except at a concentration of 0.8µΜ. The increase in peroxidase activity was also observed in roots but it was reduced at higher concentrations. The malondealdehyde and molybdenum content increased in higher concentrations of molybdenum. Molybdenum content increased by increasing treated molybdenum. Therefore, molybdenum stress increased the proline content and peroxidase, catalase and ascorbate peroxidase activities, and toxicity symptoms were observed in high concentrations of molybdenum as lipid peroxidation. Data were analyzed by SPSS and mean comparisons was performed by Duncan's multiple range test. In each experiment, 3 replications were used.}, keywords = {Hypericum perforatum L,Molybdenum,Proline,malondealdehyde,peroxidase,catalase,ascorbate peroxidase}, title_fa = {اثر غلظت‌های مختلف مولیبدن بر برخی از شاخص‌های فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی در گل راعی (Hypericum perforatum L.)}, abstract_fa = {گل راعی از گیاهان دارویی ارزشمند است، این گیاه در ایران دارای 17 گونه می‌باشد، اما تنها گونه با ارزش آن Perforatum است. این گیاه در معالجه افسردگی نقش اساسی دارد. در این تحقیق گیاه گل راعی (Hypericum perforatum L.) با غلظت‌های مختلف مولیبدن شامل (شاهد، 1/0، 4/0، 8/0، 6/1 Μµ) در محلول مغذی هوگلند pH 8/6 تیمار شدند و بعد از نمونه‌ها برای سنجش پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی استفاده شد. مولیبدن به طور معنی‌داری سبب افزایش مقدار پرولین گل راعی می‌شود. فعالیت‌های کاتالاز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز اندام هوایی در تمام تیمارهای مولیبدن افزایش یافته، ولی در ریشه فعالیت این آنزیم‌ها در غلظت‌های بالاتر کاهش یافته‌است. فعالیت پراکسیداز اندام هوایی با تیمار غلظت‌های مختلف مولیبدن بجز در غلظت 8/0 میکرومولار مولیبدن افزایش می‌یابد و در ریشه نیز افزایش فعالیت پراکسیداز دیده شده‌است، اما در غلظت‌های بالاتر کاهش یافته‌است. افزایش مقدار مالون دآلدئید در غلظت‌های بالای مولیبدن دیده می‌شود. به‌طوری که مقدار مولیبدن به نسبت افزایش غلظت مولیبدن تیمار شده بیشتر شده‌است. بنابراین تنش مولیبدن مقدار پرولین و آنزیم‌های پراکسیداز، کاتالاز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز را افزایش می‌دهد و در غلظت‌های زیاد مولیبدن علائم سمّیت به‌صورت پراکسیداسیون لیپید ظاهر می‌شود. آنالیز داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار رایانه‌ای spss و مقایسه میانگین‌ها با آزمون چند دامنه‌ای دانکن انجام شد. در هر بررسی از 3 تکرار استفاده شد.}, keywords_fa = {گل راعی (Hypericum perforatum L.),مولیبدن,پرولین,مالون دآلدئید,پراکسیداز,کاتالاز,آسکوربات پراکسیداز}, url = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_4043.html}, eprint = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_4043_eec839491bdaa1c2ef0c0ae36b1f2247.pdf} }
