In addition to traditional medicine, the plant is also considered in modern medicine and different industries because of its essential oil characteristics. The present study was conducted to investigate the essential oil content and composition of nine populations of A. biebersteinii collected from different ports of Khorassan Province. For this purpose, after calculating essential oil content of each population with three independent experiments, chemical constituents of oils were identified by means of GC and GC-MS analyses. The results showed that Golool (1.62%) and Chelmir (1.60%) contained the highest amount of essential oil. Totally, 23 components were characterized in the essential oil of all populations with oxygenated monoterpens (47.9-73.1%) as the principle fraction. While 1,8-cineole, nepetalactone, p-cymene, a-terpinene and cis-chrysanthenyl acetate were identified as the prevalent constituents of all investigated essential oils, lavandulyl 2-methyl butyrate and cis-chrysanthenol were the rarest ones. Due to the high content of essential oil and high levels of 1,8-cineole, nepetalactone derivatives and p-cymene which are well-known biologically active compounds, Golool and Azghad populations seem to be suitable for application in relevant industries.}, keywords = {Achillea biebersteinii Afan,essential oil,1,8-cineole,nepetalactons,P-cymene}, title_fa = {مقایسه ترکیب‌های شیمیایی اسانس بومادران زرد (Achillea biebersteinii Afan.) استان خراسان با استفاده از روشهای آماری چند متغیره}, abstract_fa = {بومادران زرد (Achillea biebersteinii Afan.) گیاهی متعلق به تیره Astraceae می‌باشد که در اروپا، ترکیه، ایران و آسیای مرکزی یافت می‌شود. علاوه بر کاربرد در طب سنتی، این گیاه به سبب ویژگی‌های اسانس در طب نوین و استفاده در صنایع مختلف بسیار قابل‌توجه می‌باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی اجزای اسانس نُه جمعیت مختلف بومادران زرد استان خراسان بود. بدین منظور، پس از استخراج اسانس و محاسبه عملکرد آن در هر جمعیت بر مبنای وزن خشک گیاه، ترکیب‌های اسانس آنها با استفاده از دستگاه‌های کروماتوگراف گازی (GC) و کروماتوگراف گازی متصل به طیف‌سنج جرمی (GC/MS) شناسایی شدند. متوسط عملکرد اسانس جمعیت‌ها با سه تکرار تعیین شد که توده گلول و چلمیر به‌ترتیب با 62/1% و 6/1% بالاترین عملکرد را در بین سایر توده‌ها به خود اختصاص دادند. در مجموع 23 ترکیب در تمام اسانس‌ها شناسایی گردید که مونوترپن‌های اکسیژنه (1/73- 9/47%) اصلی‌ترین گروه اجزای اسانس را در میان توده‌های مورد مطالعه به خود اختصاص دادند. 1،8-سینئول، مشتقات نپتالاکتون، پارا-سیمن، آلفا-ترپینن و سیس-کریزانتیل استات، به‌ترتیب سهم هر ترکیب در تشکیل درصد کل اجزای اسانس جمعیت‌های مختلف مورد بررسی، به‌عنوان اجزای عمده بودند و لاواندولیل 2-متیل بوتیرات و سیس-کریزانتنول به‌عنوان نادرترین ترکیب‌های اسانس جمعیت‌های مختلف شناسایی شدند و تنها در دو جمعیت مورد مطالعه وجود داشتند. با توجه به بازده اسانس بالا و غنی بودن از سه ترکیب پارا-سیمن، 1،8-سینئول و نپتالاکتون (4aα-7α,7a-β-Nepetalactone) که دارای اثرهای بیولوژیکی شناخته شده می‌باشند، دو توده گلول و ازغد مناسبترین نمونه‌ها جهت استفاده در صنایع مختلف، به‌ویژه دارویی به‌شمار می‌روند.}, keywords_fa = {Achillea biebersteinii Afan,اسانس,1,8-سینئول,نپتالاکتون,پارا-سیمن}, url = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_3056.html}, eprint = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_3056_f7e9a71abd827a8779e58f959899f583.pdf} }
