The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of neuroprotection with hydro-alcoholic extract of Eriobotrya japonica flowerson CDNF, malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase levels in the rat cerebral cortex in an experimental model of Parkinson's disease. In this study, animals were randomly divided into three groups of nine each (control, damaged and damaged treated with plant extract). At first, the second and third groups of rats received the solvent of extract (saline) and the extract (200 mg/kg body weight) intraperitoneally for twelve weeks and three days per week, respectively. For Parkinson's disease in rats, 6-OHDA was injected into the right ventricle of the brain after 12 weeks. After five days, rats were sacrificed and CDNF, SOD and MDA levels in their cortex were measured. Data were analyzed using ANOVA test. Our results showed that pre-treatment with the flower extract of Eriobotrya japonica, increased CDNF and SOD and decreased MDA levels of cerebral cortex. These effects may be caused by phenolic and flavonoid compounds of this plant with strong antioxidant properties. Therefore, it could be concluded that this plant extract has protective role against Parkinson's disease because of protecting neurons against oxidative damage of toxic 6-OHDA.}, keywords = {Eriobotrya japonica Lindl. flowers,CDNF,SOD,MDA,Parkinson}, title_fa = {اثر عصاره هیدروالکلی گل گیاه ازگیل ژاپنی (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.) بر سطوح CDNF، SOD و MDA قشر مخ در مدل تجربی بیماری پارکینسون در موش صحرایی نر}, abstract_fa = {گل گیاه ازگیل ژاپنی (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.) دارای اثرات آنتی‌اکسیدانی و محافظتی است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر حفاظت نورونی با عصاره هیدروالکلی گل گیاه ازگیل ژاپنی بر سطوح CDNF، مالون دی‌آلدهید و سوپراکسیددیسموتاز قشر مخ در مدل تجربی بیماری پارکینسون در موش بزرگ نر بود. در این مطالعه تجربی، حیوانات به‌طور تصادفی به سه گروه 9 تایی: کنترل، ضایعه دیده و ضایعه دیده تحت تیمار با عصاره (تیمار-عصاره) تقسیم شدند. ابتدا موش‌های گروه دوم و سوم به‌ترتیب حلال عصاره (سالین) و عصاره (200 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن) را به مدت دوازده هفته و هر هفته سه روز به‌صورت درون صفاقی دریافت کردند. برای ایجاد پارکینسون در موش‌ها، پس از 12 هفته، 6-OHDA به داخل بطن راست مغز تزریق شد و در نهایت پنج روز بعد از تزریق داخل بطنی، بافت‌برداری انجام و سطوح CDNF، SOD و MDA در قشر مخ اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها به روش آزمون آماری واریانس یک‌طرفه بین گروه‌ها مورد مقایسه قرارگرفت. نتیجه این پژوهش نشان داد که پیش درمان با استفاده از عصاره گل ازگیل ژاپنی احتمالاً به‌دلیل وجود ترکیب‌های فنولیک در کنار ترکیب‌های فلاونوئیدی این گیاه که خواص آنتی‌اکسیدانی قوی دارد از راه افزایش سطح CDNF و SOD موجب کاهش سطح MDA قشر مخ شده، بنابراین به حفاظت از نورون‌ها در برابر تخریب اکسیداتیو ناشی از سمّیت 6-OHDA کمک می‌کند. در نتیجه، می‌توان گفت که عصاره این گیاه نقش حفاظتی در برابر بیماری پارکینسون دارد.}, keywords_fa = {گل گیاه ازگیل ژاپنی (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.),CDNF,SOD,MDA,پارکینسون}, url = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_101484.html}, eprint = {https://ijmapr.areeo.ac.ir/article_101484_40beda5a61e5d993223bb67e17c6fcc2.pdf} }
